본 연구는 창업경험이 없는 일반 대학생들의 창업의지를 높이기 위한 선행요인을 규명하고자, 창업(긍정, 부정)인식과 창업가정신(혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성)을 독립변수로, 창업동기와 창업효능감을 매개변수로, 창업의지를 종속변수로 설정하여 구조적 관계를 규명했다. 이를 위해 전국의 대학생들을 대상으로 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 활용하여 변수간의 구조모형을 검증했다. 연구결과, 창업긍정인식은 창업동기, 창업효능감에 정(+)의 영향을, 창업부정인식은 창업동기와 창업의지에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 창업가정신 중에는 혁신성은 창업효능감, 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을, 진취성은 창업동기에 정(+)의 영향을, 위험감수성은 창업동기에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 본 연구는 창업(긍정, 부정)인식을 고려하였고, 창업경험이 없는 일반 대학생들을 대상으로 창업동기, 창업의지를 높이기 위한 선행변수를 검증했다는 점에서 차별성을 지닌다.

This study aims to identify the key structural antecedents for enhancing the entrepreneurial intention of general university students with no prior entrepreneurship experience. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed on a nationwide sample of university students to examine the structural relationships among entrepreneurship recognition (positive and negative), entrepreneurship (measured by innovativeness, proactiveness, and risk-taking) as independent variables, entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy as mediating variables, and entrepreneurial intention as the dependent variable. The results indicated that positive entrepreneurship recognition had a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial motivation and self-efficacy. Conversely, negative entrepreneurship recognition exerted a negative (-) effect on entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention. Among the sub-dimensions of entrepreneurship, innovativeness showed a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and intention, while both proactiveness and risk-taking had a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial motivation. This study differentiates itself by integrating both positive and negative entrepreneurship recognition and empirically verifying the critical antecedents to effectively boost the entrepreneurial motivation and intention of general university students without prior entrepreneurial experience, thereby offering valuable practical insights.
