Economic activity of traditional market is developing as the type of EC(electronic commerce) with marketing activity through internet In tourism industry the recognition about EC is raised and most tourism sectors are extending their boundary to virtual area. Comparing to the other industry, tourism industry is better position for the success of EC. Internet EC cost about distribution is less than that of general EC because Internet EC sells digital product. Even though now EC of tourism industry in Korea has a good system like developed countries, there are many problems in consumer satisfaction which is the same in traditional market. The reason is that system introduction was prior than consumer satisfaction. I investigated the state of general and tourism EC and researched about consumer satisfaction. The result of this research showed that most consumers were satisfied with EC system but EC operation. For the EC activation of tourism industry the consumer dissatisfaction of traditional market is to be removed and new basis of economic activity has to be constructed through marketing strategy and government support.

산화구리의 광전기화학적 거동 특성

Recent industrialization has led to a high demand for the use of fossil fuels. Therefore, the need for producing hydrogen and its utilization is essential for a sustainable society. For an eco-friendly future technology, photoelectrochemical water splitting using solar energy has proven promising amongst many other candidates. With this technique, semiconductors can be used as photocatalysts to generate electrons by light absorption, resulting in the reduction of hydrogen ions. The photocatalysts must be chemically stable, economically inexpensive and be able to utilize a wide range of light. From this perspective, cuprous oxide($Cu_2O$) is a promising p-type semiconductor because of its appropriate band gap. However, a major hindrance to the use of $Cu_2O$ is its instability at the potential in which hydrogen ion is reduced. In this study, gold is used as a bottom electrode during electrodeposition to obtain a preferential growth along the (111) plane of $Cu_2O$ while imperfections of the $Cu_2O$ thin films are removed. This study investigates the photoelectrochemical properties of $Cu_2O$. However, severe photo-induced corrosion impedes the use of $Cu_2O$ as a photoelectrode. Two candidates, $TiO_2$ and $SnO_2$, are selected for the passivation layer on $Cu_2O$ by by considering the Pourbaix-diagram. $TiO_2$ and $SnO_2$ passivation layers are deposited by atomic layer deposition(ALD) and a sputtering process, respectively. The investigation of the photoelectrochemical properties confirmed that $SnO_2$ is a good passivation layer for $Cu_2O$.

This paper presents the study results on the design of the correction filter to improve the azimuth error estimation of the high-speed guided missile launched from the warship after the transfer alignment. We theoretically proved that the transfer alignment performance is determined by the accuracy of the marine inertial navigation system and the observability of the attitude error state variable in the transfer alignment filter, and that most of navigation errors in high-speed guided missile are caused by azimuth error. In order to improve the azimuth estimation performance of the correction filter, the multiple adaptive estimation method and the adaptive filters adapting the measurement noise covariance or the process noise covariance are proposed. The azimuth estimation performance of the proposed adaptive filter and the existing Kalman filter are compared and analyzed each other for 8 different transfer alignment accuracy cases. As a result of comparison and analysis, it was confirmed that the adaptive filter adapting the process noise covariance has the best azimuth estimation performance. These results can be applied to the design of correction filters for high-speed guided missile.

In this paper, a study result to decide the accuracy specifications of inertial sensors satisfying the performance requirements of SINS(ship's inertial navigation system) is proposed. To do this, the performance specifications of overseas SINS is surveyed and the detailed error analysis of SINS at stationary condition is performed. Also, a new performance index to indicate the performance of SINS is derived. Modelling and simulation results show that the accuracy specifications of inertial sensors to meet the performance requirements of SIGMA40XP, a typical overseas SINS, can be determined through the newly derived performance index in this paper.

