In this study, in order to solve the quality problem (Safety accident) that the chain breaks out of the wheel gear due to the problem of the spare tire carrier device, the wheel gear is rotated in such a way that the upper part of the chain is caught on one side of the triangular wheel gear. When falling, the tire falls due to the chain falling off and the chain is caught by the wheel gear so that it cannot bear the tire load and slip occurs. Also, in order to solve the quality problem that the chain is caught (Due to malfunction), the “ㄷ” shaped chain the guide should play the role of guiding the movement of the chain by holding the chain in the direction. The technical development goal is to solve the problem of the chain dropping and the chain hanging from the wheel gear of this product.

Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo 기법을 통한 NWS-PC 강우-유출 모형 매개변수의 최적화 및 불확실성 분석

수공구조물을 설계하거나 수자원계획을 수립할 때 제한된 수문자료로 인해 수문모형의 매개변수를 추정하는데 어려움이 따르며 추정된 결과에 신뢰성을 부여하기 위해서 필수적으로 불확실성 분석이 필요하다 하겠다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 국내외에서 주로 이용되고 있는 NWS-PC 강우-유출 모형을 대상으로 보다 진보된 매개변수 추정과 불확실성 분석이 가능한 Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo 기법과 결합하여 국내 소양강댐 유역 일유입량 모의에 적용하였다. 실측 일유입량 자료를 대상으로 모형의 검정과정을 수행하였으며 NWS-PC 모형의 총 13개의 매개변수에 대한 사후분포를 추정하여 유출수문곡선의 불확실성 구간을 추정하였다. 검정 및 검증 모두에서 Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo 기법이 모형의 적합성 측면에서 기존 방법론과 비교해보면 다소 우수하거나 비슷한 결과를 나타내었다. 실제로 유역에 발생하는 유출은 다양한 요인에 따라 변화될 수 있으며 이러한 점에서 Bayesian 방법은 강우-유출 관계에서 발생하는 이러한 불확실성을 매개변수의 불확실성으로 인지함으로서 우리가 예상치 못한 유출 사상에 대한 형태를 고려할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 따라서 댐 설계와 같은 대규모 수공 구조물 설계 시에 이러한 불확실성이 접목된 강우-유출 분석이 이루어진다면 보다 합리적인 방법으로 홍수 위험도 분석이 가능하며 더욱이 댐 규모 결정에 있어서 신뢰성 있는 의사 결정 수단을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

It is not always easy to estimate the parameters in hydrologic models due to insufficient hydrologic data when hydraulic structures are designed or water resources plan are established. Therefore, uncertainty analysis are inevitably needed to examine reliability for the estimated results. With regard to this point, this study applies a Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo scheme to the NWS-PC rainfall-runoff model that has been widely used, and a case study is performed in Soyang Dam watershed in Korea. The NWS-PC model is calibrated against observed daily runoff, and thirteen parameters in the model are optimized as well as posterior distributions associated with each parameter are derived. The Bayesian Markov Chain Monte Carlo shows a improved result in terms of statistical performance measures and graphical examination. The patterns of runoff can be influenced by various factors and the Bayesian approaches are capable of translating the uncertainties into parameter uncertainties. One could provide against an unexpected runoff event by utilizing information driven by Bayesian methods. Therefore, the rainfall-runoff analysis coupled with the uncertainty analysis can give us an insight in evaluating flood risk and dam size in a reasonable way.

