Under the background of the current food safety issues highlighted, to improve the Under-forest economic product tracing efficiency, and reduce the tracking and monitoring cost, and as the under-forest economic product is sensitive to environmental parameters, this paper proposed a new method integrating RFID Barcode sensor technology to keep track of all stakes, in this process, in the traceability of storage, circulation, processing information, and the system can monitor circulation of environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity, and the paper analyzed the integrated approach of traceability system. The created system offers unique identification for under-forest product by barcode technology. And it also monitors the real-time environmental parameters of under-forest economic product by RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) electronic tag and sensor technology. The constructed system integrates the key links: the planting, processing, storage, sales, transportation and consumption of product. And it supplies enterprises, suppliers, agents and customers with under-forest product’s quality traceability. In addition, this system provides a feasible scheme for exact quality traceability of under-forest economic product.

소프트웨어 아키텍처 평가는 시스템을 위한 아키텍처의 적합성을 판단한다. 아키텍처 평가를 통해 아키텍처 결정 또는 확장 설계를 진행하며 목표 시스템에 대한 품질예측이 가능하다. 그러나 지금까지의 아키텍처 평가 방법은 참가자들의 투표에 의한 합의나 경험적인 직관에 의존하므로 많은 일정의 소요와 의사결정에 있어 객관적이고 효과적인 절차로 진행되고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 아키텍처 평가에 있어 품질속성의 추적성을 이용한 방법을 제시한다. 요구사항 명세서로부터 아키텍처 설계결정인 품질속성의 추적성을 활용한 효율적인 아키텍처 평가 절차를 제시하고 아키텍처 결정사항에 대한 명시적인 근거를 제공할 수 있게 한다. 제시된 방법은 아키텍처 평가를 체계적이고 객관적으로 수행 가능하게 하여 아키텍처의 신뢰성을 높이고 최종적인 시스템 품질 향상에 기여할 수 있다.

Purpose: Many consumers purchase agricultural products through offline channels such as hypermarkets and traditional markets. The current agricultural product distribution system has a very high share of the wholesale market, and the offline distribution system has the disadvantage of excessive distribution costs due to long distribution distances. In preparation for the increasing number of online channels and the establishment of an online wholesale market for agricultural products, this study aims to verify the product diagnosis and reliability of the traceability system, process quality satisfaction and outcome quality satisfaction of perceived benefits, and the relationship between repurchase behavior and the moderating effect of online reviews. Research design, data, and methodology: The data collection was limited to consumers of domestic online shopping malls who utilized the traceability system when purchasing agricultural products. The survey was conducted from May 15, 2023 to May 23, 2023 through a professional survey agency, and a total of 200 questionnaires were received. We excluded 115 copies that did not utilize the traceability system and used 85 copies of valid data. The statistical analysis programs SPSS 23.0 and SmartPLS 4.0 were used to analyze the survey data. Results: We found that online reviews moderated both perceived benefits (process quality satisfaction and outcome quality satisfaction) in online shopping malls on repurchase behavior. Process quality satisfaction of perceived benefits does not have a positive effect on repurchase behavior, while outcome quality satisfaction of perceived benefits has a positive effect on repurchase behavior. Implications: The significance of these contradictory results is that the empirical analysis confirms that online reviews have a moderating effect on both variables of perceived benefits.

본 연구는 의약품업체, 식품업체, 자동차 및 부품업체를 대상으로 공급망 품질경영(SCQM)과 추적시스템이 기업의 품질성과와 재무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 연구모형을 설정하였다. 또한 본 연구모형에서 제품의 품질에 대한 소비자의 불만에 대해 기업의 대응이 기업의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 매개변수로 추적시스템을 설정하였다. 그 결과 기업이 경영책임의 중요성에 대한 인식과 경영책임 요인이 기업의 성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 최고경영층은 전략의 실행과 조직의 목표달성에 필요한 자원을 파악하 고 이의 운영을 위한 물적, 인적 자원을 효율적으로 관리하여야 한다. 글로벌 수준의 품질을 만들기 위해서 필요한 근본적인 역량과 시스템을 갖추어야만 기업은 우수한 품질을 만들어낼 수 있다.

