이동통신 서비스 제공을 위한 필수적인 요소자원인 주파수는 그 대역의 특성에 따라 사업자의 서비스 제공 경쟁력을 크게 좌우할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주파수 자원에서도 상대적으로 우수한 특성을 가져 서비스 제공 상 우위를 가지며 경쟁정책적인 관리가 필요한 이동통신 주파수 대역을 핵심 우량대역이라고 정의한다. 이를 위해서 기술적 특성이 아닌 시장상황을 고려한 주파수의 활용성 및 경제적 효율성 측면의 4가지 기준(글로벌소싱 및 호환 성, 비용-효율성, 주파수 활용 경험, 현재의 활용가능성)을 수립하였다. 이러한 기준들을 순차적으로 적용하여, 우량 주파수 대역 후보들을 추출하고 단계적인 평가기준을 통해서 현재시점에서의 최종적인 핵심 우량대역을 식별하였다. 또한 이러한 결과는 기술의 발전과 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 특성을 보여준다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 이동통신 주파수에 대한 경쟁관리정책뿐만 아니라 할당정책에도 논리적 근거로 활용될 수 있는 실용적 의의를 지닌다.

The characteristics of the spectrum, which are necessary for mobile telecommunication services, may determine the advantage of operators’ competition for mobile services. We have a focus on the possibility that there would be the core spectrum within the frequencies. We define the core spectrum of frequencies in terms of 4 criteria (global source/roaming, cost-effectiveness, the experience of utilization and the possibility of use). They are based on the aspects of applicative and economic effectiveness by not technological and but market conditions. We have explored the current core spectrum by using the stepwise selection from these criteria. Our result indicates that the core spectrum may be movable with the development of technology and the flow of time. The results of this paper could be practically used as the reasonable justifications of the policies for not only the competition management but also the alignment about the frequencies for mobile telecommunication.

This study is intended to evaluate the dependency of TRU recycling characteristics on the neutron spectrum shift in a Pb-Bi cooled core. Considering two Pb-Bi cooled cores with the soft and the hard spectrum, respectively, various characteristics of the recycled core are carefully examined and compared with each other. Assuming very simplified fuel cycle management with the homogeneous and single region fuel loading, the burnup calculations are performed until the recycled core reached to the (quasi-) equilibrium state. The mechanism of TRU recycling toward the equilibrium is analyzed in terms of burnup reactivity and the isotopic compositions of TRU fuel. In the comparative analyses, the difference in the recycling behavior between the two cores is clarified. In addition, the basic safety characteristics of the recycled core are also discussed in terms of the Doppler coefficient, the coolant loss reactivity coefficient, and the effective delayed neutron fraction.

본 연구는 ICF Core-Set Autism Children Brief에 기반한 자폐성 장애 영유아의 언어 행동 평가 도구 개발과 타당도를 알아보는 목적을 가진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 행동분석 전문가 9인을 대상으로 ICF Core Set-Autism Children Brief 항목의 언어행동 평가 타당성에 대한 델파이 조사를 2차에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사 결과, ICF Core-Set Autism Children Brief의 48개의 항목 중 22개의 문항이 최종적으로 적합한 문항으로 도출되었다. 발달 단계 적합도의 경우 미청자 단계는 말하기 이전, 보기가 가장 높은 적합도를 보였으며, 청자 단계와 화자 단계에서는 기억 기능, 지적 기능, 주의 집중하기, 전반적 정신사회적 기능 등의 문항이 높은 일치도를 보이는 문항으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 자폐성장애 영유아 언어행동 평가 도구가 갖추어야 할 시사점에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a verbal behavior assessment tool for asd children using ICF Core Set-Autism Children Brief and verify the validity. Two rounds of Delphi survey on validity of items from IICF Core Set-Autism Children Brief was undertaken by 9 panels who are professionals in applied behavior analysis. As a result, 22 items were identified to be suitable among 48 items. For developmental level suitability, pre-talking and watching were the most suitable items for pre-listener level and listener level and speaker level were found to share common items such as memory function, intellectual function, pay attention, overall psychosocial functions. We discussed about implications that verbal behavior assessment tool for asd children should consider based on the results.

