사회적 지지와 고객지향성의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

This study examined the mediating role of positive psychological capital in the social support-customer orientation relationship of service employees, 401 hotel employees participated in the survey. Collected data were processed using SPSS v. 18.0, and the hypotheses were tested through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The findings are as follows. First, social support was found to be relate positively to all of the positive psychological capital dimensions(self‐efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience). Second, except optimism, all of the positive psychological capital dimensions were found to be relate positively to customer orientation. Finally, all of the positive psychological capital dimensions(self‐efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience) were found to be partially mediate the influence of social support on customer orientation. Conclusions are then presented followed by theoretical and managerial implications of the findings.

Infrared (IR) optic lens can be fabricated by a single point diamond turning (SPDT) machine without subsequent polishing process. However, this machining process often leaves micro-cracks that deteriorate the surface quality. In this work, we propose an experimental design to remove micro-cracks on IR lens. The proposed design gathered data between cutting process condition and Rt surface roughness. This is of great importance because the scale of micro-cracks is a few micrometer. Rt surface roughness is suitable for analyzing maximum peak height signals of the profile. The experimental results indicate that feed per revolution variable is one of the most dominant variable, affecting the generation micro-cracks on IR lens surfaces.

Path tracking of unmanned vehicle is a basis of autonomous driving and navigation. For the path tracking, it is very important to find the exact position of a vehicle. GPS is used to get the position of vehicle and a direction sensor and a velocity sensor is used to compensate the position error of GPS. To detect path lines in a road image, the bird's eye view transform is employed, which makes it easy to design a lateral control algorithm simply than from the perspective view of image. Because the driving speed of vehicle should be decreased at a curved lane and crossroads, so we suggest the speed control algorithm used GPS and image data. The control algorithm is simulated and experimented from the basis of expert driver's knowledge data. In the experiments, the results show that bird's eye view transform are good for the steering control and a speed control algorithm also shows a stability in real driving.

High precision machining technology has become one of the important parts in the development of a precision machine. Such a machine requires high speed on a large workspace as well as high precision positioning. For machining systems having a long stroke with ultra precision, a dual-stage system including a global stage (coarse stage) and a micro stage (fine stage) is designed in this paper. Though linear motors have a long stroke and high precision feed drivers, they have some limitations for submicron positioning. Piezo-actuators with high precision also have severe disadvantage for the travel range, and the stroke is limited to a few microns. In the milling experiments, the positional accuracy has been readily achieved within 0.2 micron over the typical 20 mm stroke, and the path error over 2 micron was reduced within 0.2 micron. Therefore, this technique can be applied to develop high precision positioning and machining in the micro manufacturing and machining system.
