본 논문에서는 Web of Science 데이터베이스를 활용하여 메타버스 관련 학술 논문을 검색하였으며, 1013개 자료 의 메타데이터에서 저자 키워드를 추출하여 자주 발생하는 용어와 동시 발생하는 용어를 분석하였다. 분석 결 과는 R의 시각화 도구를 사용하여 제시하였다. 저자 키워드에서 가장 많이 발생한 용어는 빈도 그래프와 워드클라우드로 시각화 하였다. 그리고 정보 의미 이해에 대한 시각화의 유용성을 제안하기 위해 네트워 크 분석을 하여 상관이 있는 용어들의 연결을 시각화 하여 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 한국의 전통문화유물 중 고도의 정신세계를 나타내는 팔엽심련만다라의 특징과 구조적 의미를 분석하고 시각화를 기술한다. 다양한 국외 만다라에 대한 연구가 소개되고 있으나, 현존하는 한국의 만다라에 대하여 그 의미를 체계적으로 분석한 연구는 미진하다. 본 논문에서는 한국의 팔엽심련만다라의 종자를 형상 위주의 만다라에서 나타난 존상과 매칭하여 시각화하고, 이런 과정을 통하여 우리 고유의 종자(種字)만다라가 기존 금강계만다라와 태장만다라가 융합된 만다라로서의 형태를 가지고 있음을 보인다. 응용 분야로는 만다라의 캐릭터화, 디지털 스토리텔링, 게임 등이다.

In this paper, the characteristics and structural meaning of the Palyupsimryeon mandala, which represent the high spiritual world among Korean traditional cultural relics, are analyzed and visualized. Various studies on foreign mandalas are being introduced, but there is a lack of systematic analysis of the meaning of existing Korean mandalas. In this paper, we visualize the seeds of the Palyupsimryeon mandala in Korea by matching them with the image of the mandala, which is based on the shape of the mandala. Through this process, it shows that Korea's unique seed mandala has a form of mandala that combines the existing the Diamond World Mandala and the Matrix Mandala. Applications include Mandara's characterization, digital storytelling, and games.

본 논문에서는 유형문화재인 오대진언집에 기술된 천수관음 42수에 대한 의미 분석과 그에 따른 응용으로 시각화 콘텐츠를 구현한다. 천수관음은 각 손에 다양한 지물을 가지면서 내포하는 상징적 의미가 차이가 있으므로 그 의미를 이해하기 위해서는 의미 분석이 중요하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 천수관음의 수인을 밀교의 기본적인 불보살 분류법인 5부에 따라 각 수인을 분석하고, 시각 콘텐츠로서 42수 의미에 따른 관음상을 나타내는 디지털 콘텐츠를 구현한다. 이러한 콘텐츠의 저작은 천수관음 수인에 대하여 일반인들의 접근성을 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 이러한 수인의 응용으로는 게임 콘텐츠 및 전통문화 콘텐츠 개발 등이 있다.

In this paper, we analyze semantics on mudras of Sahasra-bhuja Avalokitesvara and implement visual content as its application. The mudras are described in the Odaejineunjib that is a tangible cultural property. The semantics analysis on the mudras are essential for understanding the meaning of the 42 Hands(mudras) that present symbolic difference of hands holding on various items. So, in this paper, we analyze the semantics on the 42 Hands according to 5 parts which are basic classification of Honored Ones on Esoteric Buddhism. We implemented a visual contents showing Avalokitesvara according to semantics on the 42 Hands. And, in the process, we are able to provide the public with easy accessibility on mudras of Sahasra-bhuja Avalokitesvara. Applications of the mudras are as follows; game contents, traditional cultural contents, etc.

As of the 2010s, E-Sports have become one of the fastest growing new media formats, bringing about great economic benefits. The aim of the current study is to analyze the semantic network of the posts and comments on Reddit about eSports. Furthermore, this study explores the types of user experiences linked to eSports consumption that are identified from semantic networks. The study chose three different games and collected posts and comments of them on Reddit. The collected data was analyzed by semantic network analysis. NetDraw packaged with UCINET is used for data visualization. The research provides a systematic description of various experiences of consumers with E-Sports from different game types.

