The main study results are presented as follows: First, this work investigated the positive effects of the variables according to the characteristics local food choice, including satisfaction for previous expectation, recommendation intention, and revisit intention. The investigation result revealed that management of local food and purchase management of local food were the most effect factors on previous expectation, recommendation intention, and revisit intention. Therefore, the hypothesis 1 prepared in this work was accepted. Secondly, this work looked into the positive effects of satisfaction for previous expectation of local food on recommendation intention and revisit intention. As a result, it was found that previous expectation of local food was the main factor affecting both recommendation intention and revisit intention. In particular, it was found that the two factors (recommendation intention β=.493, revisit intention β=.437) had similar influence. Therefore, the hypothesis 2 in this work was accepted. Thirdly, regarding the positive effects of local food recommendation intention and revisit intention, it was found that the two variables had influence (β=.833) of positive effect. Therefore, the hypothesis 3 in this work was accepted.

Frit-Inlet Asymmetrical Flow Field-Flow Fractionation (FI-ARIFF): A Stopless Separation Technique for Macromlecules and Nanopariticles

This article gives an overview of a recently developed channel system, frit-inlet asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation (FI-AFlFFF), which can be applied for the separation of nanoparticles, proteins, and water soluble polymers. A conventiona l asymmetrical flow FFF channel has been modified into a frit-inlet asymmetrical type by introducing a small inlet frit near the injection point and the system operation of the FI-AFlFFF channel can be made with a great convenience. Since sample components injected into the FI-AFlFFF channel are hydrodynamically relaxed, sample injection and separation processes proceed without interruption of the migration flow. Therefore in FI-AFlFFF, there is no requirement for a valve operation to switch the direction of the migration flow that is normally achieved during the focusing/relaxation process in a conventional asymmetrical channel. In this report, principles of the hydrodynamic relaxation in FI-AFlFFF channel are described with equations to predict the retention time and to calculate the complicated flow variations in the developed channel. The retention and resolving power of FI-AFlFFF system are demonstrated with standard nanospheres and protreins. An attempt to elucidate the capability of FI-AFlFFF system for the separation and size characterization of nanoparticles is made with a fumed silica particle sample. In FI-AFlFFF, field programming can be easily applied to improve separation speed and resolution for a highly retaining component (very large MW) by using flow circulation method. Programmed FI-AFlFFF separations are demonstrated with polystyrene sulfonate standards and pululans and the dynamic separation range of molecular weight is successfully expanded.

피카오프레토 등 복합물 중 총 폴리페놀 분석법 표준화

피카오프레토 등 복합물의 개별인정 시험법인 총 폴리페놀 시험법에서 Folin-phenol 시약 선정, 발색시약인 35% 탄산나트륨의 반응시간 및 온도, 시료량 등을 비교 실험하여 총 폴리페놀에 대한 표준화된 시험법을 확립하였다. 총 폴리페놀의 표준화된 시험법의 밸리데이션을 수행한 결과 회수율은 102.3~112.4%, 정밀도의 표준편차는 0.81~3.18%였으며 검량선의 직선성은 결정계수($r^2$)가 0.999이상을 나타냈고 검출한계는 $5{\mu}g/mL$, 정량한계는 $15{\mu}g/mL$이었다. 유통제품에 대해 표준화된 총 폴리페놀 시험법의 적용성 검토를 위해 1건의 검체를 수거하여 분석한 결과, 총 폴리페놀 표시 함량 대비 105.6%로 적합하였다.
As generic health functional food items have been expanded, this research project has been conducted to prepare a scientific and systematic standardized analytical method of relevant food item and examine the suitability of the method for health/functional foods on sale. Total polyphenol was necessary for development and verification of standardized analytical method. The method exhibited high linearity in the tannic acid calibration curve ($r^2$ > 0.999) over concentrations of $5-50{\mu}g/mL$. The limits of detection and quantitation for tannic acid were $5{\mu}g/mL$ and $15{\mu}g/mL$, respectively, while tannic acid recovery was 102.3-112.4% with standard deviations of 0.8-3.2%. To verify the accuracy of the analytical method, the labeled amounts of purchased health functional foods were monitored. The recovery for tannic acid was 105.6% of the labeled amounts. Thus, the new method was suitable for all cases.