대학에 진학하는 장애인이 점차 많아지는 추세에서 자폐 범주성 장애 학생의 대학 진학률도 높아지고 있다. 그러나 아직 국내에서는 자폐 범주성 장애 학생의 대학 진학에 있어서의 지원 체계나 방법론에 대한 연구가 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자폐 범주성 장애 학생의 대학교육 지원과 관련된 선행연구를 살펴보고 바람직한 지원 체계 수립을 위한 요소를 도출한 뒤 지원 방향에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 문헌을 체계적으로 검색하여 관련 논문 25편을 최종 선정하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 입학 전 지원, 대학의 행정적 지원, 전반적 지원, 학업지원, 사회-정서적 지원, 생활지원, 진로지원의 7개 범주의 19개 요소를 도출하였다. 이같은 분석 결과에 기초하여 자폐 범주성 장애 학생의 대학 지원 체계 수립의 기본적인 틀에 포함되어야 하는 구성요소를 (ㄱ) 대학 입학 전 지원, (ㄴ) 대학 당국의 지원 및 모델 프로그램, (ㄷ) 자폐 범주성 장애의 특성에 맞는 지원, (ㄹ) 정부 차원의 지원 및 연구의 활성화라는 네 가지 논제 하에 논의하였다.

The Purpose of the study is to investigate research trend and core components of higher education and support for students with autism spectrum disorders(ASD) by reviewing abroad literature related to college and university education from 2000 to 2012. A total 25 studies from peer-reviewed journals published in English were analyzed for this review. The result from this study were classified into 7 categories: transition plans, college-based support programs, comprehensive supports, academic supports, social-emotional supports, personal support, career supports. Based on the findings of this study, implications for application of future research on higher education and support for students with autism spectrum disorders are provided as follows: (a) transition planning, (b) college-based support programs and models, (c) supports based on unique characteristics of ASD, (d) government directed support systems and needs for evidence-based research.

본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애 청소년 및 성인의 고용 성과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 효과적인 직업교육 및 고용지원을 위한 중재방안을 고찰하기 위하여 1990년부터 2011년까지의 관련 국내외 문헌을 심층 분석하여 최근 연구동향과 효과적인 고용지원을 위한 중재 요소에 대해 조사하였다. 그 결과, 자폐 범주성 장애 청소년 및 성인의 직업교육 및 고용지원과 관련된 중재 유형은 직업교육 및 중재패키지 프로그램, 국가 및 주 차원의 지원고용 프로그램, 지원고용 프로젝트, 직업선호도 평가의 네 가지로 분류되었으며, 이들 중재 유형으로부터 기술교수 및 행동지원, 교수전략, 환경지원, 직무 및 직업지도, 직업현장지원과 관련된 주요 중재 요소 20개가 도출되었다. 이상의 분석 결과를 토대로 국내 자폐 범주성 장애 청소년과 성인의 삶을 위한 성공적인 직업교육 및 고용지원을 위한 적용 방안을 제시하고 향후 연구 과제를 제안하기 위하여 다음과 같이 네 가지 논제를 중심으로 논의하였다: (1) 자폐 범주성 장애 청소년 및 성인의 직업교육 및 고용지원 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증을 위한 연구 활성화, (2) 국가차원의 지원체제에 기반을 둔 장기지원 서비스 제공, (3) 다양한 측면에서의 고용성과 평가, (4) 자폐 범주성 장애 특성을 반영한 직업교육 및 고용지원 중재요소 적용

The purpose of this study is to investigate research trend and core components of vocational education and support for successful employment of adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders(ASD) by reviewing domestic and abroad literature related to vocational education and employment support published from 1991 to 2011. In the process of analyzing articles, interventions regarding vocational education and employment support were categorized into 4 types: vocational education and intervention packages; government- or states-directed supported employment program; supported employment project; job preference evaluation. Also, twenty core components regarding instruction for skill acquisition and behavior support, environmental support, work training, instructional strategies for vocational skills, and on site support for workplace were emerged, which are most frequently found in the interventions. Based on the findings of this study, implications for application of and future research on vocational education and support for successful employment of adolescents and adults with ASD are provided as follows: (1) enhancing research to develop vocational education and employment support program and investigating their effects, (2) providing long term service based on government directed support systems, (3) evaluating employment outcomes within multiple areas using various measurements, and (4) implementing core components of vocational education and employment support, which respond to unique characteristics of ASD.