Background: Cannabis are typically dioecious, with female and male reproductive parts located on separate plants. Female cannabis plants are preferred for the production of cannabinoids, ter- penes, and other valuable compounds synthesized within the female floral tissue. Female and male plants look identical during seedling and vegetative phases, and only after transition to flowering phase can male, female, and monoecious plants be distinguished. Early identification of the sex of cannabis plant can conserve time and money by avoiding the undesired sex of the plant. The objec- tive of the present study was to provide a sex determination method for cannabis plants using the sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR) marker, and set multiplex-polymerase chain reac- tion (PCR) conditions for more accurate early sex determination of cannabis to overcome the dis- advantages of SCAR markers. Methods and Results: Cannabis seeds were collected and cultivated for several purposes. Leaf samples were harvested and stored during vegetative growth phase. In silico mapping of three male-specific sequences (MADC3, MADC4, and MADC6) revealed through random amplified polymorphic DNA, showed that MADC3 has a very similar sequence with the female cannabis genome. Primers were produced based on the sequences (SCAR1, SCAR2, and SCAR3, respec- tively) and subjected to gradient PCR. Only SCAR3 produced a male-specific band with an anneal- ing temperature of over 61.4 ℃. PCR was performed on cannabis plants produced for several purposes by mixing SCAR3 and internal standard 3 (IS3). Result showed that all cannabis plants produced an IS3 band of 197 bp, but only male cannabis plants produced a SCAR3 band of 118 bp. Conclusions: Multiplex-PCR primer produced a male-specific band of 119 bp in cannabis bred for several purposes, and the presence of the 197 bp cannabis common band confirmed that PCR pro- ceeded normally for all samples. The multiplex-PCR primer is greatly beneficial because the IS3 band is a specific sequence found only in cannabis, making it possible to differentiate cannabis from other plants in addition to determining the sex from with a single PCR run.

Background: Angelica gigas, A. sinensis, and A. acutiloba are commercially important in the herbal medicine market, and among them, A. gigas has the highest economic value and price. However, their similar morphological traits are often used for fraud. Despite their importance in herbal medicine, recognition of the differences between Angelica species is currently inadequate. Methods and Results: A multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was developed for direct detection and identification of A. gigas, A. sinensis, and A. acutiloba. The gene for the distinction of species was targeted at ITS in the nucleus and trnC-petN gene in chloroplasts. The optimized multiplex PCR in the present study utilized each Angelica species-specific primer pairs. Each primer pair yielded products of 229 base pairs (bp) for A. gigas, 53 bp for A. sinensis, 170 bp for A. acutiloba. Additionally non-specific PCR products were not detected in similar species by species-specific primers. Conclusions: In the present study, a multiplex-PCR assay, successfully assessed the authenticity of Angelica species (A. gigas, A. sinensis, and A. acutiloba). and whole genome amplification (WGA) was performed after DNA extraction to identify, the species in the product. The detection method of raw materials developed in the present study could be applied to herbal medicine and health functional food management.

단방향 해시 함수를 활용한 효율적인 Off-chain Payment Channel 구현 및 실험

암호 화폐는 블록체인 합의 프로토콜의 확장성 문제들로 인하여 실제 지불 수단으로 사용되기에는 한계점이 존재하였으며, 이러한 한계점들을 해결하기 위한 다양한 오프체인 솔루션들이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단방향 해시 함수를 활용한 효율적인 오프체인 결제 채널을 설계하고 설계한 결제 채널을 이더리움 스마트 컨트랙트를 사용하여 구현하였으며 이전에 구현되었던 플라즈마 MVP와 동일한 환경에서 배포하여 각 메소드에 대한 실행 시간과 비용을 측정 및 분석하는 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 플라즈마 MVP와 비교하여 제안된 솔루션은 전체 누적 시간의 경우에는 약 34%로 단축할 수 있었으며 전체 실행 비용은 약 41%로 절약할 수 있었다.

Cryptocurrency has limitations to be used as an actual payment method due to the scalability problem of the blockchain consensus protocol, and various off-chain solutions to solve these limitations are being studied. In this paper, we design an efficient off-chain payment channel using one-way hash function and implement the designed payment channel using Ethereum smart contract. In addition, the experiment was conducted to measure and analyze execution time and cost for each method by deploying it in the same environment as the previously implemented plasma MVP. As a result, compared with plasma MVP, the proposed solution was able to reduce the total cumulative time by about 34% and reduce the overall execution cost by about 41%.