최근 방대한 양의 텍스트 데이터에 대한 분석을 통해 유용한 지식을 창출하는 시도가 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 특히 토픽 모델링(Topic Modeling)을 통해 다양한 분야의 여러 이슈를 발견하기 위한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 초기의 토픽 모델링은 토픽의 발견 자체에 초점을 두었지만, 점차 시기의 변화에 따른 토픽의 변화를 고찰하는 방향으로 연구의 흐름이 진화하고 있다. 특히 토픽 자체의 내용, 즉 토픽을 구성하는 키워드의 변화를 수용한 다이내믹 토픽 모델링(Dynamic Topic Modeling)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있지만, 다이내믹 토픽 모델링은 분석 결과의 직관적인 이해가 어렵고 키워드의 변화가 토픽의 의미에 미치는 영향을 나타내지 못한다는 한계를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 다이내믹 토픽 모델링과 워드 임베딩(Word Embedding)을 활용하여 토픽의 변화 및 토픽 간 관계를 직관적으로 해석할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 다이내믹 토픽 모델링 결과로부터 각 시기별 토픽의 상위 키워드와 해당 키워드의 토픽 가중치를 도출하여 정규화하고, 사전 학습된 워드 임베딩 모델을 활용하여 각 토픽 키워드의 벡터를 추출한 후 각 토픽에 대해 키워드 벡터의 가중합을 산출하여 각 토픽의 의미를 벡터로 나타낸다. 또한 이렇게 도출된 각 토픽의 의미 벡터를 2차원 평면에 시각화하여 토픽의 변화 양상 및 토픽 간 관계를 표현하고 해석한다. 제안 방법론의 실무 적용 가능성을 평가하기 위해 DBpia에 2016년부터 2021년까지 공개된 논문 중 '인공지능' 관련 논문 1,847건에 대한 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험 결과 제안 방법론을 통해 다양한 토픽이 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 양상을 직관적으로 파악할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Recently, researches on unstructured data analysis have been actively conducted with the development of information and communication technology. In particular, topic modeling is a representative technique for discovering core topics from massive text data. In the early stages of topic modeling, most studies focused only on topic discovery. As the topic modeling field matured, studies on the change of the topic according to the change of time began to be carried out. Accordingly, interest in dynamic topic modeling that handle changes in keywords constituting the topic is also increasing. Dynamic topic modeling identifies major topics from the data of the initial period and manages the change and flow of topics in a way that utilizes topic information of the previous period to derive further topics in subsequent periods. However, it is very difficult to understand and interpret the results of dynamic topic modeling. The results of traditional dynamic topic modeling simply reveal changes in keywords and their rankings. However, this information is insufficient to represent how the meaning of the topic has changed. Therefore, in this study, we propose a method to visualize topics by period by reflecting the meaning of keywords in each topic. In addition, we propose a method that can intuitively interpret changes in topics and relationships between or among topics. The detailed method of visualizing topics by period is as follows. In the first step, dynamic topic modeling is implemented to derive the top keywords of each period and their weight from text data. In the second step, we derive vectors of top keywords of each topic from the pre-trained word embedding model. Then, we perform dimension reduction for the extracted vectors. Then, we formulate a semantic vector of each topic by calculating weight sum of keywords in each vector using topic weight of each keyword. In the third step, we visualize the semantic vector of each topic using matplotlib, and analyze the relationship between or among the topics based on the visualized result. The change of topic can be interpreted in the following manners. From the result of dynamic topic modeling, we identify rising top 5 keywords and descending top 5 keywords for each period to show the change of the topic. Existing many topic visualization studies usually visualize keywords of each topic, but our approach proposed in this study differs from previous studies in that it attempts to visualize each topic itself. To evaluate the practical applicability of the proposed methodology, we performed an experiment on 1,847 abstracts of artificial intelligence-related papers. The experiment was performed by dividing abstracts of artificial intelligence-related papers into three periods (2016-2017, 2018-2019, 2020-2021). We selected seven topics based on the consistency score, and utilized the pre-trained word embedding model of Word2vec trained with 'Wikipedia', an Internet encyclopedia. Based on the proposed methodology, we generated a semantic vector for each topic. Through this, by reflecting the meaning of keywords, we visualized and interpreted the themes by period. Through these experiments, we confirmed that the rising and descending of the topic weight of a keyword can be usefully used to interpret the semantic change of the corresponding topic and to grasp the relationship among topics. In this study, to overcome the limitations of dynamic topic modeling results, we used word embedding and dimension reduction techniques to visualize topics by era. The results of this study are meaningful in that they broadened the scope of topic understanding through the visualization of dynamic topic modeling results. In addition, the academic contribution can be acknowledged in that it laid the foundation for follow-up studies using various word embeddings and dimensionality reduction techniques to improve the performance of the proposed methodology.

