풍향에 따른 양방향 윈드 가이드의 유동 특성 연구 KCI 등재

최근 한국에서 건물일체형 풍력시스템(BIWT)에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. BIWT를 위한 양방향 윈드가이드에 대한 연구는 지금까지 수치해석만이 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 풍향에 따라 윈드가이드에 의한 유동 특성을 분석하고자 한다. 풍속은 풍향각도 0~60도 범위에서 증가하며 60~110도 범위에서는 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 110도 이후에는 풍속이 증가한다. 결과적으로 -60와 60도 범위에서는 풍속증가효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 윈드세퍼레이터가 풍력터빈 쪽으로 바람을 유도하고 난류강도의 세기를 감소시키는 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
There are several studies on building-integrated wind turbine(BIWT) in Korea. On the two-way wind guide for BIWT, numerical analysis has been conducted up to now. The purpose of study is to analyze wind flow characteristics of the wind guide according to wind direction. Wind speed increases in the range of 0∼60 degree but decreases in the range of 60∼110 degree. After 110 degree, the wind speed increase again. As a result, there is a speed up effect of two-way wind guide in the range of –60∼+60 degree. And wind separators also play a role in guiding wind to the wind turbines and reducing the turbulence intensity.

본 연구는 후대에 있어서 역사가 될 현재 궁궐이 나타내는 모습을 적극적으로 기록화 할 필요가 있다는 인식을 바탕으로 이에 대한 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 기록화 대상에 대한 이해를 높이는 것이 필요하다고 판단, 궁궐이 나타내는 모습에 대해서 살펴보았다. 그리고 이를 통해 오늘날 궁궐이 나타내는 모습을 기록화하기 위해서는 이를 가장 직접적으로 보여줄수 있는 '궁궐 현장에 있는 사람들'을 그 대상으로 하는 것이 적합하다고 판단하였다. 그런데 이들 중, 문화유산해설가로서 활동하고 있는 궁궐길라잡이는 오늘날 궁궐이 나타내는 모습을 구체적으로 보여줄 뿐 아니라, 사람들의 인식에 따라 다양하게 변화하는 궁궐의 모습까지 보여주고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 더욱이 이들은 궁궐이 나타내는 상징에 대한 학습활동과 이에 대한 높은 관심을 바탕으로 궁궐에 주기적으로 방문, 궁궐현장을 관찰하는 관찰자의 역할 역시 수행하고 있었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 궁궐길라잡이에 대해 오늘날 궁궐이 나타내는 상징의 기록화 대상으로서도 궁궐현장 기록화 주체로서도 가장 적합하다고 판단, 후대에 있어서 역사가 될 현재 궁궐이 나타내는 모습을 기록화 하는 방안으로 궁궐길라잡이를 통한 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
This study tries to find the way of archiving what current palace indicates that could be the history for future generation recognizing that it tis necessary. It is determined that it is important to increase the understanding of the objects to be archived first and tries to find what palace indicates. And through this, it found that palaces could be showed the symbol of king authority, symbol of national agony and cultural space for education and rest depending on the people's value systems of each era: It was adequate to study the 'people in the palaces', who can directly sow the symbols of what the palaces indicate to archive the symbols that the palaces indicate in modern society. Among them, the cultural heritage guides who work in the five big palaces and jongmyo were able to show the palaces that change variously depending on the recognition of people as well as to show the symbols of what the current palaces indicate concretely. Furthermore they regularly visit the palaces and study the symbols of what the palaces indiate. They also play the roles of observers of palaces. It was determined that the palace guides are adequate to be the main players of archiving palaces that are the subjects of archiving the symbols of waht current palaces indicate. It studied the way to archive palaces mainly with the guides.
Relationship on Oil Cavity Depth and Oil film Flow State of the Large Size Hydrostatic Guide-way

