본 연구는 소외계층 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 문화자본과 사회자본의 효과를 실증적으로 검 증한 연구이다. 분석자료는『2012년 문화여가지원사업군 심층평가』를 활용하였으며, 연구대상은 문화복 지 지원사업에 참여한 65세 이상의 소외계층 노인 202명을 분석대상으로 삼았다. 소외계층 노인의 삶의 질 을 높이기 위한 요인을 밝히기 위하여 독립변수는 문화자본과 사회자본을 투입하였으며, 연구방법은 위계 적 다중회귀분석(Hierarchical multiple regression analysis)을 사용하였다. 통제변수로는 소외계층 노인의 성 별, 나이, 종교, 교육 수준, 다문화 유무, 생활 수준, 장애 유무를 투입하였다. 연구결과 소외계층 노인의 문 화자본과 사회자본이 높아질수록 삶의 질이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 문화복지 지원사업에 참여한 소외계층 노인의 문화자본과 사회자본이 높아짐에 따라 이들의 삶의 질이 향상되었다는 효과를 검증하였 다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 이와 같은 결과를 기초로 노인복지에 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

This study researched objectively how cultural and social capital affect the quality of life of alienated elderly. The report 'The In Depth Evaluation of the Culture and Leisure Industry 2012' was used as material and the analyzed group consisted of 202 alienated elderly aged 65 or older. The independent variables were cultural and social capital to find out the elements that improve the quality of life of alienated elderly and hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used as the method of research. The control variables were sex, age, religion, multi-cultural family background, educational background, economic status and disability in the analyzed group. The result of the research proved that if there was a higher investment in cultural and social capital, the quality of life for alienated elderly is higher. Therefore, this research is meaningful because it has proven the effect of cultural and social capital regarding improvement the quality of life and this result has underlined the implication of elderly welfare.

본 논문은 고령사회를 맞이한 우리 사회가 안고 있는 노인의 문제에 주목하여 노년의 삶을 이해하고 노후준비와 죽음준비의 필요성을 인식하도록 하기 위한 것을 목적으로 한다. 영화 ‘죽여주는 여자’의 주인공 소영의 서사를 중심으 로 작품 속 맥락에 따라 문학 치료 관점으로 리뷰 분석한다. 영화 속 작품 서사에는 빈곤, 질병, 치매, 외로움, 죽음의 두려움 등 노인들이 겪는 고통의 문제를 잘 보여준다. 초고령 시대를 맞이하여 국가적 차원의 소외된 노인에 대한 제도 적 보완장치 마련과 사회적 관심과 안전망이 확보되어야 하며, 개인적으로는 노후설계를 통한 구체적인 노후준비가 필 요하다. 나아가 노후준비 및 죽음을 준비하기 위한 노후준비 교육 프로그램과 죽음 교육 프로그램의 연구와 교육을 위한 지원이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this paper is to pay attention to the problems of the elderly in our society, which is facing an aged society, to understand the lives of the elderly and to recognize the need for retirement and death preparation. It reviews and analyzes the story of So-young, the main character of the movie "Killing Woman," according to the context of the work. The narrative of the film illustrates the problems of suffering for the elderly, such as poverty, disease, dementia, loneliness, and fear of death. In the face of the ultra-aged era, institutional supplementation measures for underprivileged senior citizens at the national level should be established, and social interest and safety nets should be secured, and specific retirement preparations are needed personally. Furthermore, support for research and education of old age preparation education programs and death education programs to prepare for retirement and death should be continuously provided.
