This paper presents a microfabricated nanowire diluter which dilutes the concentration of nanowires in solution instead of by the conventional centrifuge process. The device has 16 pairs of gold electrodes in a micro channel composed of a glass substrate and PDMS. We prepared nickel nanowires by the template-directed electrodeposition method using nanoporous anodized aluminum template (AAO). We injected the Dimethylformamide (DMF) solution containing nanowires into the inlet of the diluter while applying square wave voltages on the electrodes to trap the nanowires at the subsequent gold electrodes by means of dielectrophoretic attraction forces. The concentration of nanowires at the outlet of the micro channel was changed as we expected, which illustrates that the device can effectively dilute nanowires and can be applied to a controlled assembly of nanowires.

The hydraulic cylinder is used for actuating a sluice gate which controls the volume of water in the reservoir. Generally, the one cylinder type is used to operate the sluice gate. In order to reduce the required cylinder force to operate the sluice gate significantly, the sequentially operated-hydraulic cylinders type is designed and the optimal locating points of cylinders are searched using the complex method that is one kind of constrained direct search method.

공군 병영도서관은 공군이라는 특수 계층을 대상으로 도서관의 기능을 수행하고 있지만, 그 발전은 시작단계여서 그 시설 및 서비스 등은 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다. 현재까지 공군 병영도서관 전체를 대상으로 한 운영 현황분석은 시도된 바 없다. 이점에 착안하여 본 연구는 공군 병영도서관 전체의 운영 현황 및 활성화 방안에 관한 인식 평가를 단급, 전대급, 대대급으로 구분하여 실증 분석하였다. 총 45개 문항으로 구성한 설문지를 2014년 8월 현재 등록된 총 101개 공군 병영도서관에 배포하였다. 그 중 81개관으로부터 회신을 받았지만, 4개관의 응답은 부실하여 이를 제외한 총 77개관의 응답을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 본 논문은 공군 병영도서관의 운영 현황과 활성화 방안에 관한 인식을 총체적으로 파악하였고, 공군 병영도서관의 운영상의 문제점을 지적하였다. 나아가 본 논문은 공군 병영도서관 발전을 위한 운영 활성화 방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

Air Force library performs the functions of a library with respect to a specific group of Air Force. However, the development of Air Force library is beginning step, its facilities and services are not meet expectations. The analysis of operating status for entire Air Force libraries is so far not attempted. Focusing on this point, this study analysed for the first time evaluation regarding the overall operating status and activation of Air Force libraries at the levels of wing, group and squadron. The questionnaire was consisted of a total of 45 questions. The questionnaire was distributed to 101 Air Force libraries registered in currently August 2014. I was received the reply from 81 out of 101 Air Force libraries, but the responses of 4 libraries were poor, and analyzed the total 77 library responses excluding them. As the results of the analysis, this paper identified operational status and perception of activation of Air Force libraries as a whole, and pointed out the problems that have been identified regarding the operation of these libraries. Furthermore, this paper suggested concretely activation plan for the development of Air Force libraries.
