The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of employee satisfaction and career effectiveness through employee motivation from hotel training programs result. Recently, most companies try to create new strategies in order to compete in the business and overcome economic crisis. Hotel training programs make the employee's career development as well as employee satisfaction. The results of this study showed that the influence of the training motivation affects the career effectiveness and employee satisfaction. In order to get the result, SPSS ver 14.0 were used for data analysis like frequency, reliability, factor analysis, regression as an analysing tools. The results of this study emphasized that the employees training motivations should reflect human resource management systems which were applied very clearly to every employees, also the hotel company should establish employees training program plans as HR system to manage employees training histories and employees training evaluation effectively.

Hotel is regarded as a labor intensive organization, we call people industry, and human resources management is relatively important within the industry. This research aims to find out the right policy of Hotel company for the line employees satisfaction through the career anchor in super deluxe hotels. This research is especially focused on line employees individual satisfaction. because the line employees' duties and responsibilities of the hotel company is very significant for the management of operations. This research suggests the followings, Hotel Company try to give encouragement and motivation to the line employees because the line employees will be the main human resources in near future for the company. As a result of the relations of Career Anchor of line employees, employees tend to regard their work life as personal life. If the company could get the line employees’ work satisfaction with their career, life style, stability, service/devotion, the company's future productivity will be maximized

The purpose of this study is finding the right direction to make the best career development systems for the employees in hotel industry in Korea. The condition of the best career development system is satisfaction from companies and employees each other. However, making that condition is not easy for every industry as well as for hotel industry over the world. In this respect, we can find the three directions of career development for applying the systems to the employees like strategy direction oriented, development direction oriented and employee satisfaction oriented. Among those directions, we have to find the best direction for individual satisfaction and organizational company satisfaction. This study will help to make and execute the plan for career development in real hotel industry fields, especially for the policy of human resources management. In this study, we can see the importance of employees' satisfaction for managing a hotel. The increasing productivity of the hotel eventually will be made from career development through employee satisfaction.