RAPD-PCR(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA - Polymerase Chain Reaction) 방법을 이용한 Listeria monocytogenes의 검색

Primer 20가지로 Listeria spp.에 대해 screening을 하여 병원균인 L. monocytogenes를 구별하게 하는 RAPD-PCR의 band pattern을 나타내는 10-mer random primer가 OPG-13이 라는 것을 알았다. OPG-13은 GC%가 70%이므로 계산상으로는 annealing 온도가 34$^{\circ}C$이다. 32~36$^{\circ}C$까지 다섯 가지의 온도로 annealing한 결과 L. monocytogenes만이 갖는 특정한 크기의 band가 역시 34$^{\circ}C$에서 형성됨을 알아냈고, 34$^{\circ}C$를 annealing 온도로 정하였다. Line 1부터 4까지 1. monocytogenes ATCC15313, 19111, 19112, 19113은 2개의 700 bp와 1500 bp band를 형성하였고 그 밖의 Listeria spp.들 Line 6부터 11까지 L. ivanovii ATCC 19119, L. grayi ATCC19120, L. murrayi ATCC25401, L. innocua ATCC33090, L. welshimeri ATCC35897, L. seeligeri ATCC35967은 약 2,000 ~ 2,300 bp크기 한 개의 band를 보여 병원성 균과 비병원성 균이 매우 확실하게 구분되는 band pattern이 나타나는 이러한 결과로 10-mer random primer인 OPG-13을 이용한 RAPD-PCR 방법이 병윈균인 L. monocytogenes를 검색하는데 이용될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Rapid detection of foodbome pathogens is becoming increasingly important. The requirement for faster, more reliable tests has lead to the development of a wide range of rapid methods. Among these methods, the use of systems based on nucleic acid based detection has been increasing since they offer advantages of reduction in test time and more reliable detection or identification. Random Amplification Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) method has been used to fingerprint foodbome microorganisms; Listeria monocytogenes. In this study, 10-mer primer OPG-13(5'-CTCTCCGCCA-3') was used to generate RAPD-PCR for detection of pathogenic L. monocytogenes of Listeria spp. Among 20 primers tested, OPG-13 showed on acceptable result for the differentiation of a pathogenic Listeria from non-pathogenic microorganisms. Pathogenic Listeria, L. monocytogenes(ATCC 15313, 19111, 19112, 19113) showed two bands for 700 bp and 1,500 bp while non-pathogenic bacteria, L. ivanovii, L. grayi, L. murrayi, L. innocua, L. welshimeri, and L. seeligeri had only one band sizing from 2,000 to 2,300 bp. This RAPD method proved to be a valuable to gain important information on sources of pathogenic bacteria in food industry.

The modern market is highly competitive. It has progressed from traditional competition between enterprises to competition between supply chains. To ensure that enterprise can form the best strategy consistently, it is necessary to evaluate the trust of other enterprises in the supply chain. First, this paper analyzes the background and significance of supply chain trust research, analyzes and expounds on the qualitative and quantitative methods of supply chain trust evaluation, and summarizes the research in this field. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is the most frequently used method in the literature to evaluate and rank criteria through data analysis. However, the input data for AHP analysis is based on human judgment, and hence there is every possibility that the data may be vague to some extent. Therefore, in view of the above problems, this study improves the global trust method based on chain iteration. The improved global trust evaluation method based on chain iteration is more flexible and practical, hence, it can more accurately evaluate supply chain trust. Finally, combined with an actual case of Zhaoxian Chengji Food Co. Ltd., the paper qualitatively analyzes the current situation of supply chain trust management and effectively strengthens the supervision of enterprises to cooperative enterprises. Thus, the company can identify problems on time and strategic adjustments can be implemented accordingly. The effectiveness of the evaluation method proposed in this paper is demonstrated through a quantitative evaluation of its trust in downstream enterprise A. Results suggest that the subjective preferences of and historical transactions together affect the final evaluation of trust.