헛개나무과병추출물 중 퀘르세틴 분석

"건강기능식품에 관한 법률"에 따라 건강기능식품이란 인체에 유용한 기능성을 가진 원료나 성분을 사용하여 제조한 식품을 말한다. 또한, 건강기능식품은 고시화한 원료와 영업자가 개별적으로 신청한 개별인정형 원료로 나누어진다. 그 중 개별인정형 원료의 시험법은 고시화를 위해 표준화가 필요하며 2가지 이상의 원료가 복합적으로 혼합되어 제조될 경우 제품에 대한 적용성 검토가 요구된다. 개별인 정형 원료 중 헛개나무과병추출물의 지표성분인 퀘르세틴을 대상으로 전처리방법을 표준화하였으며, 표준화한 퀘르세틴 시험법의 밸리데이션을 수행한 결과 회수율은 97.1~105.4%, 표준편차는 1.15~3.11%였다. 검량선의 직선성은 결정계수($R^2$)가 0.999 이상을 나타냈고 검출한계는 $0.12{\mu}g/mL$, 정량한계는 $0.36{\mu}g/mL$를 나타냈다. 표준화한 퀘르세틴 시험법의 적용성 검토를 위해 헛개나무과병추출물의 유통제품을 수거하여 분석한 결과, 퀘르세틴 표시 함량 대비 82.5~105.1%로 적합하였다.
Based on the Korean Health Functional Food Act, health functional foods are dietary supplements containing nutrients or other substances that have nutritional or physiological effects. Since generic health functional food items have been expanded, this project was performed to develop a standardized analytical method of examining such sale items. The method exhibited high linearity in the quercetin calibration curve ($R^2$ > 0.999) over concentrations of $0-40{\mu}g/mL$. The limits of detection and quantitation for quercetin were $0.12{\mu}g/mL$ and $0.36{\mu}g/mL$, respectively, while quercetin recovery was 97.1-105.4 % with standard deviations of 1.15-3.11 %. To verify the accuracy of the analytical methods, the labeled amounts of purchased health functional foods were monitored. The recovery rate for multiple quercetin concentrations ranged from 82.5-105.1 % of the labeled amounts. Thus, the new method was suitable for all cases.

본 연구는 관계마케팅 측면에서 고객에게 제공되는 관계효익의 개념을 중심으로 항공서비스에서의 관계효익 구성요소인 사회적 효익, 심리적 효익, 경제적 효익, 특별대우 효익이 장기지향성에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였으며 이를 통해 항공사의 마케팅 전략 수립 및 시사점을 제시하는 것이 연구의 주된 목적이다. 분석 결과, 심리적 효익, 특별대우 효익만 장기지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The study has focused on relationship benefits provided for customers in terms of relationship marketing and empirically analyzed the influence of components of relationship benefits in air service. Those components are, for example, social, psychological, economic and special treatment benefits on long-term orientation of relationship. Also, ultimately, this study aims to suggest marketing strategies and relevant implications for airlines. In conclusion, psychological and special treatment benefits were found to have influence on long-term orientation of relationship.

혈장시료 중의 갑상선 호르몬을 고체상 추출법을 이용하여 추출한 후 HPLC/DAD/ESI-MS (high-performance liquid chromatograph/diode array detector/electrospray ionization-mass spectrometer)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 7종의 thyroid hormones의 HPLC 분리조건은 Hypersil ODS 컬럼(4.6 mm I.D., 250 mm length, particle size $5{\mu}m$)을 사용하고 ammonium formate buffer와 아세토나이트릴을 이동상으로 하여 기울기 용리한 결과 완전 분리가 가능하였으며, UV spectra 및 질량스펙트럼을 확인할 수 있었다. 고체상추출법에 의한 전처리 최적 조건을 조사한 결과 시료를 pH 3으로 한 후 C18 고체상을 사용하여 4 mL의 메탄올로 용리할 경우 회수율이 74.5-115.7%로 나타났다. HPLC/ESI-MS를 이용하여 20-500 ng/mL범위에서 검량선을 작성한 결과 $r^2$값은 0.9939-0.9978으로 나타났으며 검출한계는 20-50 ng/mL (38.1-162.8 pmol/mL)로 계산되었다. 정상인의 혈장에서 thyroxine의 정량이 가능하였으며 그 결과 50.98-112.97 ng/mL로 검출되었다.
An analytical method for the determination of thyroid hormones in plasma samples has been studied by solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography/diode array detector (DAD)/electrospray ionization (ESI)-mass spectrometer. Seven thyroid hormones were successfully separated by gradient elution on the reverse phase Hypersil ODS column (4.6 mm I.D., 250 mm length, particle size $5{\mu}m$) with ammonium formate buffer and acetonitrile. In addition, these compounds were confirmed by UV spectra and ESI-mass Spectra. The extraction recoveries of thyroid hormones in the plasma sample (at pH 3) were in the range of 74.5-115.7 % with solid-phase extraction by C18, followed by elution with 4 mL of methanol. The calibration curves showed good linearity with the correlation coefficients ($r^2$) varying from 0.9939 to 0.9978 and the detection limits of all analytes were obtained in the range of 20-50 ng/mL (38.1-162.8 pmol/mL). As a result, thyroxine was found in the range of 50.98-112.97 ng/mL in normal plasma samples.

