Medical information is one of significant private information that includes individual's own diverse information. Once opened, it exposes one's health condition and medical history to a third party, which could bring about serious troubles. On this account, the third parties are of much concerns about the information. If medical information collected through various routes is used with another purpose, other than the initial intention, it might cause serious results beyond one's control. Thus, it is essential to keep the information confidential. Also, the discrimination based on the medical information ought to be banned because it is likely to happen that exposed information socially stigmatizes a person, being discriminated in a work place or a school when he/she is employed or gets an insurance. In the current system, only medical institutions are responsible for protecting or securing medical records. Despite the information technology development and the increased interests in medical information, there are quite a few limitations in legal, technical, and administrative aspects. All kinds of organizations, involved in collecting and using the information, as well as medical institutions primarily producing and managing it should share the responsibilities.

기업의 신기술 개발 역량은 기술 융합 및 발전과 함께 빠르게 변화하고 있는 사업 환경의 치열한 경쟁 속에서 성공적인 제품혁신과 프로세스 혁신을 창출하는 데에 필수적이다. 본 연구는 개방형 혁신의 관점에서 외부 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 중소 벤처기업의 신기술 개발 역량에 미치는 직접 효과와 이러한 직접 효과에 미치는 제품 기획 역량의 매개 효과에 대한 연구 모형을 개발한다. 683개의 중소 벤처기업 데이터를 사용하여 최소 자승 회귀 분석을 실시한 통계적 연구 모형 검증 결과를 통해, 본 연구는 다음과 같은 2가지의 주요 연구 결과를 제공 한다. 첫째, 중소 벤처기업의 외부 정보 네트워크의 다양성은 신기술 개발 역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중소 벤처기업의 제품 기획 역량은 외부 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 신기술 개발 역량에 미치는 정(+)의 영향을 완전 매개한다.

Enterprises’ new technology development capability is essential for creating successful product innovation and process innovation in the heavy competition in the business context changing quickly with technology convergence and development. Based on the open innovation perspective, this research develops a research model about the direct effect of small and medium venture companies’ exterior information network heterogeneity on their new technology development capability and the mediating impact of their product planning capability on this direct effect. This study statistically tests the research model by using the ordinary least squares regression with the 683 small and medium venture companies, providing two major findings as follows. One finding is that small and medium venture companies’ exterior information network heterogeneity positively impacts their new technology development capability. The other finding is that small and medium venture companies’ product planning capability perfectly mediates the positive effect of their exterior information network heterogeneity on their new technology development capability.

차세대 이동통신 관련 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석을 위해 특허정보 분석을 실시하였다. 특허정보의 분석 방법으로는 출원인 분석, 기술분류 분석, 지표분석 등 여러 분석방법을 활용하였다. 경쟁기업의 기술적 역량분석 1단 계로 특허활동도(Patent Activity:PA)가 높은 출원인을 선별하였고, 2단계로 기술자립도(Technological Independence:TI) 가 높은 기술분류를 선별하였다. 그리고 1단계와 2단계 결과를 매칭하여 특허활동도가 높은 주요 출원인 중에서 기술 자립도가 높은 기술분류에 대한 포트폴리오를 작성하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 경쟁기업간에 집중적으로 연구되고 있는 중요 기술 포트폴리오를 분석할 수 있다. 이 분석 결과는 기업의 R&D계획, 특허전략 수립 등 전략적 R&D 관 리 수행을 돕는 역할을 할 것이다.

Patent information analysis has been carried out for technological capability analysis of competitors relating to next generation mobile communication. Various analysis methods, such as applicant analysis, technology classification analysis, indicator analysis and the like have been utilized as a method of analyzing patent information. As a first step for the technological capability analysis of competitors, applicants having high patent activity(PA) were selected, and as a second step therefor, technology classifications showing high technological independence (TI) were selected. Furthermore, portfolios for technology classifications showing high technological independence in the patents of main applicants having high patent activity by matching results the first and second steps together were prepared. Through such a process, portfolios for important technologies which have been concentrically researched by competitors could be analyzed. Accordingly, the present analysis results will help to carry out strategic R&D management, such as the establishment of company R&D plans and patent strategies.

