The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of service quality of rural tourism village on perceived value and behavioral intention of tourists. Currently, there are many difficulties due to population problems in the rural areas. It is a rural tourism experience program to strategically plan various policies for the revitalization of rural areas. Most of the articles related to experience of rural villages have a lot of research on the resource of rural nature. Although there are a lot of researches related to the management subjects of rural tourism tourism resources, there is a lack of articles related to visitors who use artificial rural resources rather than natural ones. The results of this study are as follows. The relationship between experience program and preference attributes of rural tourism villages on the perceived values and behavioral intentions of tourists were investigated. First, it is necessary to nurture a professional experience instructor who can conduct the experience program professionally. In order to do this, it is necessary to provide education for acquiring information of existing methods, but it seems that recreational education for the visitors is needed. For this purpose, CS Academy and recreational education are conducted in cooperation with the company. It would be nice to include entertainment elements. And it seems necessary to develop a program that combines storytelling with the use of rural resources to develop experience programs. Second, in order to improve the service quality of rural tourism villages, it is necessary to utilize the rural environment that is not located in the city center and provide the tourists with the advantages of regional resources with the differentiated strategy. And it seems that the reservation system and the programs that advertise online should be done in the same place, and the entertainment function of experience should be strengthened. Also, it is necessary to continue to promote through the SNS, which is one of the public relations plans that fit the current trends.

내장산 국립공원 매력성 분석 - IPA기법을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 관광지 매력속성평가에 유용한 기법으로 알려진 IPA기법을 이용하여 내장산 국립공원의 매력성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 제Ⅰ사분면은 자연경관, 관광자원의 보존, 볼거리, 접근편리성, 관광지 입구 교통관리, 주차시설 6개의 속성이 나타났고 가장 우선적으로 개선해야할 제Ⅱ사분면은 먹을거리, 식당 및 음식점, 화장실, 휴게소와 벤치, 접근 편리성, 관광숙박시설 가격, 식당 및 음식점 가격, 관광안내시설 및 체계, 관광 종사자들 서비스, 관광지 연계 교통수단, 홈페이지 제공서비스 11개의 속성이 포함되는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 서비스와 가격에 대한 개선이 시급한 것으로 분석되었다. 제Ⅲ사분면은 즐길거리, 관광숙박시설, 어린이를 위한 시설, 토산품/기념품, 유흥 및 야간관광시설, 살거리 6개의 속성이 포함되었는데 이러한 부분은 국립공원의 특성상 나타나는 결과라고 판단된다. 제Ⅳ사분면 낮은 중요도, 높은 만족도를 나타내는 면에는 요인이 하나도 포함되지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
This research used IPA technique, known as a useful method for tourism attraction evaluation, to analyze the attraction attributed to the Naejangsan National Park. To illustrate the result of this analysis, the first quadrant indicated five attraction qualities. These are the natural scenery, preservation of tourism resources, site attractions, traffic control of park entrance, convenience of visiting, and parking facility. The second quadrant lists fifteen attributes that should be improved first. These food, restaurants, includes restroom, service area and bench, restaurants, cafeteria and its prices, tourist accommodations and reasonable rates, Homepage, transportation to connect tour sites, sightseeing guide facility and system, hospitality of the tourism workers. The third quadrant lists three attraction attributes, variety of fun activities, accommodations, children’s facility, which are local products and souvenir, entertainment, and night tourism facility and purchasing which are local products and souvenirs, entertainment, and night tourism facility and purchasing. The fourth quadrant does not indicate much importance as no elements of the achievable attraction attributed were shown.

전통문화관광지 방문객 동기에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test factors of visitors visit motivation and satisfaction empirically to provide a fundamental information on tourism development planning and marketing strategy. For this study multiple regression analysis were applied to investigate the effects of visit motivation on satisfaction. The result of analysis shows that visit motivation has a significant effect on satisfaction on special purpose and an intrinsic attribute at less than 0.05 significance of statistics. While special purpose attribute has more influence than intrinsic attribute as regression coefficient of purpose attribute was 0.2241 intrinsic attribute also has effects on satisfaction as regression coefficient was 0.1732. The regression analysis to figure out the effects of satisfaction as a independent variable on revisit and recommendation were resulted to regression coefficient 0.623, R² 0.254, t=7.54. Moreover, in terms of effects of satisfaction on recommendation, satisfaction has a influence on intention of recommendation by supported regression coefficient 0.5463, t= 2.42. Therefore, the results of this study show that various visitors motivations have significant influence on destination satisfaction hence, marketer and managers need to develop new tourism products with consider each motivation type of visitor further so that leads to regional improvement.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the lifestyles of tourists visiting rural experience tourist destinations and the influential relations of the attributes to affect rural experience tourism. The research findings show that the lifestyles of tourists had significant impacts on their preference for rural experience programs(0.2502/3.0l2). Second, their lifestyles had also significant impacts on the need for rural experience tourist destinations(5.039/3.363). Third, their preference for rural experience programs had significant influences on their intentions for revisits(0.386/3.l60). Fourth, their preference for rural experience programs had significant influences on their intentions for word of mouth(1.448/8.073). Fifth, their need for rural experience tourist destinations had significant impacts on their intentions for revisits(1.940/5.594). And finally, their need for rural experience tourist destinations had no significant influences on their intentions for word of mouth(-1.0611-1.421). According to the analysis results of the regression coefficient of the measuring model, enjoying leisure(1.130/6.775) and pursuing health(1.110/9.001) were large influential factors in lifestyle; pursuing learning(1.47317.946) was the biggest influential factor in preference for rural experience programs; and a natural environment(1.220/8.990) was the biggest influential factor in the need for rural experience tourist destinations.

The purposes of this study were to search for the ways to activate the Gochang Blackberry Festival by examining the visitors to the festival and utilizing the results to make efficient use of the local resources and vitalize the area. The results indicate that the visitors were aware of Gochang blackberry's superiority to that of other regions in quality and commercial value but lacked in the recognition of its related products, which suggests that the Gochang government should make diverse efforts to heighten their recognition of the products. There was a great demand for improving and supplementing the local festivals ad experience programs related to Gochang blackberry. It's thus required to reinforce new experience programs and develop various programs by incorporating blackberry into other local resources. The study has its limitations since its subjects were restricted to the visitors of the Gochang Blackberry Festival and it failed to investigate the preference factors of general potential tourists with the small sample. In future study, they need to use a bigger sample of general public to generalize the research findings.

The purpose of this study was to document a phenomenon of rural tourism in Korea by Investigating characteristics of 50 villages that had participated in a competition of 'stimulation of rural village' The results are as follows: 1) The degrees of activation of rural tourism varied according to marketing efforts made by individual provincial(local) government. The results of contest indicated that provinces such as Gangwon-do, Chungnam-do, and Gyunggi-do showed highest performance among other competing local governments; 2) The results revealed that the total profit generated from direct sale of farm products outnumbered profits gained from sales of lodging and foods. This indicated that there is a room for improvement with respect to boosting more sales on lodging and food; 3) The regression analysis indicated a significant relationship between profits earned from sales of experiential tourism product and those from direct sale of farm products(multi-correlation coefficient: 0.38); 4) It was identified that Gyunggi and Ganwon provinces were ranked first in sales of foods and those of lodging, respectively; 5) Finally, it was showed that among the 50 participating villages, only 16 ones hold festivals by means of attracting tourists from outside.