MCT(medium-chain triglyceride) 및 LCT(long-chain triglyceride) 유제가 백서에서 허혈/재관류 심장기능손상 및 혈소판응집능에 미치는 영향

Intravenous lipid emulsion is used extensively as a major component of parenteral nutrition for patients in the surgical intensive care unit. Abnormal cardiovascular function related to lipid infusion has been reported although conflicting results exist. In the present study, we investigated the effects of intravenous emulsions of long-chain triglyceride (LCT) and medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) on myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion injury and on platelet aggregation in rat. There was no difference between LCT and MCT considering the effects on left ventricular developed pressure (LVDP) and coronary flow rate (CFR) before and after ischemia/reperfusion in isolated rat heart. On the other hand, a difference was found between LCT and MCT with regard to their effects on heart rate (HR) and end diastolic pressure (EDP) after ischemia/reperfusion. After ischemia/reperfusion, HR was significantly (P<0.05) reduced and EDP significantly (P<0.05) inc.eased by LCT (18$\pm$2.0% and 42.8$\pm$8.9%, respectively), but not by MCT Ex vivo platelet aggregation induced by collagen was reduced by LCT infusion, but not by MCT These findings suggest that MCT may have slightly more favorable effect than LCT on the myocardial function after ischemia/reperfusion in rat.

Comparison of the Effects of Closed Kinetic Chain Exercise and Open Kinetic Chain Exercise According to the Shoulder Flexion Angle on Muscle Activation of Serratus Anterior and Upper Trapezius Muscles During Scapular Protraction

Background: Methods for exercising serratus anterior (SA) and upper trapezius (UT) muscles are important for the recovery of patients with various shoulder disorders, yet the efficacy of closed or open kinetic chain exercises have not yet been evaluated. Objects: The purpose of this study was to compare the activation of the SA and UT muscles during scapular protraction considering both closed and open kinetic chain exercises. Methods: Thirty subjects were randomly divided into experimental groups (closed kinetic chain exercise) and control groups (open kinetic chain exercise) in which scapular protraction was performed at $90^{\circ}$ or $125^{\circ}$ shoulder flexion. Electromyographic activity data were collected from the SA and UT muscles per position and exercise method. Results: Separate mixed 2-way analysis of variance showed significant differences in the activation of the SA (F1,28=6.447, p=.017) and the UT (F1,28=35.450, p=.001) muscles between the groups at $90^{\circ}$ and $125^{\circ}$ shoulder flexion. Also, the SA/UT ratio measures at $90^{\circ}$ and $125^{\circ}$ shoulder flexion significantly differed between the groups (F1,28=15.457, p=.001). That is, the closed chain exercise was more effective than open chain exercise for strengthening the SA muscle and controlling the UT muscle, $125^{\circ}$ of shoulder joint was more effective than $90^{\circ}$. Conclusion: The findings suggest that scapular protraction with shoulder $125^{\circ}$ flexion at the closed kinetic chain exercise may be more effective in increasing SA muscle activation and decreasing UT muscle activation as well as increasing the SA/UT ratio than open kinetic chain exercise.

The Comparison for Serratus Anterior Muscle Activity during Protraction in Open Chain and Closed Chain Exercises in Healthy Adults

ABSTRACT Background In shoulder dysfunction, shoulder pain, and glenohumeral joint impingement, it is necessary to activate the serratus anterior muscle. Purpose This study aimed to compare serratus anterior muscle activity during protraction in open chain and close chain exercises in order to determine the posture that is best at selectively activating the serratus anterior muscle. Study design One group, two condition design. Methods Thirteen healthy university students participated in this study. The muscle activities of the serratus anterior, the upper trapezius, and the pectoralis major during protraction of scapula were recorded using a wireless surface electromyography system. The subjects performed protraction of scapula on both open chain exercise in supine posture and closed chain exercise in quadruped posture. To evaluate the selective activation of the serratus anterior muscle, the ratio of the serratus anterior activation versus the upper trapezius activation and the ratio of the serratus anterior activation versus the pectoralis major activation were calculated. Results The muscle activity of serratus anterior was significantly higher and pectoralis major was significantly lower the open chain exercise rather than the closed chain exercise. The muscle activity of upper trapezius was not significantly difference between two exercises. Also, each ratio of serratus anterior against other muscles was significantly high in open chain exercise. Conclusions This study’s findings suggest that the open chain exercise in supine posture is better than the closed chain exercise in quadruped posture for selective activation of the serratus anterior muscle.

