This research had been conducted to investigate the influence relationships between the motivation for participating in the boarding event, the level of the emotional involvement, and the citizen customers' behaviors of the cruise tourists. And the significance lies in the establishment of the concepts of the variables regarding which the researches have been inadequate. Regarding the questionnaire survey investigation, it had been proceeded with the boarders of Victoria, a leased cruise ship, as the subjects for 2 months from June 2017 until August 2017. And, excluding the insufficient samples, the analysis was carried out with the samples of the 300 copies. As a result of the research, it appeared that, among the motivations to participate, the deviation, the novelty, and the amusement had the influences on the level of the emotional involvement, and the educationality was dismissed. Also, because, regarding the level of the emotional involvement, it appeared that it had the influences on the customers' love, the customer's cooperation, and the customers' participation, it was confirmed that the level of the emotional involvement has the influence on the citizen customers' behaviors.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) used in combination with the porcine cancellous bone as a scaffold, in promoting bone regeneration in the bone defects ofthe rabbit calvaria. Methods: Ten rabbits were used in the study. Three round-shaped defects (diameter 8.0 mm) were created in the rabbit calvaria and were filled with nothing (control group), porcine cancellousbone (Experimental Group 1, porcine bone) and PRF-mixed porcine cancellous bone (Experimental Group 2). TS-GBB is a xenogenic bone-substitute product comprised of a high heat-treated mineralized porcine cancellous bone. Animals were sacrificed at 6 weeks and 12 weeks for the histological and radiographic evaluations. Results: In the micro computed tomography and histological results, the experimental groups 1 and 2 showed more bone formation, remodeling, and calcification than the control group. The new bone formation ratio showed theGroup 2 to be larger than Group 1 at6 and 12 weeks. However, there was no significant difference between the experimental groups 1 and 2 in the new bone formation area, at the 6 and 12 weeks (P>0.05). Conclusion: The PRF-mixed group showed more bone formation than the porcine cancellousbonegroup (TS-GBB), butthere was a no significant difference. The PRF may not lead to enhanced bone healing when grafted with the porcine cancellous bone.


비분산 적외선 이산화탄소 센서의 온도 보상

본 논문에서는 두 개의 오목 반사경으로 형성된 광 공동 구조의 비분산 적외선(NDIR) 가스센서를 제작하였다. 증폭비는 18,000배, 램프 off 시간은 3초로 일정하게 하고 펄스 modulation 시간을 200ms에서 600ms까지 변화시켰을 때, 300ms에서 가장 효율적인 출력신호를 확보할 수 있었다. 그리고 $5^{\circ}C$에서 $45^{\circ}C$까지 $10^{\circ}C$ 간격으로 온도를 변화시키면서 이산화탄소의 농도를 0ppm에서 2000ppm까지 증가시켰다. 이때, 약 400mv의 전압변화가 있었다. 온도가 상승함에 따라 0ppm에서의 출력전압은 감소하는 양상을 나타내었다. 또한 온도변화 대비 출력특성과의 상관성 해석을 통하여 온도 보상 방법을 고안하였으며, 본 연구에서 제작한 센서모듈의 응답시간은 약 30초였다.