New technology development capability plays a key role in making small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) increase their innovation performance, such as in product or process innovation. To examine the influencing factors of SMEs' new technology development capability, this study empirically analyzes the mediating effects of SMEs' process design capability and product interior design capability on the positive association between their external information network diversity and new technology development capability. This study performs the ordinary least squares regression on a sample of 2,000 South Korean SMEs. Results reveal that SMEs' process design capability fully mediates, and product interior design capability partially mediates the positive association between the external information network diversity and new technology development capability.

본 연구는 중소기업의 외부 기술 정보 네트워크에 대한 연구 흐름의 깊이를 더하기 위해 외부 기술 정보네트워크의 다양성이 중소기업의 기술개발로 인한 매출 증대에 미치는 직접적인 영향 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 직접인 영향에 대한 생산성 향상의 매개 효과와 최고 경영자가 주도하는 기술 개발의 조절 효과를 실증적으로 분석한다. 2,200개의 한국 중소기업 데이터를 사용한 최소자승 회귀분석을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결과를 본 연구는 제공한다. 첫째, 중소기업의 외부 기술 정보 네트워크의 다양성은 기술 개발로 인한 매출 성장에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 중소기업의 생산성 향상은 외부 기술 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 매출 성장에 미치는 이러한 정(+) 영향을 부분 매개한다. 셋째, 최고경영자가 주도하는 기술개 발은 중소기업의 외부 기술 정보 네트워크의 다양성이 매출 성장에 미치는 정(+)의 영향을 조절한다.

This research empirically analyzes not only the direct impact of the external technological information network diversity of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the sales growth from their technology development but also the mediating impact of their productivity improvement and the moderating effect of the technology development driven by CEO on this direct impact in order to deepen the research stream on SMEs’ external technological information network. Based on the ordinary least squares regression by using 2,200 data of South Korean SMEs, this study reveals the three findings. First, SMEs’ external technological information network diversity positively influences their sales growth from technology development. Second, SMEs’ productivity improvement partially mediates this positive influence of the external technological information network diversity. Third, SMEs’ technology development driven by CEO moderates the positive influence.

오늘날 자동차 기술의 핵심은 IT 기반 융합 시스템기술로 변화하고 있다. 다양한 IT 기술을 접목하여 운전 중 다양 한 상황에 대응하고 또한 운전자의 편의성을 지원하는 기술적 추세를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 운전자의 안전성과 편의성을 증대하기 위해 영상 정보를 기반으로 도로 정보를 검출해 운전자에게 알려주고, 버튼을 직접 손으로 눌러야 하는 물리적 인터페이스를 대체할 비접촉식 인터페이스 기술을 융합한 Augmented Driving System (ADS) 기술을 제 안한다. 본 기술은 카메라로부터 입력 받은 영상 정보를 제안된 알고리즘을 통해 앞차와의 거리, 차선, 교통 표지판을 검출하고 차량 내부를 주시하는 카메라와 운전자의 음성을 인식할 마이크를 기반으로 기본 음성인식과 동작인식이 융 합된 인터페이스 기술을 제공한다. 이러한 요소 기술들은 운전자가 인지하지 못하더라도 운전자에게 현재의 주행상황 을 인지하여 자동으로 알려줌으로써 교통사고 확률을 크게 낮출 수 있을 것이며, 또한 다양한 운전 중 기능 조작을 편 리하게 지원함으로써 운전자의 전방 주시에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서 개발된 기술을 통해 테스트를 실시해 본 결과 표지판인식, 차선검출, 앞차와의 거리 검출 등의 인식률이 약 90% 이상이 되었다.

Today, the core technology of an automobile is becoming to IT-based convergence system technology. To cope w ith many kinds of situations and provide the convenience for drivers, various IT technologies are being integrated int o automobile system. In this paper, we propose an convergence system, which is called Augmented Driving System (ADS), to provide high safety and convenience of drivers based on image information processing. From imaging sen sor, the image data is acquisited and processed to give distance from the front car, lane, and traffic sign panel by the proposed methods. Also, a converged interface technology with camera for gesture recognition and microphone fo r speech recognition is provided. Based on this kind of system technology, car accident will be decreased although d rivers could not recognize the dangerous situations, since the system can recognize situation or user context to give attention to the front view. Through the experiments, the proposed methods achieved over 90% of recognition in ter ms of traffic sign detection, lane detection, and distance measure from the front car.