Effects of Isokinetic Strength Exercise of the Hemiparetic Knee Joint on Lower Extremity Sensorimotor and Gait Functions in Patients With Chronic Stroke: Open Kinetic Chain Versus Closed Kinetic Chain

Background: After stroke, in order to improve gait function, it is necessary to increase the muscle strength and to enhance the propriocetive function of the lower extremity. Objects: This study aimed to compare the effects of open kinetic chain (OKC) versus closed kinetic chain (CKC) isokinetic exercise of the hemiparetic knee using the isokinetic equipment on lower extremity sensorimotor function and gait ability in patients with chronic stroke. Methods: Thirty participants with chronic hemiplegia (> 6 months post-stroke) were randomly divided into 2 equal groups: CKC group and OKC group. Patients from both groups attended conventional physiotherapy sessions 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Additionally, subjects from the CKC group performed isokinetic exercise using the CKC attachment, while those from the OKC group performed isokinetic exercise using the OKC attachment. The isokinetic knee and ankle muscles strength, position sense of the knee joint, and spatiotemporal gait parameters were measured before and after interventions. Results: The knee muscles peak torque/body weight (PT/BW) and hamstring/quadriceps (H/Q) ratio significantly increased in both groups (p<.01). In particular, ankle plantarflexors PT/BW, position sense of the knee, gait velocity, and spatial gait symmetry significantly improved in the CKC group (p<.01, p<.05, p<.01, and p<.01, respectively). Conclusion: CKC isokinetic exercise can be an effective therapeutic intervention for the improvement of sensorimotor function of the lower extremity and gait functions, such as gait velocity and symmetry. CKC position in isokinetic strength training is effective to improve functional ability in patients with chronic stroke.

Markov Chain을 이용한 기만환경 칩입 공격자의 기만 여부 예측 모델에 대한 연구 KCI 등재

사이버 기만 기술은 공격자의 활동을 모니터링하고 새로운 유형의 공격을 탐지하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 그 러나 기만 기술의 발전과 더불어 Anti-honeypot 기술 또한 발전하여 기만환경임을 알아챈 공격자가 기만환경에 서의 활동을 중단하거나 역으로 기만환경을 이용하는 사례들도 존재하지만 현재 기만 기술은 이러한 상황을 식별 하거나 대응하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 마코프 체인 분석 기법을 이용하여 기만환경에 침입한 공격자의 기 만환경 식별 여부 예측 모델을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기만 여부 판단 모델은 확인한 바로는 공격자의 기만환경 식별 여부를 판단하기 위한 최초의 시도이며 기만환경을 식별한 공격자를 고려하지 않는 기존의 기만 기술 기반 공격자 분석에 대한 연구의 제한사항을 극복할 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 분류 모 델은 기만환경임을 식별하고 활동하는 공격자 분류에 97.5%의 높은 정확도를 보였으며 공격자의 기만환경 식별 여부 예측을 통해 수많은 기만환경 침입 데이터 분석 연구에 정제된 데이터를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Cyber deception technology plays a crucial role in monitoring attacker activities and detecting new types of attacks. However, along with the advancements in deception technology, the development of Anti-honeypot te chnology has allowed attackers who recognize the deceptive environment to either cease their activities or ex ploit the environment in reverse. Currently, deception technology is unable to identify or respond to such situa tions. In this study, we propose a predictive model using Markov chain analysis to determine the identificatio n of attackers who infiltrate deceptive environments. The proposed model for deception status determination is the first attempt of its kind and is expected to overcome the limitations of existing deception-based attacker analysis, which does not consider attackers who identify the deceptive environment. The classification model proposed in this study demonstrated a high accuracy rate of 97.5% in identifying and categorizing attackers o perating in deceptive environments. By predicting the identification of an attacker's deceptive environment, it i s anticipated that this model can provide refined data for numerous studies analyzing deceptive environment i ntrusions.

