간호대학생의 SBAR 인수인계 보고 교육이 임상적 추론역량, 문제해결능력, 간호과정수행능력에 미치는 효과 – 응급간호학실습 - KCI 등재

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 2주 동안 적용한 SBAR 인수인계 보고 교육이 임상적 추론역량, 문제해결능력, 간 호과정 수행능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위한 단일군 전후 설계실험연구이다. K지역 간호대학생 86명을 대상으로 2024 년 3월 18일부터 12월 1일까지 설문조사를 진행하였고, 수집된자료는 SPSS 23.0 program을 이용하여 paired t-test로 분 석하였다. 연구결과, SBAR 인수인계 보고교육 후 임상적 추론역량은 문제해결능력(r=.727, p<.001)과 간호과정 수행능력 (r=.863, p<.001)에 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 문제해결능력은 간호과정 수행능력(r=.792, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상 관관계가 있었다. 또한, 간호학생들의 SBAR 인수인계 보고교육은 교육 후에 임상적 추론역량, 문제해결 능력, 간호과정 수행 능력 점수가 높은 것으로 나타나 SBAR 인수인계 보고체계의 필요성을 확인하는 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 따라서 간호교육현장에서 의료인들 간의 명확한 의사소통을 체계화하기 위해서는 SBAR 보고학습이 숙련될 수 있도록 교수 자의 다양한 교수법 적용과 개발이 필요하다.
This study is a single-group study to determine the effects of SBAR handover reporting training applied during 2 weeks of clinical practice of nursing students on clinical reasoning ability, problem solving ability and nursing process performance. The study was conducted with 86 nursing students in region K from March 18 to December 1, 2024, fourth-year nursing students were selected, and the collected data were analyzed using paired t-test using SPSS 23.0 program. As a result of the study, clinical reasoning ability after SBAR handover reporting training had a significant positive correlation with problem solving ability(r=.727, p<.001), and nursing process perfomence(r=.863, p<.001), problem solving ability had a significant positive correlation with nursing process performance(r=.792, p<.001). In addition, nursing students SBAR handover reporting training was significant in that it confirmed the need for the SBAR handover reporting system, as it showed high clinical reasoning ability, problem-solving ability, and nursing process performance ability scores after training. Therefore, in order to systematize clear communication between medical professionals in the nursing education field, it is necessary for instructors to apply and develop various teaching methods to become proficient in SBAR reporting and learning.

To ensure fair packet broadcasting without service disruption in wireless network from one network cell to another is the key to successful mobile services. However, enforcing fair packet broadcasting is challenging because decision policies within the network cell though works efficiently, considerably reduces the energy consumption level. Using MAC protocol, communication framework gets improved by cooperatively localizing the system and achieves space-time synchronization. But redundancy occurs on cellular wireless network for higher energy levels. This work presents the design and implementation of collision free packet broadcasting in wireless network known as Consistent Shortcut Transfigure Path Construction (CSTPC) mechanism. Under this mechanism the main objective is to develop a transfigure path (i.e., alter path) when the link failure occurs during broadcasting (i.e.,) handover the call. Initially, consistent shortcut is created for constructing alter path and when the link gets failed packet handover takes place. Consistent shortcut is created by combining the Midpoint and Simpsons rule procedure. The Midpoint and Simpsons procedure creates the shortcut and with this reduces the rate of energy consumption gradually. Secondly, error rate on call handover is reduced using CSTPC mechanism by applying Estimation of Distribution algorithm. The constructed Estimation of Distribution algorithm in CSTPC mechanism feasibly handover the packets to neighboring base station with minimal error rate. In this way, minimal error rate avoids retransmission of packets due to the collision and path failure. Furthermore, the CSTPC mechanism reduce the energy consumption level on transfigure path construction and also avoids the retransmission of packets (i.e.,) call in wireless network. Experimental work is carried out using factors such as avoidance of retransmission rate, energy consumption rate, and call broadcasting efficiency.