영화 <이다>(Ida, 2013)는 서사와 인물의 심리적 동 기를 모호하게 하고, 선형적 시간성을 파괴하며, 다양 한 기법을 통해 디지털 이미지의 조작 가능성을 상기 시키는 현대의 실험적 영화라 볼 수 있다. 인간의 주 체와 자아인식 변화 과정이 사회적 트라우마와 연결 된다는 점에서 다른 국가나 사회의 역사적 맥락을 대 비시켜 추론할 수 있다. 영화 <이다>는 화면 밖의 공 간, 부재하는 공간, 여백과 프레임 안에 내포된 의미 를 중심으로, 보이는 공간의 정보와 화면 밖 공간과의 정보를 나눔으로써 관객으로 하여금 제시되지 않은 정보에 대해서 추론하게 하는 능동적 인지과정을 불 러일으키고 있다. 시대적 배경을 자세히 기술하지 않 으면서도 역사적 의미를 시각화했고, 초월적 존재인 신과 한계적 존재인 인간 사이의 갈등과 고민의 문제 를 인간과 인간의 갈등 구조 안에서 표현하고자 했다. 아울러 상실과 부재의 슬픔을 공간적 미학으로 풀어 내고자 시도했으며 인물의 대비와 대조, 빛과 어둠의 대비를 통해 상황의 전개를 나타냈다. 본고에서는 영화 <이다>가 함축하고 있는 개인(인 물)의 이야기와 사회, 역사적 배경과 종교적 영역을 아우르는 해석을 시도하고, 의미적 맥락의 시각화를 다루고자 한다. 또한 정체성과 역사적 사건의 재구성, 종교적 가치를 다룬 영화 <이다>의 시퀀스 장면 분석 을 통해 그 의미와 특징을 살펴보고, 영화가 추구한 총체적 의미를 구체적으로 분석할 것이다. 이는 영화 <이다>가 내포하고 있는 트라우마의 재현과 해석 차 원으로 개인과 지역, 국가적 트라우마를 안고 있는 문 제를 다루었다는 측면에서 한국적 상황에 주는 함의 를 고려해 볼 수 있다. 나아가 과하게 표현하지 않으 면서도 인간과 사회적 성장, 고민을 잔잔하게 다루는 모습을 통해 새로운 영상기술과 독창적 시각화 기법 의 영화를 창조하려는 흐름에 또 다른 영감을 주는 연구가 될 것이다.

<Ida> is a contemporary experimental film that forms ambiguity in the narrative and the psychological motivation of the characters, destroys linear temporality, and reminds of manipulation possibilities in digital images through varied techniques, and it carries implication by the fact that the transformation process of human subjects and self-awareness are connected to social trauma and makes way to infer by comparing it to the historical contexts of other nations or societies. <Ida> centers on the space outside the screen, absent space, and the intrinsic meaning within the space and the frame and shares the information in the visible space and the space outside the screen and arouses an active perceptual process so that the audience can deduce the information that is not presented. The film visualized the historical meaning without describing the background of the times in detail and aimed to express the conflicts and worries between the god, a transcendental existence, with humans, which are marginal beings, within the conflicting structure among humans. Moreover, <Ida> attempted to resolve the sadness of loss and absence through the spatial aesthetics and the film presented the progression of the situation through the contrast of the characters and also the comparison between light and darkness. This study intends to make an attempt of interpreting the realm involving personal (characters) stories and the social and historical backgrounds together with the religious sphere and discuss the visualization of the semantic context. In addition, this study analyzed the sequence of the scenes in <Ida>, which reconstructs identity and historical cases and religious values to observe the meaning and characteristics and closely analyze the general meaning pursued by the film. <Ida> discussed the issues of trauma that individuals, regions, and nations confront as a representation and interpretation of the trauma connoted in the film, and consideration can be provided about the implication concerning the situation and context in South Korea. Furthermore, the film placidly discusses the growth and agony in humans and the society without expressing it excessively, so it will be a valuable research result to inspire the trend of creating films that incorporate new imaging technology and original visualization techniques.

본 연구는 <네이버 영화> 페이지의 리뷰 데이터를 수집하여, 출현 빈도가 높은 단어를 중심으로 영화 관람객의 반응을 시각화하는 작업을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 총 6편의 영화를 선정하여 데이터 수집 및 정제과정을 거쳤으며, 의미연결망 분석(Semantic network analysis)을 활용하여 단어 간 관계성을 파악하고자 하였다. 데이터 시각화 작업에는 UCINET과 함께 패키지화된 NetDraw가 사용되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 문장으로 작성된 영화 관람객의 리뷰를 키워드 중심으로 시각화하여, 소비자들의 반응을 한 눈에 확인하는 리뷰 인터페이스 구현이 가능한지 탐색하였다는 점이다. 본 연구를 통해 영화 리뷰를 구성하는 키워드를 시각화하고, 리뷰 내용에서 영화별 특성의 차이를 확인하였다는 점에서 본 연구가 의미를 가진다고 하겠다. 후속 연구는 보다 많은 영화의 리뷰를 활용할 필요성이 제기되며, 각 영화별 리뷰의 수도 비슷한 양으로 맞추어 연구에 활용해야 할 것이다.

This study visualized users reaction about movies based on keywords with high frequency. For this work, we collected data of movie reviews on <Naver Movie>. A total of six movies were selected, and we conducted the work of data gathering and preprocessing. Semantic network analysis was used to understand the relationship among keywords. Also, NetDraw, packaged with UCINET, was used for data visualization. In this study, we identified the differences in characteristics of review contents regarding each movie. The implication of this study is that we visualized movie reviews made by sentence as keywords and explored whether it is possible to construct the interface to check users' reaction at a glance. We suggest that further studies use more diverse movie reviews, and the number of reviews for each movie is used in similar quantities for research.

The aim of current research is to suggest a interface for movie reviews at a glance through semantic network analysis. The implication of this study is to systematically investigate the structure of eWoM. Specifically, by visualizing semantic networks of movie reviews this study attempts to provide a prototype of a possible review system that can check the response of movie viewer at a glance.
