육군은 국방개혁 2020계획과 연계하여 부대의 중추적 역할을 수행하는 부사관의 역할과 책무를 과거 부대전통 계승 및 발전자, 지휘관업무수행 조력자, 부대관리 전문가에서 전투지휘자, 기능분야 전문가 위주로 전환하여 전투력 발휘의 중추적 역할자로 전환하였다. 이는 부사관은 전투력의 핵심이 되는 최 일선의 간부로서 법령과 규칙, 계획 및 시행 등 의 범위 내에서 군대 조직의 업무를 구체화적으로 감독하고 지시 및 통제 그리고 교육을 통해 최상의 전투력 유지하는 기능적 요원이라 하겠다. 군대 조직에서 핵심 인력인 부사관 인력 운용의 중요성을 고려하여 부사관 제도의 현안 문제 점을 분석하여 극복할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 전문대학의 부사관학과 활성화에 되면서 사회적 인식이 변화에 부흥하기 위한 효과적인 운영을 통해 안정된 인력을 획득하는 시스템을 구축 할 수 있도록 상호 발전 과제를 제시해보았다.

본 논문에서는 외국어 계열과 IT 계열의 창의적 인력 양성을 위한 융합적 교육 방안에 관한 제언을 목적으로 한다. 학계와 기업, 그리고 정부는 지금까지 대학졸업자의 취업을 위해서 수많은 변화와 노력을 시도하였고, 더 나은 방향을 제시하고자 여러 사업과 계획들을 추진하였다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 대학졸업생의 취업률이 심각한 사회문제로 남아 있는 게 현실이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 국내 대학 및 전문대학의 취업률을 고찰하고, 상대적으로 취업률이 저조한 외국어 계열 대학의 취업률을 높이기 위해서 IT 계열과의 융합교육 방안을 제안한다. 세부적으로 창의성, 차별성, 현지성, 그리고 융합성이라는 새로운 패러다임을 만들고, 이를 바탕으로 노동시장의 한계점을 극복할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this paper is to propose convergence education for creative manpower training between foreign language and Information technology department's students. Academia and industry, and government have attempted a number of changes and efforts for the employment of university graduated students and they have also promoted various projects and plans to suggest a better way. But the graduates employment rate is still left as serious social problem. To solve this problem, we seek to propose convergence education plan to enhance the employment rate of foreign language department that is relatively low unlike other departments. This proposal will make a new paradigm in education - Creativity, Difference, Locality, and Convergence. Based on these paradigms, it is expected to overcome the limitation of labor market.

현재와 같은 지식정보화사회에서는 우수한 IT인력 확보가 곧 국가와 기업의 경쟁력이다. 이를 위해 대학과 기업은 맞춤형 IT인력 양성을 위해 다양한 산학협력을 실시하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 부산지역 4년제 대학의 1999학년도부터 2006학년도까지 총 8년간의 입시 변화를 추적 조사하여 IT관련 모집단위의 핵심단어를 5개 그룹($\Delta$전기 전자분야(G1), $\Delta$통신분야(G2), $\Delta$컴퓨터분야(G3), $\Delta$멀티미디어 콘텐츠(G4), $\Delta$IT융합 특성화(G5))으로 묶고, 각 그룹별로 다시 몇 개의 세분류로 나누어 제시하였다. 본 논문은 대학의 IT관련 학부명 학과명 전공명 등 모집단위의 변화가 어떤 변화를 거쳤으며 또한 이의 모집정원은 어떤 변화를 가져 왔는지에 대한 총괄적인 조사를 위한 IT $\ulcorner$학부 학과 전공$\lrcorner$ 의 핵심단어에 의한 그룹별 분류 체계에 관한 연구이다.
