다층연결구조 PNN을 이용한 다중정 천연가스 저류층 거동해석

석유 및 천연가스 생산 시스템 설계의 주요한 목적은 현장 운영상의 제한조건하에서 최적의 시스템을 산출하는 것이다. 이러한 생산 시스템 최적화 연구에 사용하는 저류층 전산모델은 일정압력 또는 일정유량으로 생산할 때 저류층 공저의 유량이나 압력변화 등의 생산정 거동예측과 생산정 추가 시 최적의 시추위치 정보 산출 등의 다양한 생산 시나리오에 대한 평가도구로 활용한다. 기존의 연구는 주 운영변수인 저류층 공저압력이나 생산량 결정에 과도한 계산시간이 요구되는 저류층 전산모델을 대체한 유입유동특성관계나 물질평형방정식을 도입하였다. 이러한 경우 생산정간의 복잡한 간섭효과를 고려할 수 없고 신뢰성 있는 해석결과 도출에 한계를 나타내었다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 문제에 대한 대안으로 다층연결구조와 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 자동화, 최적화한 개선된 구조의 PNN 모델을 개발하여 저류층 전산모델을 대체하였다. 개발한 PNN 모델은 과거 생산자료나 시뮬레이션 자료를 이용하여 보다 빠르고 자동화된 방법으로 학습하고, 새로운 생산 시나리오에 대한 출력변수를 학습한 PNN을 통해 산출하므로 최적화 과정에 필요한 수많은 시나리오 평가시간을 크게 줄일 수 있다. PNN을 생산정 거동 예측 문제에 적용하여 저류층 전산모델과 비교한 결과 기존 인공신경망의 여러 한계점을 극복하고 해석의 효율성과 정확성을 크게 개선하였다.

The major impediment to formal optimization of large producing fields is the cost of computing the state of the objects being optimized. Previous studies for prediction of reservoir performance have used local inflow performance relationships or material balance models. These approaches ignore flow interactions among wells during the optimization process, often resulting suboptimal operations. In this study, a new polynomial neural network with layer over-passing structure has been developed to replace a relatively time consuming reservoir simulator through robust and systematic search algorithm. The networks are trained from a representative samples of simulations, which form a re-useable knowledge base of information for addressing many different management questions. The proposed approach reduces significantly computational effort for optimization of the development scheme within reasonable accuracy and outperforms other neural network models.

Performance Improvement of Leaf Identification System Using Principal Component Analysis

This paper reports the results of experiments in improving performance of leaf identification system using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The system involved combination of features derived from shape, vein, color, and texture of leaf. PCA was incorporated to the identification system to convert the features into orthogonal features and then the results were inputted to the classifier that used Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN). This approach has been tested on two datasets, Foliage and Flavia, that contain various color leaves (foliage plants) and green leaves respectively. The results showed that PCA can increase the accuracy of the leaf identification system on both datasets.

This paper presents three techniques of plants classification based on their leaf shape the SVM-BDT, PNN and Fourier moment technique for solving multiclass problems. All the three techniques have been applied to a database of 1600 leaf shapes from 32 different classes, where most of the classes have 50 leaf samples of similar kind. In the proposed work three techniques are used for comparing the performance of classification of leaves. Probabilistic Neural Network with principal component analysis, Support Vector Machine utilizing Binary Decision Tree and Fourier Moment. The proposed SVM based Binary Decision Tree architecture takes advantage of both the efficient computation of the decision tree architecture and the high classification accuracy of SVMs. This can lead to a dramatic improvement in recognition speed when addressing problems with large number of classes. Classification results from all the three techniques were compared and it was observed that SVM-BDT performs better than Fourier and PNN technique.