구미진심과립(九味鎭心顆粒)의 불안장애 활용에 대한 중의학 연구 고찰

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the composition, origins, and utilization of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules for anxiety disorders in Chinese medicine. Methods: Studies found in six databases were chosen, and major indicators were analyzed. Results: Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules are modified from Pyeonbojinsimdan on Taepyeonghyeminhwajegukbang. In Jiuwei Zhenxin Granule studies, there were significant effects in nine outcomes in twenty-four studies of primary anxiety disorders and seventeen outcomes were similar in effect to that in the control. Three outcomes in ten studies of secondary anxiety disorders showed significant effects, and five outcomes were similar in effect to that in the control. Conclusions: Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules is a prescription that focuses on harmony of vital energy (qi) and blood, and stability of mind. The significance of the constitution of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules is similar to that of domestic anxiety disorder studies, so it seems to be applicable to anxiety disorders. With regard to domestic use of Jiuwei Zhenxin Granules, more research is needed on the dosage according to the formulation.

역할행동 사전교육이 의사소통, 진료기술의 평가에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The objective of this study was to clarify the effect of pre-training about role-behavior on the evaluation of communication and clinical skills in clinical training using role-playing. Methods: This study used data of 116, 4th grader students from Korean Medicak College of Dongshin University in 2016 and 2017. The data was divided into two groups: those who did pre-training about role-behaviors and those who did not. After performing their role-playing, they were asked to fill out questionnaires about 2 categories-communication and evaluation skills-, composed of 10 items each. Results: 1. Through pre-education, communication skills required the form and content of questions and the practice of communicating with patients. 2. Through pre-education, there was the need to practice listening for medical history, diagnosis skills and establishing relationships with patients. 3. Pre-training of communication skills and clinical skills helps to expose the shortcomings of clinical practice. Conclusions: In conclusion, pre-training about role-behaviors can help improve communication skills and clinical skills in clerkship using role-playing.

마그넬리상 합성과 광전기화학셀 전극 응용

Hydrothermal synthesis of highly crystalline $TiO_2$ nanorods is a well-developed technique and the nanorods have been widely used as the template for growth of various core-shell nanorod structures. Magneli/CdS core-shell nanorod structures are fabricated for the photoelectrochemical cell (PEC) electrode to achieve enhanced carrier transport along the metallic magneli phase nanorod template. However, the long and thin $TiO_2$ nanorods may form a high resistance path to the electrons transferred from the CdS layer. $TiO_2$ nanorods synthesized are reduced to magneli phases, $TixO_{2x-1}$, by heat treatment in a hydrogen environment. Two types of magneli phase nanorods of $Ti_4O_7$ and $Ti_3O_5$ are synthesized. Structural morphology and X-ray diffraction analyses are carried out. CdS nano-films are deposited on the magneli nanorods for the main light absorption layer to form a photoanode, and the PEC performance is measured under simulated sunlight irradiation and compared with the conventional $TiO_2/CdS$ core-shell nanorod electrode. A higher photocurrent is observed from the stand-alone $Ti_3O_5/CdS$ core-shell nanorod structure in which the nanorods are grown on both sides of the seed layer.

Paper-based analytical devices (${\mu}PAD$) are highly advantageous for portable diagnostic systems owing to their low costs and ease of use. ${\mu}PADs$ are considered as the best candidates for realizing the World Health Organization (WHO) ASSURED criteria: affordable, sensitive, specific, user-friendly, rapid and robust, equipment-free, and deliverable to end users. However, they have several limitations such as low sensitivity and accuracy. This article reports a mini review for a micro-fluidic paper-based analytical devices (${\mu}PAD$), especially for addressing low sensitivity and accuracy issues.

Lithium-ion batteries have been considered the most important devices to power mobile or small-sized devices due to their high energy density. $LixCoO_2$ has been studied as a cathode material for the Li-ion battery. However, the limitation of its capacity impedes the development of high capacity cathode materials with Ni, Mn, etc. in them. The substitution of Mn and Ni for Co leads to the formation of solid solution phase $LiNi_xMn_yCo_{1-x-y}O_2$ (NMC, both x and y < 1), which shows better battery performance than unsubstituted $LiCoO_2$. However, despite a high discharge capacity in the Ni-rich compound (Ni > 0.8 in the metal site), poor cycle retention capability still remains to be overcome. In this study, aiming to improve the stability of the physical and chemical bonding, we investigate the stabilization effect of Ca in the Ni-rich layered compound $Li(Ni_{0.83}Co_{0.12}Mn_{0.05})O_2$, and then Ca is added to the modified secondary particles to lower the degree of cationic mixing of the final particles. For the optimization of the final grains added with Ca, the Ca content (x = 0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0 at.%) versus Li is analyzed.

