With the explosive growth of the web information, acquiring the target information quickly, precisely and effectively in a large number of network information is restricted by many factors. In response to it, this paper analyzed the key technician part in the network information search engine-web crawler technology and proposed a network information target search model based on the web vertical crawler system with discussion on the implementation of the corresponding search strategy. Firstly, it builds the structure of the web crawler system and analyzes different function models. Next, it discusses some crucial problems including the options of deleting duplicated URL, the strategies to choose duplicated URL deletion method and the control model of error probability estimate model to acquire the closest network information to the target information. Finally, it verifies and discusses the operability and effectiveness of the model and the implementation strategy through case study.

In this study, the author uses a MATLAB simulation to develop and test a generalization of the traditional Random Search model which allows both the searcher and target to move and to be in different, but overlapping, areas. Also the best evasion speed for a randomly moving target against a Systematic Search is studied.

본 연구는 마을만들기의 다양한 목표와 추진방식의 유형화를 통해 주민의 만족도나 성과평가를 높일 수 있는 농촌여건에 적합한 실천적 모형을 탐색한다. 이를 통해 농촌에서 마을만들기의 목표는 어떻게 설정해야 하는지, 그리고 내부 주도세력이라 할 수 있는 지역인력이 취약한데다 외부 지원세력이라 할 수 있는 시민단체나 전문가계층의 관심에서도 소외된 농촌에서 마을만들기를 어떤 방식으로 추진할 수 있을 것인가를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 이론적 논의와 농촌형 마을만들기에 대한 실제 사례연구로 전라남도 행복마을을 대상으로 설문조사를 병행하였다. 마을만들기의 목표는 복합형과 복지형, 인프라형으로, 그리고 사업추진방식은 행정주도형과 주민주도형, 주민과 행정의 공동주도형으로 유형화하였고 공동주도형의 복합형이 성과평가가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공동주도형의 복합형을 지역정주형으로 명명하고 농촌형 마을만들기의 실천모형으로 제안하였다

This study focuses on finding out how community building project, which is recently emerging as a new paradigm of regional development, should be implemented to have practical result in rural areas by classifying its targets and subjects. It is expected to show how to establish the targets and subjects in rural areas which is poorer conditions of external support system and internal human resources than urban areas. Through theoretical approach and case study on the Happy Village Project of Jeollanam-do which is the actual case of Community Building Project, its targets are classified 3 types of complex type, welfare type, and infra type, and subjects are classified as resident-initiated, administration-initiated, joint-initiated type of resident and administration. Finally the combination of complex type and joint-initiated type, which brings the highest performance of community building project in rural areas, is suggested as the practical model.