In this work, [$Pb(Mg_{1/2}W_{1/2})_{0.03}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_x(Zr_{0.5}Ti_{0.5})_{0.97-x}O_3-BiFeO_3$] (x=0.02 to 0.12) composition ceramics were fabricated by the conventional soild state reaction method and their microstructure and piezoelectric properties were investigated according to PNN substitution. The addition of small amount of $BiFeO_3$, $Li_2CO_3$, and $CaCO_3$ were used in order to decrease the sintering temperature of the ceramics. The XRD (x-ray diffraction patterns) of all ceramics exhibited a perovskite structure. The sinterability of PMW-PNN-PZT-BF ceramics was remarkably improved using liquid phase sintering of $CaCO_3$, $Li_2CO_3$. However, it was identified from of the X-ray diffraction patterns that the secondary phase formed in grain boundaries decreased the piezoelectric properties. According to the substitution of PNN, the crystal structure of ceramics is transformed gradually from a tetragonal to rhombohedral phase. The x=0.10 mol PNN-substituted PMW-PNN-PZT-BF ceramics sintered at $920^{\circ}C$ showed the optimum values of piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$), piezoelectric figure of merit($d_{33{\cdot}}g_{33}$), planar piezoelectric coupling coefficient($k_p$) and density : $d_{33}=566$ [pC/N], $g_{33}=29.28[10^{-3}mV/N]$, $d_{33{\cdot}}g_{33}=16.57[pm^2/N]$, $k_p=0.61$, density=7.82 [$g/cm^3$], suitable for duplex ultrasonic sensor application.

In this study, in order to develop low temperature sintering ceramics for multilayer piezoelectric actuator, 0.07Pb$(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_{3}-xPb(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_{3}-(0.93-x)Pb(Zr,Ti)O_{3}$ ceramics system were fabricated using $Li_{2}CO_{3}-Bi_{2}O_{3}$-CuO sintering aids and the specimens were sintered at $930^{\circ}C$. Thereafter their piezoelectric and dielectric characteristics were investigated with the amount of PNN substitution. At 9[mol%] PNN substitution, electromechanical coupling factor (kp), mechanical quality factor (Qm) and piezoelectric constant ($d_{33}$) showed the optimum value of 0.60, 1323 and 387pC/N, respectively.

Stability and reliability of a power system in many respects depend on the condition of power transformers. Essential devices as power transformers are in a transmission and distribution system. Being one of the most expensive and important elements, a power transformer is a highly essential element, whose failures and damage may cause the outage of a power system. To detect the power transformer faults, dissolved gas analysis (DGA) is a widely-used method because of its high sensitivity to small amount of electrical faults. Among the various diagnosis methods, Rogers diagonsis method has been widely used in transformer in service. But this method cannot offer accurate diagnosis for all the faults. This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method of oil-filled power transformers using PNN(Probability Neural Network) based Rogers diagnosis method. The test result show better performance than conventional Rogers diagnosis method.

To fabricate a multi-layered piezoelectrics/electrodes structure, the piezoelectrics should be sintered at the temperature lower than $950^{\circ}C$ to use the silver electrode, which is cheaper than the electrodes containing noble metals such as Pd and Pt. Therefore, in this study, we modified the composition of $Pb(Zr,Ti)O_3$-based material as $(Pb_{0.98}Cd_{0.02})(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.25}Zr_{0.35}Ti_{0.4}O_3$ to lower the sintering temperature and to improve the piezoelectric properties. Small amount of $MnCO_3$, $SiO_2$, and $Pb_3O_4$ were also added to lower the sintering temperature of the ceramic. The prepared raw powders were mixed by using a ball mill for 24 hours. And then the mixed powders were calcinated for 2 hours at $800^{\circ}C$. The calcinated powders were again crushed with the ball mill for 72 hours. The final powders were pressed for making the shape of ${\phi}15\;mm$ disk. The disk-type samples were sintered at temperature range of $850{\sim}950^{\circ}C$. The crystal phases of the sintered specimens were perovskite structure without secondary phases. All of the measured electrical properties such as electromechanical coupling coefficients ($k_p$), mechanical quality factors ($Q_m$), and piezoelectric charge constants ($d_{33}$) were decreased with decreasing the sintering temperatures. The electrical properties measured at the sample sintered at $950^{\circ}C$ were 54% of $k_p$, 503 of $Q_m$, and 390 pC/N of $d_{33}$, respectively. These properties were considered to be fairly good for the application of multi-layered piezoelectric generators or actuators.

This paper presents an integrated machining error compensation method based on PNN(Polynomial Neural Network) approach and inspection database of OMM(On-Machine-Measurement) system. To efficiently analyze the machining errors, two machining error parameters are defined and modeled using the PNN approach, which is used to determine machining errors for the considered cutting conditions. Experiments are carried out to validate the approaches proposed in this paper. In result, the proposed methods can be effectively implemented in a real machining situation, producing much fewer errors.