해군은 다양한 해상작전을 수행하기 위해 해상기동부대(TF)를 구성한다. 해양 환경하에서 해상기동부 대(TF)는 대함전(ASUW), 대잠전(ASW), 대공전(AAW), 그리고 상륙돌격 작전 등과 같은 동시·병 행적으로 성분작전을 수행한다. TF는 임무완수를 위하여 C4I, 인터넷 음성전화(VOIP) 및 디지털 전 보처리체계(DMHS)와 LINK-11, 16, ISDL 등과 같은 전술데이터링크를 갖춘 많은 전술체계들을 구 성하고 있다. TF가 수명한 임무를 완수하기 위해 해상작전을 수행할 때, TF의 작전절차에 관심을 갖 게 되었다. 작전절차는 적을 격파하기 위한 해상작전 수행을 위한 표준절차이다. 각 함정은 ‘어떻게 싸 울 것인가’에 대한 매뉴얼에 교전절차는 갖고 있지만, 현재 TF의 상세한 작전절차는 미흡하다. 따라 서, 본 논문에서 우리는 효과적인 해상작전 수행에 필요한 작전절차를 제안한다. 그런 작전절차 환경 에서 TF의 작전 효과성은 전술데이터링크 운영의 작전 시나리오를 통해 결정하고자 한다. 전술데이 터링크를 적용한 해상작전에서 데이터 링크 기반으로 국방 아키텍처프레임워크(MND-AF) OV-6c(운 용상태 추적 기술서)에서 작전정보 공유효과를 살펴보고, 정보 전파과정 개선을 식별하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 해군작전의 해상 TF를 위한 작전절차 모델을 제안하였다.

Navy establishes the Naval Task Forces (TF) for many kinds of maritime operations. Then the TF in the maritime environment performs simultaneous component operations such as ASUW (Anti-Surface Warfare), ASW (Anti-Submarine Warfare), AAW (Anti-Aircraft Warfare), and assault operations. The TF consists of many tactical systems for the completion of missions - C4I, VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), DMHS (Digital Massage Handling System), and TDLs (Tactical Data Links) such as LINK-11, 16, ISDL (Inter Site Data Link). When the TF executes naval operations to complete a mission, we are interested in the kill chain for the maritime operations in the TF. The kill chain is a standard procedure for the naval operations to crush enemy defenses. Although each ship has a procedure about a manual for ‘how to fight’, it leave something to be desired for the TF detailed kill chain currently. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the naval TF's kill chain to perform the naval operations. Then, the operational effectiveness of the TF in the kill chain environment is determined through operation scenarios of TDL system implementation. It is to see the operational information sharing effect to a data link model based on MND-AF OV-6c (statement of tracking operational status) in the maritime operations applied to TDL and is to identify improvements in information dissemination process. We made the kill chain of maritime TF for the effective naval operations.

버스지체시간은 버스노선의 교통여건이 반영되어 나타나는 결과로서 버스도착시간을 예측하는데 있어 중요한 요소이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다양한 변수를 사용하지 않아도 되는 마코브 체인을 이용하여 분석 정류장간 전이확률행렬표를 생성하고 이를 이용하여 버스지체시간을 예측하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 기존연구의 한계점인 정류장별 계획된 버스도착 시간이 존재하지 않은 경우에 대하여 배차시간을 이용한 버스지체시간 산출방법을 제시함으로서 기존연구의 한계점을 극복하였으며, 또한 정류장별 버스지체시간을 예측하기 위해 정의한 정류장간 버스지체의 전이는 동질하다는 귀무가설을 대웅표본 T검정을 통하여 채택함으로서 사용한 가정이 95% 신뢰수준에서 유의하다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통하여 향후마코브 체인을 이용하여 버스도착시간 예측이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Bus delay time is occurred as the result of traffic condition and important factor to predict bus arrival time. In this paper, transition probability matrixes between bus stops are made by using Markov Chain and it is predicted bus delay time with them. As the results of study, it is confirmed a possibility of adapting the assumption which it has same bus transition probability between stops through paired-samples T-test and overcame the limitation of exiting studies in case there is no scheduled bus arrival time for each stops with using bus interval time. Therefore it will be possible to predict bus arrival time with Markov Chain.

