수송력 향상을 위한 지능형 철도물류터미널 구축방안

The government have plans to improve the railway transport capacity and transport hub for the sustainable national transport and logistics system. Specially, there are much efforts to improve transportation capacity such as high speed transportation of rail freight, enlargement of BT train, development of double stack train, etc. between railway transport hubs. If the transport capacity between railway logistics hubs is increased as planned, we must increase the handling capacity of railway hub terminals. But there are limits to enlarge the terminal infrastructure because of investment scale, location circumstances and urban development plans. To ensure the capacity, with the minimum required enlargement of infrastructure, it is necessary to extremely increase the efficiency of terminal operations. For improving the efficiency, we have to introduce the efficient terminal operation systems based on u-IT and operation optimize technologies. In this paper, we analyse the issues and problems of railway terminals(including ICD) and suggest the concept of intelligent railway terminal and the construction components of technology.

Recently, there are environmental issues for sustainable transportation system to pursue the energy-efficient and environment-friendly public urban transit. These transportation system needs to offer demand-oriented high-quality service being on the same level with cab service for urban space. PRT(Personal Rapid Transit), small track-guided vehicle, is repeatedly mentioned as a possible alternative for the new urban public transportion system, but but there are not many researches on the operational optimal routing for PRT network. In this paper, the concept of PRT and general optimal routing methods are reviewed. And we suggest the optimal routing method for city-wide PRT network with multi-vehicles and stations, junctions and directional arcs. Futher research directions for PRT routing are presented.

A nano reef is a type of marine aquarium that is typically less than 140 L. Nano reefs have become quite popular in recent years among fish keeping hobbyists, primarily because of their smaller size, maintainability, and the possibility of lower costs. Keeping method for marine water quality in nano reef system was organized.. There are three kinds of filtration methods, biological filtration, mechanical filtration, and chemical filtration. A primary filtration method in nano reefs is live rock and live sand, which are pieces of rock and sand that have broken from the coral reef and are populated with beneficial bacteria and other organisms that aid in breaking down organic wastes produced by larger organisms in the nano reef. Other nano reef aquarists use devices such as protein skimmers to remove excess waste from the aquarium, before it has a chance to be broken down to nitrate. Removing the excess wastes mechanically can reduce the frequency of water changes needed to keep nitrate levels low. Delaying the action of the mechanical filters. A refugium may also be used to export nutrients, when packed with macroalgae such as Chaetomorpha, and live rock. Deep sand bed filters are another filtration method. Recently there have been several natural methods of processing waste in the aquarium and specifically small environments as nano reefs. In Korea, the wet and dry filter system go down with best way. But, the most important things are live rock, protein skimmer, strong water flow to keeping best water quality for invertebrates and marine tropical fishes. So, the complex filter system was recommend than one filter system.

교사의 집단따돌림 중재 경험에 대한 내용 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze teachers’ intervention experience on bullying. Content analysis on in-depth interviews with seven teachers was conducted. Six categories and 36 themes were derived from the data. The six categories included: patterns on bullying intervention, attitude toward bullying intervention, negative feeling toward bullying intervention, intervention's difficulties, need of support for effective bullying intervention, and suggestions for future program on bullying intervenyion. Patterns on school bullying intervention included survey, identification of the cause, punishment, counseling, connecting friends, consultation, sympathy, balancing, and providing a sense of security. Attitude toward bullying intervention included a sense of reponsibility, skepticism about the intervention, and avoidance. Negative feeling toward bullying intervention included guilty and frustration. Intervention's difficulty included misunderstanding, side-effects of instructions, lack of confession, difficulty in gripping the situation, difficulty toward parents' interference, complicated situations, and limitation of teachers’ ability, systemic problems, ineffective programs, and deficiency of connection. Need of support for school bullying intervention included needs for professional support, teachers' education, and systemic programs. Suggestion for future program on bullying intervention included continuation, specialization, and programs for the students, teachers, school, parents, and the community. It is suggested that specific and detailed multi-level bullying prevention or intervention programs be developed to decrease bullying.

