This study investigated full-term development potential of ultrarap idly frozen and thawed mouse 2-cell embryos. Mouse 2-cell embryos, dehydrated by exposure to freezing medium, were directly immersed into liquid nitrogen and thawed in 37$^{\circ}C$ water. The embryos that were frozen and thawed were cultured in uitro and transferred to foster mothers to examine there developmental potential. As a result, the frozen-thawed 2-cell embryos developed to blastocysts in vitro as a similar rate as control 2-cell embryos did(in vitro 2-cell, 86.4%; in vivo 2-cell, 90.9%; solution control, 89.9%; control, 89.7%). Normal live young were obtained from transfer of frozen-thawed embryos to the oviduct and uterus of pseudopregnant recipients (3l.4~56.7%).

본 연구는 최근 김정은 정권의 ‘사회주의 전면발전론’의 시간적 차원에 주목하면서 특히 개혁개방기 중국의 장기 발전목표의 비교적 시각에서 북한의 사회발전단계론 및 국가전략 변화를 탐색한다. 2021년 8차 당대회 당규약 개정을 통해 북한은 ‘사회주의완전승리’와 ‘공산주의건설’을 당의 당면목표로 부활시키는 한편, “15년 안팎”, “20~30년 기한부”의 사회주의 강국건설에 대한 중장기 로드맵을확립하며 새로운 국가발전 비전을 제시했다. 2021년 8차 당대회에서 ‘사회주의의전면적 발전’ 용어가 처음 등장한 이후 2021년 말 제5차 3대혁명선구자대회를 계기로 사회주의건설 총노선인 3대혁명 노선과 결합한 사회주의의 전면적 발전 (개념)은 당규약에 복원된 사회주의-공산주의건설의 중장기적 시야에서 사회주의강국건설을 위한 새로운 국가전략의 일환으로 이해된다. 본 연구는 ‘신시대’를 배경으로 전면적 사회주의 현대화 단계와 당-국가 통일영도를 정당화하는 중국의비교적 관점에서 김정은 정권의 국가전략 변화의 함의를 탐색한다.

This paper explores the Kim Jong Un regime’s discourse on socialism in fullscale development from the comparative perspective of China’s long-term national development goals in the Reform Era. North Korea revived “complete victory of socialism” and “building of communism” as the party’s immediate goals by revising Party Rules in 2021. Furthermore, it established mid- to long-term roadmaps for a powerful socialist state in “around 15 years” and a “20-30 deadline” after the 2021 Party Congress. Since the term of "full-scale development of socialism” first appeared at the Party Congress, the idea has developed to link with the discourse of “Three Revolutions,” which is North Korea’s essential policy line of socialist construction. Through comparison with Xi Jinping regime, which justified the full-scale socialist modernization stage and the strengthened party-state leadership in the backdrop of the 'New Era', this paper highlights the implications of the changes in the national development vision and strategy in the Kim Jong Un regime.
