...ss while improving pain management and overall quality of life. Methods: The study involved a review of existing fibromyalgia care pathways at the W-institute and an analysis of both domestic and international studies on the condition. Focus Group Interviews (FGI) with experts and Delphi surveys were conducted to evaluate the CP's validity and feasibility. Based on these findings, a comprehensive CP was created, incorporating processes for diagnosis, treatment, evaluation, and management, along with clinical matrices and algorithms. Results: The literature review and expert feedback underscored the need for standardized diagnostic tools such as the Widespread Pain Index (WPI) and Symptom Severity Scale (SS). Multidisciplinary approaches, including pharmacotherapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, psychotherapy, exercise, and dietary management, were identified as effective treatment options. The Delphi survey revealed high consensus rates regarding the CP's diagnostic appropriateness (90%), treatment efficacy (95%), and management strategy practicality (93%). Consequently, two CPs were developed-one for Western medicine and another for traditional Korean medicine hospitals-both emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration. Conclusions: The integrative medicine-based CP for fibromyalgia patients standardizes diagnosis and organizes treatment, thereby enhancing patient quality of life and improving healthcare outcomes. Further research is necessary to assess the long-term effects of the CP and its applicability across various healthcare settings.

Objectives: This study aimed to develop a Clinical Pathway (CP) for fibromyalgia patients based on integrative medicine. It emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration to enhance the diagnosis and treatment process while improving pain management and overall quality of life. Focus Group Interviews (FGI) with experts and Delphi surveys were conducted to evaluate the CP's validity and feasibility.