Recently, there are many problems of service qualities such as regular-rapid-safe -comfortable transport, that was traditionally advantages in urban railway transportations. These problems cause train delays that affects consecutive schedule, capacity, operation plans, and it is hard to prevent the propagation of delay and find the recovery solution. Because the urban transport demands is continuously increased and the railway service is also expanded, the railway operation company makes efforts to improve operation performance and efficiency for passengers. In this paper, we analyse the issues and problems existing in the major operation line of high-density urban railways, and suggest the development direction of intelligent operation technology to improve the urban railway service by minimizing the occurrence and propagation of delay. And the result of numerical case study is also presented.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the effect of rowing ergometer training on the aerobic capacity and strength of male high school students over a 12-week period. Methods: Fourteen high school students volunteered to participate in the study. The subjects were divided into two groups: seven subjects in the experimental group and seven in the control group. The subjects in the experimental group performed rowing ergometer training for 75 min per session at three days a week for 12 weeks. The exercise intensity set the maximum heart rate (HRmax) from 40% to 80%. Aerobic capacity was measured by ventilation, cardiac output, and oxygen intake per body weight. Strength was measured by grip strength and back strength before and after training. Results: A significantly increased ventilation (p=0.01), cardiac output (p=0.01), and oxygen intake per body weight (p=0.00) were found in the experimental group. A significantly increased grip strength in the right and left hands (p=0.00, 0.00) and back strength (p=0.04) were observed in the experimental group. Conclusion: Rowing ergometer training can be an effective combined exercise for aerobic capacity and strength of high school students.

표준화 환자를 활용한 간호시뮬레이션 시 학생의 의사소통

학생의 의사소통을 위한 간호 교과과정 내 표준화된 지침이 요구된다. 이에, 표준화 환자를 활용한 간호시뮬레이션 시 학생의 의사소통의 양태를 분석하였다. 2017년 3월부터 6월까지 간호학생 41명의 장염 환아 간호시뮬레이션을 녹화하고 질문지로 자료수집을 하였다. 이는 훈련된 연구원이 필사하고 의사소통 과정 분석에 근거해 내용, 빈도 분석한 결과, 학생은 간호사로서 중립적인 정보 교환을 위한 의사소통을 주로 사용하였고 자기노출(소개), 개방적 질문, 확인, 정보제공, 의견제 시, 조언, 눈맞춤 등을 사용하였다. 간호 대상자가 불만을 제기하는 등의 불편한 상황에서 학생은 긴장하거나 경직되었으며 공감적 이해, 치료적 스킨십과 같은 높은 수준의 의사소통은 제한적으로 사용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 간호 전문성과 간호 서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 치료적 의사소통과 관련된 교육 전략의 필요성을 제언한다.
The purpose of this study was to identify the categories and frequencies of communication of students in nursing simulation using standard patient. Data were collected through questionnaires and video recording of communication process of 41 nursing students in simulation related to pediatric enteritis from March to June, 2017. The data were analyzed the contents and frequencies of completed communication forms by trained researcher based on Interaction Process Analysis. In result, students used communication skills in task area frequently. Communication skills, such as orientation, open question, identification, giving information, opinion, and suggestion, and eye contact, were used frequently. In an uncomfortable atmosphere such as listening to the nursing client’s complaints, students showed tension and stiff appearance. Students used high quality communication skills such as empathic understanding and therapeutic touch restrictively. In conclusion, we need education strategies relating to therapeutic communication for nursing professionalism and qualitative improvement of nursing service.

VR은 게임, 영화 등 엔터테인먼트 분야에서 기존과 다른 경험을 제공하면서 큰 인기를 끌고 있다. 이에 스타트업 기업, 대형 기업의 시장 참여로 VR 디바이스 및 콘텐츠가 개발되고 있으며, 산업 생태계를 구축하고 있다. 이런 시장환경의 변화에 맞춰 VR관련 연구도 다양하게 진행되고 있으나, 아직 소비자의 기술수용에 대한 연구는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중국 VR 경험자를 대상으로 VR의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향요인을 검증하고자 한다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 VR 콘텐츠 품질, 호환성, 인지된 유용성, 인지된 즐거움, 지속사용의도의 연구 변수를 도출하고, 설문조사를 수행하였다. 444부의 응답을 바탕으로 실증연구를 진행하여 유의미한 결과를 확인하였고, 그에 따른 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 VR의 연구분야에서 소비자 연구를 수행한 비교적 초기의 연구라는 특징을 갖는다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify health promotion behaviors of elementary school teachers and investigate the factors influencing the health promotion behaviors. Methods : Data were collected from 234 elementary school teachers in the B Metropolitan City Office of Education from 5th to 30th October, 2016. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Mann-Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Spearman correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS/WIN 23.0. Results : The elementary school teachers' health perception scored 2.94 out of 4, health status 1.59 out of 3, and health promotion behaviors 2.66 out of 4. The level of mental health status (1.67) was higher than that of physical health status (1.54) and the most practiced health promotion behavior was spiritual growth (3.15) and the least was health responsibility (2.00). Significant negative correlations were found between health perception and health status(r=-.59, p<.001) and between health status and health promotion behaviors(r=-.41, p<.001). A significant positive correlation was found between health perception and health promotion behaviors(r=.32, p<.001). The significant factors influencing health promotion behaviors were job stress and health status. These factors explained 19.6% of the health promotion behaviors. Conclusion : It is necessary to establish measures to increase the health perception and health promotion behaviors of elementary school teachers and improve their health status. In addition, since job stress and health status are factors influencing health promotion behaviors, it is necessary to actively manage job stress and health status in order to increase health promotion behaviors.