본 논문에서는 최근 국내외적으로 많은 이슈가 되고 있는 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 클라우드 융합 서비스들에 대한 정보 보호 기술 개발 현황을 분석하고 특허 및 표준화 분야에서 우리나라가 선도적인 위치를 차지하기 위한 세부 전략을 제 시한다. 이를 위하여, ICT 융합의 개념을 살펴보고 주요 융합 기술이 제공하는 서비스와 시장 현황을 진단하며, 기술별 로 주요 기능과 보안대상을 제시한다. 그리고 국외대비 국내 기술 및 표준화 수준을 진단하기 위한 평가기준을 설정하 고 이에 대한 평가 결과와 지적재산권의 보유 현황을 분석한다. 모든 분야에서 아직은 국외 선진국의 수준에 크게 미치 지 못하나 빅데이터 및 클라우드 분야에서의 국내 역량을 활용한 선도 전략의 마련과 시장기술적 파급효과가 높은 사물 인터넷과 클라우드 서비스에 대한 우선적인 기술 개발이 요구된다. 그리고 사물인터넷 분야에서의 M2M 보안 프레임워 크, 빅데이터에서의 데이터 보안 기술 및 클라우드에서의 보안관리 및 신뢰 클라우드 연동 보안 기술 개발 및 표준화 추진이 우선적으로 요구된다.

In this paper, the development level of information security technology for internet of things(Iot), big data and clo ud services is analyzed, and the detail policy is proposed to be leader in area of patents and ICT standard. The conc ept of ICT convergence is defined frist, market and current state of technology for three convergence services is the n analyzed, and finally main function and security target for each technology are presented. The evaluation criteria a nd IPR are analyzed to diagnose the level of patent and standard for the technology. From the results, even though the domestic competence is inferior compared to other advanced country, the efficient policy should be presented by using our capability for the big data and cloud. Furthermore, the technology development for the IoT and cloud is ne eded in advance considering the market-technology influence effects. In addition to, M2M security framework in IoT, data security in big data and reliable networking in cloud should be developed in advance.

The current status of information management and information strategy of an enterprise may determine the future capability of the firm, thus the competitiveness in the market. Especially, in case of SME(small and medium enterprise), the level of information management and strategy gives the company readiness in the ever changing business environment. In this study, we investigate the information infrastructure of SMEs operating in Incheon Metropolitan areas whether they can meet the challenge in terms of network, software, IT education, IT finance, etc. We came up some suggestions which might be good alternatives and choices for IT decision makers in local and central government.

학술자원의 인용정보는 선행연구로부터 흘러온 지식의 흐름을 담고 있어 관계론적 측면에서 파편화된 연구를 연결할 수 있다. 인용관계 기반의 정보는 연구의 종합적인 흐름을 파악할 수 있어 기존 연구결과를 발전시키거나 관련된 연구 분야를 도출하여 융합연구를 촉진하는 등 연구논문의 새로운 가치를 발견할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 단순 공개수준으로 제공하던 학술문헌 인용정보 데이터를 인용관계를 통해 재생산하여 시계열 기반으로 인용, 피인용 분석을 실시하였다. 추가적으로 인용이 전파되는 과정에 단계를 설정하여 인용 범위를 넓히며 연구의 흐름을 분석 하였다. 이를 통해 인용, 피인용 문헌의 주요 연구 내용을 시계열기반으로 시각화하는 학술정보서비스인 논문타임라인 서비스를 개발하였다. 이는 인용정보가 담고 있는 의미를 전달할 수 있는 서비스로 학술자원을 접근하는 새로운 방법이 될 것이다.

The citation information of academic resources contains the knowledge flow from previous research, so it is possible to connect fragmented research in relational aspects. The citation information can grasp the overall flow of research, so it can promote convergence research such as developing existing research or deriving related fields. Therefore, in this study, the citation information of academic literature, which was previously provided at the level of simple disclosure, was reconstructed based on the citation relationship. Through this, backward and forward citation analysis were conducted based on time series, and the research flow was analyzed by setting the citation stage. Finally, we developed an academic information service that visualizes the main research contents of backward and forward citation based on time series. This accesses academic resources through the meaning contained in the citation information.
