Steel Wire Infrared Imagery Defect Detection Based on Gradient Vector Flow Model SCOPUS

In order to solve the problem regarding steel wire defect detection, a gradient vector flow calculation method based on extended neighborhood is proposed in this article and applied to the steel wire defect detection. The new method is used to analyze the gradient vector flow model from the angle of mask film, wherein the original four- neighborhood mask film is replaced by the mask film with a larger neighborhood, thus to obtain the gradient vector flow calculation method based on the extended neighborhood. Actually, the new calculation method only needs less iterations to obtain better effect. Experimentally, the algorithm proposed in this article is feasible and has high algorithm execution efficiency and high complexity.

The thermal behavior of Flow Pattern Defect (FPD) and Large Pit (LP) in Czochralski Silicon crystal was investigated by applying high temperature annealing ($\geq$$1100^{\circ}C$) and non-agitated Secco etching. For evaluation of the effect of LP upon device performance/yield, commercial DRAM and ASIC devices were fabricated. The results indicated that high temperature annealing generates LPs whereas it decreases FPD density drastically. However, the origins of FPD and LP seemed to be quite different by not showing any correspondence to their density and the location of LP generation and FPD extinction. By not showing any difference between the performance/yield of devices whose design rule is larger than 0.35 $\mu\textrm{m}$, LP seemed not to have detrimental effects on the performance/yield.

Reconstruction of soft tissue defects around the knee is challenging, and the most common solution is to use various locoregional flaps or, in some difficult cases, a free flap. The distally based anterolateral thigh (dALT) flap is a commonly used flap that relies on reverse blood flow from the descending branch of the lateral circumflex femoral artery (d-LCFA). Here, we present the case of an anteromedial knee reconstruction using a dALT flap after resection of a pleomorphic undifferentiated sarcoma. The tumor resection resulted in a 14 × 7 cm defect, and a dALT flap, measuring 20 × 8 cm was elevated. During the surgery, we found a robust oblique branch of the LCFA (o-LCFA) sending off two sizable perforators to the anterolateral thigh region, whereas the d-LCFA was relatively small with no usable perforators. Therefore, we harvested a dALT flap relying on reverse flow from the o-LCFA. The patient's postoperative course was uneventful, and the flap survived without complications. This report demonstrates that reverse flow from the o-LCFA may be an alternative to nourish a dALT flap in cases where the d-LCFA is hypoplastic or suitable perforators from the d-LCFA are unavailable.

Flow defect of a piston-pin for automobile parts is investigated in this study. In cold forging of piston-pin Lapping defect a kind of flow defect appears by the dead metal zone. This appearance evidently happens in products with a thin piercing thickness for the dimension accuracy and the decrease of material loss. The best method that can prevent flow defect is removing dead metal zone. The finite element simulations are applied to analyze the flow defect. This study proposed processes for preventing flow defect by removing dead metal zone. Then the results are compared with the experiments for verification. These FE simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.

This paper presents a study of cold combined forward-backward extrusion product. The case of product with thin wall in piercing process occur defects of deformation and breakdown during piercing process and the center web of product with thin thickness cause flow defect. Such defect is made by the difference of material flow. Methods of the material flow control in the two directions and forming process to remove this flow defect is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is examined by comparison experiment and finite element simulation.

본 논문에서는 항공기용 터보 축 엔진의 결함진단 알고리즘으로 지지 벡터 장치(Support Vector Machine) 과 인공신경망(Artificial Neural Network) 을 복합으로 이용하였다. 인공신경망 알고리즘의 특성상 데이터 수에 따라 정확성과 수렴속도 등에서 차이가 나므로 탈설계 영역에서의 효용성여부를 판단하기 위해서 연료유량과 마하수에 따른 탈설계 영역 진단 결과를 지상정지 상태와 비교하였다.

In this paper, the hybrid algorithm of Support Vector Machine md Artificial Neural Network is used for the defect diagnostics algorithm for the aircraft turbo-shaft engine. The results of learning of ANN, especially, accuracy or speed of convergence are sensitive to the number of data, so a comparison between design point and off-design area, especially, Mach number and fuel flow variable area, is essential research. From application results for diagnostics of gas turbine engine, it was confirmed that the hybrid algorithm could detect well in the of-design area as well as design point.

일반적으로 활로씨 4증에서의 심실 중격 결손은 보통 대동맥 판막륜의 크기와 같거나 크고 제한적이지 않다. 또한 심실 중격 결손을 통한 단락의 방향은 양방향성 또는 우-좌 단락인 경우가 대부분이다. 이러한 활로씨 4증에서 섬유성 조직의 성장으로 인한 제한적 심실 중격 결손은 드물게 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 활로씨 4증에서의 섬유성 조직으로 인한 제한적 심실 중격 결손과 좌심실 유출로 협착을 보였던 환아에 대한 완전 교정술 치험 1예를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.

The VSD in TOF is usually large and unrestrictive with an equal to or greater than that of the aortic annulus. Typically shunting through the VSD is bidirectional or right-to-left component. Restrictive VSD in TOF caused by ingrowing fibrotic tissue is very rare. We report a case of restrictive VSD and LVOTO in TOF caused by ingrowing fibrotic tissue with the review of literature.