This paper establishes a research m odel to analyze the effect of supply chain quality management and trace ability system on quality performance and financial performance of the firm for the food, the drug medicine and the automotive industry. In this model we use traceability system as param eter in order to investigate how much firm’s proper action to consumer’s co mplaints for product quality affect fir m’s performance. The results show t hat the process control has a signific ant effect on the performance of firm, and the management responsibilities and the awareness of their importanc e play a role on the ongoing improve ment activities of the company. This implies that for sustainable improvem ent in the quality management syste m, top management should identify t he resources needed to achieve the organization's goals, prepare a prope r strategy, and manage efficiently ma terial and human resources necessar y for its operations. It is essential to have the fundamental capabilities an d systems necessary to create qualit y at the global level so that companie s can produce superior quality.

최근 선진국 중심으로 정부 주도하에 식품산업의 안전성과 신뢰회복 차원에서 정보기술 기반의 이력추적시스템이 구축 및 운용되어지고 있다. 하지만, 이력추적제에 대한 이해관계자들의 관심증대에도 불구, 올바른 방향성 없이 추진되는 경향이 있어 그 실효성 및 신뢰성 저하가 우려되는 있다. 본 연구에서는 지나치게 접근성이 강조된 기존 연구에서 고려가 미흡했던 정보기술 기반의 새로운 제도 및 시스템 차원에서 이를 수용하고 확산을 위한 선결 요인을 정보품질 차원과 사용환경 관점에서 제시하고 이를 검증하고자 하였다. 분석결과 이력추적시스템의 용이성에는 모든 정보품질요인과 사회적 영향 요인에서 유의한 정의 관계를 보였으며, 지각된 유용성에서는 이해가능성을 제외한 정보품질요인과 사회적 영향 요인이, 지각된 가치에는 정보품질 요인 중 완전성과 사회적 영향 요인에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 매개변수간 관계에서도 사용용이성이 지각된 유용성과 지각된 가치에, 지각된 유용성은 지각된 가치와 지속적 사용의도에, 지각된 가치는 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 정보기술 기반의 시스템을 기반으로 다양한 이해관계자들에게 웹이나 앱을 통해 서비스가 제공되는 사용환경에서, 제공되어지는 정보의 품질이 이를 수용하고 확산시키는데 기본적인 선결 요인으로 작용할 수 있는 것을 말하며, 특히, 정보기술 기반의 새로운 제도가 초기 시장에서 보다 안정적으로 올바른 커뮤니케이션이 이루어질 수 있는 하나의 방안을 제시하였다고 볼 수 있다. 이와 함께, 올바른 인식과 그 유용성을 통한 가치가 인식될 수 있도록 이력추적시스템의 효용성을 강조한 사회 전반적인 문화정착을 위한 노력이 보다 시너지를 발휘할 것으로 보인다.

In spite of the growing interest in the traceability system(TS), effectiveness and reliability of it are still doubtable for TS has tended to be practiced without the right direction. Unlike prior researches which emphasize access to system and policy, this paper examines prerequisite factors - information quality(IQ) of view and service environment of view, conditions for accepting and diffusing the new system - and verifies the relationship between these factors and intention of continuous use(INT). The results of the study were as follows: all factors of IQ and a social-impact(SI) factor have effects on the ease of use(EOU); all factors excluding understandability and a SI have effects on the usefulness; completeness and SI have effects on perceived value(PV); EOU use has a effect on usefulness and PV; usefulness has effects on PV and INT. In this age of information overflow, the TS will be a burden for users if it places too much emphasis upon accessibility. To safely accept and diffuse TS, therefore, IS should be settled first into initial market formation. In addition, if a SI element is considered in conjunction with IS’s factors, acceptance and diffusion of the TS would make synergy effect, even better.