본 연구에서는 뇨시료를 고체상 추출법으로 추출한 후 HPLC/DAD/ESI-MS(high-performance liquid chromatograph/diode array detector/electro-spray ionitation mass spectrometry)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 7종의 thyroid hormones의 HPLC 분리조건은 Hypersil ODS(octadecylsilica) 컬럼(4.6mm I.D., 100 mm length, particle size $5{\mu}m$)을 사용하고 ammonium formate buffer와 acetonitrile을 이동상으로 하여 기울기 용리한 결과 완전 분리가 가능하였으며, UV spectra 및 질량스펙트럼을 확인할 수 있었다. 고체상 추출법에 의한 전처리 최적 조건을 조사한 결과 시료를 pH 3으로 한 후 C18 고체상을 사용하여 4 mL의 methanol/ammonium hydroxide(9:1) 혼합용액으로 용리할 경우 회수율이 89.0-113.1%로 나타났다. HPLC/DAD를 이용하여 10-1000 ng/mL범위에서 검량선을 작성한 결과 $r^2$값은 0.992-0.998 으로 나타났으며 검출한계는 2-4 ng/mL(3.8-13.0 pmol/mL)로 계산되었다.
An analytical method for the determination of thyroid hormones in urine samples has been studied by using solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography/diode array detector/electro-spray mass spectrometry. 인공신경망을 이용한 한복지 태의 평가에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to quantify the hands of fabrics for the Korean folk clothes using both a KES-FB and an artificial neural network. In order to select the proper input parameters, we calculated the correlation using step-wise regression between mechanical properties and the hand value of fabrics. For the classification, the primary hand values and total hand value, five neural networks with three-layered structure were constructed using the error back propagation algorithm and, in order to reduce errors and to speed up learning, the momentum method was selected. From the analysis of the primary and total hands using a self-constructed artificial intelligence system, the error rates of sleekness, stiffness, silkiness, and roughness compared with the judgement of expert panels were found to be 3.3%, 3.3%, 1.6%, and 4.9%, respectively, while that of the total hand was 9.83%.

In this paper, an attempt to quantify hands of fabrics for Korean folk clothes has been made based on mechanical properties and the sensory test using artificial intelligence systems. In order to classify the primary hand values, four neural networks with three-layered structure were constructed and one neural network was constructed to classify the total hand value. The learning algorithm was selected with the error back propagation algorithm and, in order to reduce errors and to speed up learning, the moment method was selected. From the analysis of the primary and total hands using a self-constructed artificial intelligence system, the error rates of silky, sleekness, roughness, and stiffness compared with the judgements of expert panels were found to be 4.9%, 4.9%, 4.9%, and 1.6%, respectively, while that of the total hand was 9.83%.

The primary objective of this study was to empirically explore the mechanical properties of marketing Korean fabrics by using KES-FB system and estimate the sewability of Korean clothes by the mechanical properties. From the empirical research, it was found that Korean fabrics for spring and summer has been transformed easier and less flexible by shearing Korean fabrics for autumn and winter. Also, it was found that there is a significant difference in the hand value as tensile, surface and compression. It was found that Korean fabrics for spring and summer has a stiffness and elastic properties of matter and Korean fabrics for autumn and winter has a bulky and abundant elasticity. Finally, it was found that Korean fabrics for autumn and summer in the joint of account of the mechanical properties. Also, the difficulties of process has been expected by sewability like seam-pucker, over feed, sewing and steam-press.

The objective of the present study has been to quantify the hand of fabrics for the Korean folk clothes using a KES-FB system developed by HESC. The mechanical properties of fabrics for the Korean folk clothes were measured with a KES-FB system. Some adjectives most appropriate for expressing the touch sensitiveness of fabrics for the Korean folk clothes were extracted in order to determine the primary hands. For the selected primary hands, sensory tests were carried out by asking expert panels of fabrics for the Korean folk clothes and the correlations between the mechanical properties and the sensory test results were examined in detail. In addition, the working equations for describing the primary and total hand of fabrics for the Korean folk clothes were derived from the measured mechanical properties by means of a step-wise regression analysis.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for developing a nursing intervention for climacteric women by describing a health promoting lifestyle. Also this study identified the relationship between self-efficacy and family function which are factors affecting the health promoting behaviors. The subjects of this study were 143 women from 40 to 59 years of age. The data was analyzed using SPSS program for t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. The results of the study are as follows; 1. The average score of performance in the health promoting lifestyle was 2.82. The variable with the highest degree of performance was the sanitary environment and reconciliatory relationship(3.31), whereas the one with the lowest degree was the professional health maintenance(2.27). The average score of self-efficacy was 71.44, family function was 68.50, and menopausal symptoms was 60.30. 2. There was a statistically significant difference in performance in health promoting lifestyle according to satisfaction of marital life. Also there was a significant difference between self-efficacy, religion, and family function. 3. Performance in the health promoting lifestyle was positively related to self-efficacy, and family function and negatively related to menopausal symptoms. Self-efficacy was positively related to family function. In conclusion, performance in health promoting lifestyle was related to self-efficacy, family function and menopausal symptoms. These factors were affected by religion, family type, and satisfaction of marital life. Therefore, health promoting programs to increase climacteric women's health should be a planed program based on results of this study.