역류성 식도염에 대한 알칼리미네랄수 유효성 평가 연구

Alkaline mineral water has various beneficial effects via antioxidant mechanism. But there is no study about beneficial effects of reflux esophagitis. The effectiveness of alkaline mineral water on reflux esophagitis was evaluated through endoscopy, question investigation and medical examination by interview. Alkaline mineral water was used Doctor M(Sung Min Korea Co. Ltd., Chuncheon, Korea). Alkaline mineral water were drank of 15mL/kg a day for 2 months. Under endoscopic observation, inflammation and ulcer have improved after 2 months of drinking of alkaline mineral water. In question investigation and medical examination by interview, the symptom has improved in 93% of participants. Effectiveness of alkaline mineral water on reflux esophagitis was around 78% equal or higher than taking certain medicines.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is an inflammatory skin disease characterized by pruritic and eczematous skin lesion, and can subsequently progress to allergic rhinitis and asthma. Currently, various alternative therapies are interested for management of AD due to side effect concerns of antibiotic ointment and especially bathing remedy is the most popular. This study was performed to confirm the bathing effect of hydrogen-rich sterilization water (HRSW) generated through non-thermal plasma discharge in water on AD patients. 40 people diagnosed as an AD patient by doctor were recruited and ranged in age from 3 to 19 years old. Patients bathed for 30 min a day in HRSW for 8 weeks, and survey investigation, skin test at an interval of 2 weeks and multiple allergen simultaneous test (MAST) were conducted before and after experiment. In the survey result, itching, inflammation and redness were significantly improved and satisfaction of patients was significantly high. In the measurement of skin condition, moisture, elasticity, roughness, pore size and wrinkle were significantly improved respectively. For the result of MAST, allergic response against D. farinae, birch, D. pteronyssinus and house dust showed significantly decrease compared to before experiment. These results suggest that bathing in HRSW may have the positive benefits on the management of atopic dermatitis patients as a alternative remedy. However, more evidences are required for the safety use.

오늘날 정보공유는 점차 지능화, 고도화되어 나타나고 있는 사이버공격을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있는 수단으로 인식되어 미국, EU, 영국, 일본 등 전세계적으로 국가적 차원의 사이버 위협정보 공유체계를 구축하고 있다. 특히 미국은 지난 2015년 12월 사이버위협정보공유법(CISA) 을 제정하는 등 오래전부터 위협정보 공유를 위한 법 제도 기반 마련, 수행체계 구축 이행을 추진해오고 있다. 우리나라는 국가사이버안전센터와 한국인터넷진흥원을 중심으로 각각 공공, 민간분야에서 사이버 위협정보를 수집, 공유하고 있으며 관련 법 제도의 도입 시행을 통한 일원화된 정보공유 절차의 마련과 수행체계 구축을 추진 중에 있으나, 사이버 위협정보 공유 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 기업 또는 개인의 민감정보 유출문제, 정보수집 관리 주체에 대한 신뢰, 효용성 등의 문제의 우려도 제기되고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 미국과우리나라의 사이버 위협정보 공유 현황의 비교 분석을 통해 향후 우리나라의 성공적인 사이버 위협정보 공유 체계정착이 이루어지는데 필요한 요구사항 및 시사점을 도출해보고자 한다.
Today, information sharing is recognized as a means to effectively prevent cyber attacks, which are becoming more intelligent and advanced, so that many countries such as U.S., EU, UK, Japan, etc. are establishing cyber threat information sharing system at national level. In particular, the United States has enacted the "Cyber Threat Information Sharing Act (CISA)" in December 2015, and has been promoting the establishment of a legal and institutional basis for sharing threat information and the implementation of the system. Korea is sharing cyber threat information in public and private sectors mainly through the National Cyber Security Center(NCSC) and the Korea Internet & Security Agency(KISA). In addition, Korean government is attempting to strengthen and make legal basis for unified cyber threat information sharing system through establishing policies. However, there are also concerns about issues such as leakage of sensitive information of companies or individuals including personal identifiable information that may produced during the cyber threat information sharing process, reliability and efficiency issues of the main agents who gather and manage information. In this paper, we try to derive improvement plans and implications by comparing and analyzing cyber threat information sharing status between U.S. and Korea.