By substituting Cd$\^$2+/ into both A-site and B-site in PNN-PZ-PT ternary perovskite material, it is possible to determine the effects of the substitution site of Cd$\^$2+/ on sintering behavior. Sintering was performed in the temperature range from 1000$^{\circ}C$ to 1300$^{\circ}C$. The substitution site of Cd$\^$2+/ is identified by XPS spectra. Although Cd$\^$2+/ is substituted into both A-site and B-site in PNN-PZ-PT, Cd$\^$2+/ prefers A-site to B-site. The density is influenced by substitution site of Cd$\^$2+/. If Cd$\^$2+/ replaces Pv$\^$2+/, weight gain is observed during sinterig process. On the contrary, if Cd$\^$2+/ replaces Ni$\^$2+/, weight loss is promoted during sintering. From these weight changes, it is believed that Cd$\^$2+/ changes the bonding strength between B-site cation and oxygen of octahedron in perovskite structure. The changes of lattice parameters as a function of Cd$\^$2+/ content were consistent with those of the bonding strength. The densities of A-site-doped compositions were higher than those of B-site-doped composition.

In the field of the optics, precise machine, semiconducting processing, the micro-positioning actuators are required for the control of position in the submicron range. In this study, PNN-PZN-PZT ceramics were fabricated by solid state reaction. The structural, dielectric and electric properties were investigated for sintering condition. The specimen sintered for 1hr at 1,150($^{\circ}C$), had the highest density and dielectric contant.

기본조성이 0.5[Pb(Ni$_{1}$3/Nb$_{2}$3/)O$_{3}$]-0.5[0.65PbTiO$_{3}$ -0.35PbZrO$_{3}$] (PNN-PT-PZ)인 압전세라믹스를 NaCl-KCI를 사용한 flux의 양 및 소결온도에 따른 생성반응과 소결특성, 유전 및 압전특성을 조사하였다. 이때 1몰의 산화물에 대한 flux의 양은 0.1, 2 및 5mole로 하였으며 소결온도는 1000-1200.deg.C로 하였다. 본 연구의 flux법은 고상반응법에 비해 낮은 하소온도에서 pyrochlore상을 현저히 줄일수 있었으며 고상반응법보다 낮은 온도에서 치밀화가 이루어질뿐 아니라 유전 및 압전특성을 개선할 수 있었으며 소결온도도 낮출 수 있었다. Flux의 양이 증가할수록 결정의 입성장이 빨랐으며 유전 및 압전특성이 가장 좋은 flux의 첨가량의 조건은 1mole이었다.

In a Pb-included piezoelectric composition, $Sr_yPb_{1-y}[(Zn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_x-(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.2}-(Zr_{0.46}Ti_{0.54})_{0.8-x}]O_3$ was selected in order to attain high piezoelectric properties. According to the PZN ratio (x) and the amount of Sr doping (y), the crystal structure, microstructure and piezoelectric properties were measured and evaluated. In the case of Sr 4 mol% doping, the piezoelectric properties were the highest for a PZN ratio of 0.1. In this condition, the grain size was larger and the intensity was higher. With the PZN ratio fixed and varying the Sr doping, the piezoelectric properties increased until 10 mol% doping and then decreased for over 12 mol% doping. In the case of x=0.1 and y=10 mol%, the best piezoelectric properties were obtained, i.e., $d_{33}=660pC/N$ and $k_p=68.5%$, and these values seem to be related to the grain size and crystal structure.

$Pb(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.07}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.10}(Zr_{0.5}Ti_{0.5})_{0.83}O_3$ composition ceramics with high piezoelectric properties were fabricated by the columbite precursor method for ultrasonic generators, and the effects of sintering temperature on microstructure and piezoelectric properties were systematically investigated. It was found that the tetragonality of the ceramics decreased with increase in sintering temperature. Moreover, excellent physical properties such as $d_{33}=447pC/N$, ${\varepsilon}_r=1,843$, $k_p=0.641$, and $Q_m=1,207$ were obtained for an ultrasonic generator when the second calcination temperature and sintering temperature were $720^{\circ}C$ and $920^{\circ}C$, respectively.