결명자 추출액에 의한 단백질계 섬유의 염색성

The purpose of this study was to investigate dyeing properties of silk and wool fabric by Cassia tora extracts according to the conditions such as extraction(temperature time) dyeing(temperature time) condition kinds of mordants temperature of mordanting. The color fastness of laundering irradiation were examined. The results were as follows: The wavelength of maximum absorpthion by extracts appeared at 201, 277, 382nm in UV-Vis spectrum. Absorbance of extracts were increased with temperature and time. The extraction efficiency of Cassia tora was determined as $95^\circ{C}$ of extraction temperature 120 minutes of extraction time. Silk fabric had highest K/S value when dyeing for 90min at $40^\circ{C}$. Wool fabric had highest K/S value when dyeing for 60min at $80^\circ{C}$. Surface color of silk and wool fabric dyed with Cassia tora extracts was 3,9Y and 0.4Y but it was changed from 9.3YR to 7,4Y and from 9.4YR to 5Y by mordants. The fabrics of mordanted by metal ion dyed the depth of color. Laundering and irradiation fastness of mordanted fabrics were improved as compared with nonmordanted fabrics.

열장 흐름 분획법에서 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 혼성중합체들의 머무름거동에 관한 연구

본 연구는 열장 흐름 분획법을 이용하여 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 혼성중합체들의 머무름에 미치는 인자들을 조사함으로써 혼성중합체의 물리화학적인 성질 중 열확산계수의 특성과 효율적인 분리에 대해 고찰하였다. 시료로 선택한 8종의 혼성중합체들의 분자량 범위는 110,000 ~ 285,000이고 아세트산 비닐의 함량은 25% ~ 70%인 것을 사용하였으며, 이동상으로는 점도와 열전도도 값이 서로 다른 THF, 톨루엔 및 클로로벤젠을 선택하였다. 혼성중합체의 머무름은 시료의 분자량, 조성 및 이동상의 종류에 따라 변화하였는데 시료의 분자량과 아세트산 비닐의 함량이 증가할수록 머무름이 증가하였다. 실험으로부터 측정된 열확산계수는 1.36∼5.97 $cm^2/(s.K)$로서 시료의 조성 및 이동상의 종류에 따라 변화하였다. 즉 열확산계수는 아세트산 비닐의 조성이 높아짐에 따라 증가하였으며, 조성과 열확산계수의 도시에서 조성이 무게백분율로 표시될 때 1.36∼5.97 $cm^2/(s.K)$로서 시료의 조성 및 이동상의 종류에 따라 변화하였다. 즉 열확산계수는 아세트산비닐의 조성이 높아짐에 따라 증가하였으며, 조성과 열확산계수의 도시에서 조성이 무게백분율로 표시될 때 상관계수가 큰 $(r^2(\geq)0.928)$ 직선성을 나타내었다. 또한 혼성중합체의 조성에 대한 열확산계수의 변화율은 이동상이 THF인 경우에 가장 컸으모로, 조성이 서로 다른 혼성중합체의 분리에 적합한 이동상은 THF라는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 결과로부터 열장 흐름 분획법이 중합체의 크기가 유사하고 조성이 서로 다른 혼성중합체의 분리에 이용될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
The retention behaviors of poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate)s have been studied by thermal field-flow fractionation(ThFFF) with respect to effective separation and characterization of thermal diffusion coefficients($D_{\tau}$) as one of the physicochemical properties of polymers. The eight copolymers are different in vinyl acetate composition ranging from 25% to 70% and in molecular weight ranging from 110,000 to 285,000. The carrier solvents are THF, toluene and chlorobenzene which have different viscosities and thermal conductivities. It is shown that the retention of a copolymer is dependent on the type of the carrier, the molecular weight and chemical composition of the copolymer. The results show that the retention of a copolymer increases when either vinyl acetate composition or the molecular weight increase. $D_{\tau}$ values measured by experiments vary from 1.36∼5.97 $\cm^2/(s.K)$ depending on the copolymer composition and the type of the carrier solvent. These values increase $(r^2{\geq}0.928)$ with increase of weight % of vinyl acetate. THF is found to be the proper carrier solvent for separation of copolymers employed in this study due to the fact that a $D_{\tau}$ value greatly changes with variation of copolymer composition. From the above results, ThFFF can be used for separation of copolymers with similar molecular sizes but different compositions.