다문화 아동의 학교적응 예측요인에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to synthesize related studies and identify the predictors of school adjustment among multicultural children. Methods: The author searched Google Scholar, RISS, KISS, Naver Academic, NDSL, and the National Assembly Library databases from August 1 to August 8, 2016. Keywords included multicultural, adolescents, school life, and school adjustment. Results: Twenty two studies, from 3,645 screened references, were included and finally analyzed. All studies were prospective studies and used regression analysis. The predictors of school adjustment among multicultural children were children’s personal factors and social factors. Children’s personal factors consisted of general factors, psychosocial factors, and situational factors. Social factors consisted of parental factors, family factors, teacher factors, and peer factors. Conclusion: The findings suggest that consideration of social factors as well as personal factors of multicultural children, their family, teacher, and peers is needed to improve school adjustment of multicultural children.

부모와 유치원교사의 어린이 감염예방 및 교육요구도 조사

Objectives : This study was conducted to examine the educational status and needs of both parents and kindergarten teachers pertaining to the prevention of infectious diseaes in children. Methods : The participants were 280 parents and 147 kindergarten teachers. Data were collected from August 21, 2013 to December 30, 2014. Results : Only 16.7% of parents had educational experience with infectious diseases. The source of their education was broadcast media and their preferred educational method was the internet. Parents reported that the childhood infection about which they should be educated were influenza (30.4%) followed by hand-foot-and-mouth disease (13.9%), food poisoning (6.4%), and so on. About 27.2% of kindergarten teachers had received an education about infectious diseases, and the major source of their education was refresher training. The teachers’ preferred educational method was the internet. The teachers wanted to be educated about influenza (22.4%), hand-foot-and-mouth disease (20.4%), food poisoning (20.4%) and so on. Conclusions : Educational programs should be developed and applied to children, parents and kindergarten teachers based on consideration of their educational needs.

알칼리수 음용이 적혈구의 밀도와 소변의 성상에 미치는 효과

To confirm the effect of alkaline water drinking on the red blood cell density, the participants were divided into two groups, purified water (PW) drinking group (n=10) and alkaline water(AW) drinking group (n=10). Two uL of blood was collected before drinking water, and at 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours after drinking 15mL/kg within 10 minutes. Blood was on the slide glass under light microscope, red blood cells were counted from taken by 400 times. Also, to confirm the effect of alkaline water drinking on the properties of urine, urine was collected before drinking water and when it feel nature calls after drinking. Urobilinogen, glucose, bilirubin, ketone body, gravity, RBC, protein, WBC, pH and MDA in urine were investigated. Purified water (pH 6.9, +372mV) was produced only by physical filtering using commercial purified filter. AW (pH 9.2, +203.8mV) was prepared by Mineral water ionizer (Blue QQTM, Eagle Eye America Inc., Korea). Red blood cell density was showed lower tendency in AW group than PW group until an hour after drinking, and especially lowest tendency in 30 minutes (p<0.05). But two hours later, it was showed tendency to back to normal. ROS was showed low tendency both AW and TW groups after drinking. AW group was lower than PW group. Urobilinogen, glucose, bilirubin, ketone body and protein were showed low tendency both AW and PW. But pH was showed rising trends both AW (p<0.001) and PW group (p<0.01). Alkaline water is absorbed faster to the blood compared to the tap water and have higher antioxidant effect than PW group.