Based on computational fluid dynamics, friction lubrication theory and hydrostatic technology, large size hydrostatic Guide-way of heavy vertical CNC lathes,which are widely used, was taken as research object. The control equation of hydrostatic guide-way’s interstitial fluid was established. By finite volume method, lubricating oil properties, boundary conditions such as constant flow inlet, outlet pressure, and wall were set. The velocity distribution of hydrostatic thrust bearing’s interstitial fluid was obtained through iterative computations. And influence rules of cavity depth on interstitial oil-film of large size hydrostatic Guide-way’s was discussed. The results reflect hydrostatic bearing’s internal fluid flow state .and provide theoretical basis for the design of practical engineering hydrostatic bearing.

Recently the machining technique have been progressed rapidly according to developments of the product technique in the machine tool and new tools. But in the case of vertical machine center(VMC), to become visible there is the appearance of bending because of the structural problems of x-axis guide way, and this would effect directly on accuracy of form of the straightness, parallelism and flatness. In this paper, I purpose to check the appearance of bending with the experiment and improve the working accuracy. Under the constant working conditions, the appearance of bending of x-axis guide way was measured to confirm the effectiveness of the compensation method in the vertical machine center(VMC). By using this method the results show that the accuracy of form of the straightness, parallelism and flatness could be reduced to 20% compared with ordinary method.

This paper concerns the structural characteristic analysis and evaluation on the hydrostatic guide way and feeding system of a high precision centerless grinder for machining ferrules. In order to realize the required accuracy of ferrules with sub-micron order, the axial stiffness and motion accuracy of feeding system have to become higher level than those of existing centerless grinders. Under these points of view, the physical prototype of feeding system consisted of steel bed, hydrostatic guide way and ballscrew feeding mechanism is designed and manufactured for trial. Experimental results show that the axial and vertical stiffnesses of the physical prototype are very low as compared with those design values. In this paper, to reveal the cause of these stiffness difference, the structural deformations on the virtual prototype of feeding system are analyzed based on the finite element method under experimental conditions. The simulated results illustrate that the deformation of front ballscrew support-bearing bracket is the main cause of reduction in the axial stiffness of feeding system, and the deflection of bed structure and the bending deformation of hydrostatic guide rails are the main causes of reduction in the vertical stiffness of feeding system.

This research investigates contact angle of Linear Guide Way through a experimental result and theoretical analysis. Since last ten years, most of researchers who concerned with the precision machinery and semiconductor device production etc. so the researches about Linear Guide Way have been unnoticed. The precision machinery and semiconductor device production system has the principle which transfers the mechanical moving to accuracy position control. The Linear Guide Way system has the principle which transfers mechanical moving to accuracy position control is very important to improve performance of the precision machinery and semiconductor device production system. So, In this research, in order to improvement for producing Linear Guide Way, bearing loading analysis and contact angle change through Linear Guide Way theoretical analysis and bearing modeling. Through this study, we may expect that there will be more improvement for producing Linear Guide Way.

In the Building Act, performance-based fire safety design is being promoted for institutionalization. The behavior of the structure against fire conditions can be predicted by using the advanced numerical analysis method based on the FEM (Finite Element Method) to predict the entire structural behavior including the behavior of the structure, but there is a limit to expressing the fire properties of the space and predicting the fire properties It is difficult to determine the variables to be transmitted to the FEM (Finite Element Method) model from the fire simulation results using FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator). Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to introduce the code user's manual for FDS and FEM unidirectional coupling analysis.

This research reports some actual classroom activities took place in Japanese language teacher??training courses (Development of Japanese language teaching materials and teaching methods). Analyzation of the influence of feedbacks from teachers and about 20 student peers went underway while the total of 7 teams of students collaborated together to complete teacher’s guides. As a result of these feedbacks, the second draft of the guide became well materialized, logicalized, ranked and structured than their original draft. Each teams could achieve both various and higher level of correction as a result of working as a group and receiving feedbacks from many.