Evaluation of the collaboration of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the manufacturing supply chain is important to improve their synergistic effect. From the supply chain perspective, this study establishes the evaluation model of the manufacturing enterprise collaboration on the basis of fuzzy entropy according to synergistic theory. Downstream enterprises carry out coordinated capital, business, and information flows as subsystems and research enterprises as composite systems. From the three subsystems, the collaboration evaluation index is selected as the order parameter. The compound fuzzy matter-element matrix is established by using its improved algorithm. Subordinate membership and standard deviation fuzzy matter-element matrixes are constructed. Index weight is determined using the entropy weight method. The closeness of each matter element is then calculated. Through a representative of the home appliance industry, namely, Gree Electric Appliances Inc. of Zhuhai, empirical analysis of data in 2011-2017 from the company and its upstream and downstream enterprise collaboration shows a good trend, but the coordinated development has not reached stability. Gree Electric Appliances Inc. of Zhuhai need to strengthen the synergy with upstream and downstream enterprises in terms of cash, business, and information flows to enhance competitiveness. Experimental results show that this method can provide precise suggestions for enterprises, improve the degree of collaboration, and accelerate the development and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

Decimation Chain Modeling for Dual-Band Radio Receiver and Its Operation for Continuous Packet Connectivity

A decimation chain for multi-standard reconfigurable radios is presented for 900-MHz and 1,900-MHz dual-band cellular standards with a data interpolator based on the Lagrange method for adjusting the variable data rate to a fixed data rate appropriate for each standard. The two proposed configurations are analyzed and compared to provide insight into aliasing and the signal bandwidth by means of a newly introduced measure called interpolation error. The average interpolation error is reduced as the ratio of the sampling frequency to the signal BW is increased. The decimation chain and the multi-rate analog-to-digital converter are simulated to compute the interpolation error and the output signal-to-noise ratio. Further, a method to operate the above-mentioned chain under a compressed mode of operation is proposed in order to guarantee continuous packet connectivity for inter-radio-access technologies. The presented decimation chain can be applied to LTE, WCDMA, GSM multi-mode multi-band digital front-end which will ultimately lead to the software-defined radio.

In this paper, we propose a novel block cipher mode of operation, which is known as the counter chain (CC) mode. The proposed CC mode integrates the cipher block chaining (CBC) block cipher mode of operation with the counter (CTR) mode in a consistent fashion. In the CC mode, the confidentiality and authenticity of data are assured by the CBC mode, while speed is achieved through the CTR mode. The proposed mode of operation overcomes the parallelization deficiency of the CBC mode and the chaining dependency of the counter mode. Experimental results indicate that the proposed CC mode achieves the encryption speed of the CTR mode, which is exceptionally faster than the encryption speed of the CBC mode. Moreover, our proposed CC mode provides better security over the CBC mode. In summary, the proposed CC block cipher mode of operation takes the advantages of both the Counter mode and the CBC mode, while avoiding their shortcomings.

Block chain enabled hybrid cryptographic algorithm for security and privacy preservation of electronic health records

With recent trends, the cloud-computing paradigm has gained significant attention, especially in patient health monitoring applications. To date, several cryptographic methods have been introduced to accomplish secure medical data access and storage in cloud service providers. However, these methods have failed to strike a balance among the demands of Electronic Health Records (EHRs) security solutions. Blockchain-based technology is a practical option for managing individual EHRs, as it offers an advanced solution for enhancing the privacy and security of medical data. Therefore, this research proposes a hybrid cryptographic algorithm: Secure Hash Algorithm-256 (SHA-256) combined with Composite Logistic Sine Map (CLSM), namely SHACLSM, with Proxy Re-Encryption (PRE). Overall, the effectiveness of the proposed SHACLSM is analyzed in terms of scalability, computational delay, latency, transaction time, hash verification time, and hash generation time. The outcomes clearly indicate that the proposed SHACLSM-PRE cryptographic algorithm requires minimal transaction time, latency, hash generation time, and hash verification time when evaluated against conventional algorithms, namely Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), SHA-256, Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), and AES New Instructions (AES-NI).
