본 연구는 노인대상 사회복지기관 종사자가 경험하는 지역사회 통합돌봄 사업 관련 실태와 문제점을 파악하고 향후 추구해야 할 지역사회 통합돌봄 사업 방향 은 무엇인지 심층적으로 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 현장 경험 15년 이상의 노인돌봄사업 참여 경험이 있는 민간 사회복지영역 전문가 6명의 연 구참여자를 의도적 표집 방법으로 모집하였다. 자료수집은 연구참여자를 기관별 특성에 따라 2개의 그룹으로 나누어 포커스그룹인터뷰를 통해 이루어졌다. 자료분 석은 연속적비교법을 활용하여 진행되었으며 연구결과 ‘통합돌봄 사업에 대한 사회복지기관의 입장’, ‘지역사회 통합돌봄 사업 관련 사회복지기관에서 보는 지자 체’라는 2개의 대주제와 ‘통합돌봄 사업에 대한 사회복지기관의 현재 시각’, ‘통합돌봄과 사회복지기관의 사례관리’, ‘관련 사업에 대한 사회복지기관의 지자체 평 가’, ‘현 행정상황에서 사업을 수행하는 사회복지기관의 입장’, ‘통합돌봄 사업을 위한 사회복지기관의 지자체에 대한 요구’라는 5개의 하위주제와 세부적인 14개 의 개념이 도출되었다. 본 연구결과, 연구참여자는 지역에 적합한 통합돌봄 사업 시스템 구축과 장착이 지자체 주도로 이루어지는 것을 가장 시급한 과제로 인식하 는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 지역사회 통합돌봄 사업의 향후 방향성에 관한 다양한 논의와 제언을 제시하였다.

This study deeply explored the current status and problems of community care projects experienced by social welfare workers for the elderly, and the future direction of community care projects to be pursued. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, six research participants, who were social welfare experts with more than 15 years of field experience in elderly care projects, were recruited through a purposeful sampling method. Data were collected through focus group interview, dividing the research participants into two groups according to the characteristics of each institution. The data analysis was conducted using continuous comparison methods, and the study resulted in five sub-themes and 14 detailed concepts: “Social welfare institutions' position on community care”, “Local governments seen by social welfare institutions related to community care”, “Case management of community care and social welfare institutions”, “Social welfare institutions' local government evaluation of related community care”, “Social welfare institutions' position to carry out projects in the current administrative situation”, and “Social welfare institutions' demand for local governments for community care”. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that the most urgent task was to establish and settle an community care system suitable for the region, and various discussions and suggestions were presented on the future direction of the community care.

차량의 승차감은 차체의 성능 뿐만 아니라 궤도의 특성에 의해서도 영향을 받게 되므로, 궤도선형 및 궤도틀림의 관리를 위하여 차량의 승차감 평가결과를 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 차체의 진동가속도 계측데이터를 이용하여 궤도유지보수와 상관성이 있는 Continuous comfort 승차감 평가방법을 통해 국내 경부고속철도노선 및 유럽 고속철도노선에 대한 승차감 평가를 수행하였다. 승차감 평가결과를 속도대역 별로 구분하여 국내외 고속철도노선의 승차감 분포현황을 정량적으로 분석하고 승차감 수준을 비교하였다. 국내의 경부고속철도의 승차감이 유럽 고속철도노선에 비하여 다소 우수한 것으로 평가되었으며, 이를 통해 국내 고속선의 궤도선형 및 궤도틀림의 관리가 적절하게 수행되고 있음을 유추할 수 있었다.

Ride comfort of a vehicle can be utilized to maintain the track geometry and track irregularities because ride comfort of the rolling stock is affected by the characteristics of the vehicle and track. Ride comfort was evaluated according to the measured floor acceleration data of vehicles for a Korean high speed line as well as European high speed lines using Continuous comfort method which can be applied to track maintenance. The exceedance distribution of the ride comfort was quantitatively analyzed by the vehicle speed, the ride comfort of the Korean high speed line was compared with that of European high speed lines. It is shown that the ride comfort of Korean high speed line is better than that of European high speed lines, which indicates that the Korean track geometry and track irregularities are properly maintained.