In this study, in order to develop the composition ceramics for ultrasonic sensor with high $d_{33}*g_{33}$, $Pb_{1-3x/2}Bix(Mg_{1/2}W_{1/2})_{0.03}(Ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})_{0.09}(Zr_{0.5}Ti_{0.5})_{0.88}O_3$(PMW-PNN-PZT) system ceramics were prepared using CuO as sintering aids. And then, their microstructure, piezoelectric and dielectric characteristics were systemetically investigated with bismuth substitution. The PMW-PNN-PZT ceramic specimens could be sintered at sintering temperature of $940^{\circ}C$ by adding sintering aids. At x=0.015 specimen, the density, electromechanical coupling factor($k_p$), dielectric constant, piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$) and piezoelectric figure of merit($d_{33}*g_{33}$) indicated the optimal properties of $7.90g/cm^3$, 0.67, 2,511, 628 pC/N, and $17.7pm^2/N$, respectively, for duplex ultrasonic sensor application.

In this study, in order to develop the low temperature sintering ceramics, PMW-PNN-PZT ceramics adding CuO, $B_2O_3$ were manufactured, and their piezoelectric properties is investigated. The results of this study were gotten such as follows. The electromechanical coupling coefficient(kp) showed good properites on the whole, showed its maximum value 36.88 in specimens sintered at $900[^{\circ}C]$, 10[mol%] $B_2O_3$. The mechanical quality coefficient(Qm) showed its maximum value 161.601 in specimens sintered at $1100[^{\circ}C]$, 15[mol%] $B_2O_3$.

This study was to measure the minuteness structure, dielectric properties of 0.03PCW-0.07PNN-0.9PZT ceramics according to sintering temperature manufacture the specimens with a general method. The results of this study were gotten such as follows. The crystal structure of ceramic changed the rombohedral structure into teteragonal structure according to rising sintering temperature in XRD. Dielectric constant at $20^{\circ}C$ showed its maximum value 510.599 in specimens sintered at $1100^{\circ}C$ and dielectric loss showed its minimum value 7.43% in specimens sintered at $1100^{\circ}C$. The variation rate of dielectric constant according to the change of frequency showed its minimum value 0.029/kHz at $1100^{\circ}C$. The variation rate of dielectric constant according to the change of temperature showed its minimum value $1.40/^{\circ}C$ at $1500^{\circ}C$.

In this paper, in order to develop the low temperature sintering and dielectric properties for piezoelectric transformer, PMW-PNN-PZT ceramics using $B_2O_3$ as sintering aids were manufactured. With increasing the amount of $B_2O_3$ addition, density were increased up to 10mol% $B_2O_3$ addition and then decreased. The variation rate of dielectric constant according to the change of frequency were decreasing by increasing frequency, and in the sintering $1100^{\circ}C$, 20mol% $B_2O_3$ showed $1.32{\times}10^{-1}/kHz$.

In this study, the structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb[(Sb$\sub$1/2/Nb$\sub$1/2/)$\sub$x/- (Ni$\sub$1/3/Nb$\sub$2/3/)$\sub$0.15-x/- (Zr,Ti)$\sub$0.85/]O$_3$(x = 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05) ceramics is investigated as a function of Pb(Sb$\sub$1/2/Nb$\sub$1/2/)O$_3$ (abbreviated PSN) substitution. With the increase of PSN substitution, the crystal structure is transO$_3$formed from the tetragonal phase to the rhombohedral phase and the grain size is decreased abruptly. The curie temperature is decreased with the PSN substitution. The dielectric constant is increased with the PSN substitution and maximum value of 2290 is obtained at 4mol% PSN. With the PSN substitution, the coercive field is increased and the remnant polarization is decreased. The Electromechanical coupling factor(k$\sub$p/) Is showed the highest value of 0.622 at lmol% PSN and the mechanical quality factor(Q$\sub$m/) is decreased abruptly with the PSN substitution.

In this study, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of 0.4[0.1Bi(Ni$\_$1/2/Ti$\_$1/2/)O$_3$0.9Pb(Ni$\_$1/3/Nb$\_$2/3/)O$_3$]-0.6(PbZr$\_$y/Ti$\_$1-y/)O$_3$ceramics with Zr/Ti ratio were observed. As a results, structure of the ceramics with ZrO$_2$(y) 0.425 and 0.45 was MPB. Electromechanical coupling coefficients k$\_$p/, k$\_$31/ of the BN$\_$162/ specimen were 57.2%, 35.6% and piezoelectric constants d$\_$33/, d$\_$31/ were 720, 298[x10$\_$-12/C/N).