산화니켈 및 탄소나노튜브/산화니켈 복합체 가스센서의 제작과 황화수소 감지 특성

Nickel oxide(NiO) thin films, nanorods, and carbon nanotube(CNT)/NiO core-shell nanorod structures are fabricated by sputtering Nickel at different deposition time on alumina substrates or single wall carbon nanotube templates followed by oxidation treatments at different temperatures, 400 and $700^{\circ}C$. Structural analyses are carried out by scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction. NiO thinfilm, nanorod and CNT/NiO core-shell nanorod structurals of the gas sensor structures are tested for detection of $H_2S$ gas. The NiO structures exhibit the highest response at $200^{\circ}C$ and high selectivity to $H_2S$ among other gases of NO, $NH_3$, $H_2$, CO, etc. The nanorod structures have a higher sensing performance than the thin films and carbon nanotube/NiO core-shell structures. The gold catalyst deposited on NiO nanorods further improve the sensing performance, particularly the recovery kinetics.

불안장애에 대한 침 치료 임상 연구의 체계적 고찰

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical studies which focus on acupuncture's effect on anxiety disorder. Methods: We selected clinical studies through six databases. We then examined the characteristics of the selected studies and conducted an assessment for Risk of Bias (ROB). Results: Seventeen randomized-controlled trials were selected to determine the effects of acupuncture on anxiety disorders. We found that the risk of bias in most studies was unclear. The intervention of 7 seventeen randomized-controlled trials (RCT) was basic acupuncture, 8 RCT involved electric acupuncture, 2 RCT consisted of acupuncture and Moxibustion. Four of the 7 basic acupuncture RCTs and 5 of the 8 electric acupuncture RCTs had a significant effect on anxiety factors for anxiety disorders. Conclusions: Acupuncture treatment for anxiety disorders was found to be effective compared to the controls, or there was no difference in effectiveness compared to the controls. However, the quality of the included studies was low, and there only were a small number of studies. Therefore, well-designed studies and a greater number of the studies are needed.

비알코올성 지방간 세포 모델에서 소분청음의 지방증 완화 효능 연구

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-lipogenic effect of Sobuncheong-eum on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in free fatty acid induced cellular model. Methods : HepG2 cells were treated with palmitate for 24h to overload intracellular triglyceride (TG) content in the presence or absence of Sobuncheong-eum extract. After palmitate treatment, Intracellular TG content was measured with TG assay kit. Several lipogenesis related markers, including AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), sterol regulatory element-binding transcription factor-1c (SREBP-1c), acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), and fatty acid synthase (FAS), were assessed using Western-blot analyses and RT-PCR. Results : Palmitate markedly increased intracellular TG in HepG2 cells, and which were alleviated by coadministered Sobuncheong-eum extract. Sobuncheong-eum extract activated AMPK, which plays a key role in reducing hepatic lipid accumulation, and reduced lipogenic fators, SREBP-1c, ACC, and FAS. Conclusions : Taken together, it is conceivable that Sobuncheong-eum has an potential to alleviate steatosis, and which may be mediated by activating AMPK at least in part.

한방치료로 호전된 치골염이 의심되는 보행장애 환자 치험 1례

Objectives : The purpose of this case is to investigate the effect of Korean Medicine on a patient who was suspected osteitis pubis. Methods : The patient was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping therapy and physical therapy. We evaluated the results of the treatment by Hughes Scale and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After treatment, the patient's symptoms were improved. Conclusions : These results show us that Korean medicine has effect on a patient who was suspected osteitis pubis.

A method to compensate a bias hysteresis error of the ring laser gyro using the rate of temperature is proposed in this paper. Until now, we generally have measured and compensated the error of gyro and accelerometer using the temperature. However, we utilize the measured values of the temperature dependent error elements on the temperature rate in navigation system level. We show through experiments that the proposed method can improve the navigation performance and be very effective.
