논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보호하기 위하여 공모공격에 강인한 BIBD 기반의 불법공모방지코드를 설계하였다. 또한 핑거프린트 정보는 디지털 콘텐츠의 전송 중 외부 공격 및 잡음 등에 의해 손실이 발생할 수 있는데 이러한 점을 개선하기 위하여 홉필드 신경회로망을 이용하여 손실이 발생한 코드를 정정할 수 있는 핑거프린트 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 크게 선형 공모 공격에 강인성을 가지는 BIBD 기반의 불법공모방지코드 설계와 외부공격에 의해 발생한 에러비트를 정정하기 위한 피드백형 연상메모리방식의 홉필드 신경회로망으로 구성되어있다. 실험 결과 BIBD 기반의 불법공모방지코드는 평균화 선형 공모공격에 대해 100% 공모코드 검출이 이루어졌으며, 에러비트 정정을 위해 설계한 (n, k) 코드를 사용한 홉필드 신경회로망은 2비트 이내의 에러비트를 정정할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 결과적으로 제안된 알고리즘은 평균화 공모공격 및 공모코드에 에러비트가 발생되었을 때 공모자를 정확히 검출할 수 있음을 확인하였다

Recently, the distribution and using of the digital multimedia contents are easy by developing the internet application program and related technology. However, the digital signal is easily duplicated and the duplicates have the same quality compare with original digital signal. To solve this problem, there is the multimedia fingerprint which is studied for the protection of copyright. scheme is a technique which supports copyright protection to track redistributers of electronic information using cryptographic techniques. Only regular user can know the inserted fingerprint data in fingerprinting schemes differ from a scheme and the scheme guarantee an anonymous before re-contributed data. In this paper, we present a new scheme which is the detection of colluded multimedia fingerprint by neural network. This proposed scheme is consists of the anti-collusion code generation and the neural network for the error correction.

본 연구는 프랑스 할인점인 Carrefour가 해외시장을 개척하는 과정을 대상으로 하였다. 이 기업은 대도시의 외곽에 부지를 매입하여, 적은 자본을 가지고도 대형매장을 확보하곤 하였다. 낮은 지가는 고정자본을 절약시켜주고, 동시에 유동자본도 풍부하게 투입하게하여, 저가로 소비재를 공급하는 하이퍼마켙 경영을 창출하였다. 이는 유통업의 발전양식을 혁신시키는데 기여하고, 자신의 기업도 발전하게 되었으나, 중소상인들의 저항을 받게 된다. 도전이 격렬하게 지속되자 정부는 이들의 요구를 수용하여 대형매장의 설립을 규제하는 Balladur, Raffarin, Gallant의 법령을 발동하게 된다. 일련의 조치로 Carrefour는 국내시장을 확장시키는 작업은 거의 봉쇄되게 되고, 기업의 발전에도 제동이 걸리게 된다. 이를 타개하려고 해외시장을 적극적으로 개척하게 된다. 이들의 진출은 유럽과 아시아에서는 부분적으로 성공하는데 그치고 말았으나, 중남미에서는 시장을 장악하는데 성공하고 있다. 이에 힘입어 Wal- Mart에 이어 세계에서 2번째 유통업체로 군림하게 되었다. 그러나 해외시장 개척은 하이퍼마켙 경영으로 기업을 창설할 때와는 달리 유통업의 발전양식을 혁신시키는 2번째 업적을 달성하는데는 실패하였다고 평가된다. 이것이 Carrefour를 지속적으로 거대화시키고 발전단계를 고도화하는데 한계가 온 것이다. 그러나 국내시장에 안주하지 않고, 시장을 넓게 사용하는 전략과 다른 기업이 찾아내는데 미숙한 틈새시장을 앞서서 개척하는 기법만 인정한다 하여도 탁월하다 하겠다. 따라서 이를 지나지치 말고 참고하여, 우리경제의 발전양식을 혁신시키는 디딤돌로 활용하여야 한다.

This study has been conducted on the opening of the overseas markets by the Carrefour Group as a french discount store. This Carrefour group has become to secure the wide area store by establishing the selling places at the outskirts of the cities in spite of investing a small capital. It has become to make a great progress while renovating the developing mode by managing its stores in the system of the hypermarket which supplies the consumption goods on a large scale on the basis of the cheaper prices as it could invest a plenty of the circulating capital by saving the fixed capital on account of the cheap prices of the lands. As the circumstances have been developed like this, the small-scale merchants have been led to marking resistance against such a development. Finally, the government accepted their demands and then restrainted any additional establishment of the large selling places and restricted the operational activities of the Carrefour Group by putting the regulations such as Balladur, Raffarin, and Gallant into action. The managements of the Carrefour Group are trying to remove the stumbling blocks which make the development difficult. As the Carrefour Group succeeded in opening its overseas markets only within a few countries in Europe and Asia, while it succeeded in opening the markets all over the Central and South America, it has been reigning over all markets as the 2nd largest enterprise, following the Wal-Mart in the world since 1999. Although the Carrefour Group, by opening its overseas markets, didn't succeed in renovating the distribution industries, its strategies of practically creating new markets should be refered carefully and atlertively.

정보통신기술의 발전과 지식정보 사회의 등장은 교육 및 훈련분야에도 거대한 변화를 가져왔다. 특히, 유비쿼터스 시대가 다가옴에 따라 e-Learning 또한 u-Learning으로 진화하려 하고 있다. 이는 지금까지와는 또 다른 형태로 교수-학습자 환경이 변화함을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 교육환경의 발전에 따른 다양한 학습 콘텐츠의 관리 방법을 제안, 구현하고 운영플랫폼 분석을 통하여 콘텐츠의 활용을 극대화 할 수 있는 LCMS를 제안하였다.

Development of Information Technology and knowledge information society transfer brought huge change of education training field. According as Ubiquitous society approaches, e-Learning will be evolving by u-Learning. This presages in other form with present that professor-learner environment may change. This study proposes and embodied administration method of various studying contents by development of Learning environment, And through operation platform analysis, proposed LMS that can do practical use of contents efficiently.

중국 진출기업의 경영환경이 과거에 비하여 그 매력도가 현저히 떨어지고 있는 점은 사실이다. 그러나 중국 정부의 정책변화 등 부정적인 요소가 많음에도 중국은 전 세계 다국적 기업의 90% 이상이 진출해 있는 명실상부한 세계경제의 중심지이다. 우리나라와는 한자를 바탕으로 한 문화적 동질감.지리적인 이점.우호적인 국민정서 등의 면에서 여전히 매력적인 활용의 대상이다. 따라서 중국에 진출한 한국기업이 생존하고 국제경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 가장 먼저 중국을 생산기지 개념이 아닌 확대된 내수시장으로 보고 기술력 우위 확보를 위해 끊임없이 R&D에 투자해야 한다. 또한 강도 높은 현지화 전략 추진, 강력한 경영혁신과 원가절감 활동 등이 무엇보다 절실하다.

This work is concerned with construction of the intelligence stress predictor far compression strength evaluation using neural network-ultrasonic waves. The contact pressure in jointed plates was measured by using ultrasonic technique. Neural network is used to evaluate and predict contact pressure from the results of the calibration curves. The organized neural system was leaned with the accuracy of 99%, as a result of learning the ultrasonic echo ratio to the contact pressure measurement between SM45C and STS410 materials. And it could be evaluated and predicted with the accuracy of 90% in the evaluation of ultrasonic echo ratio difference in the same surface roughness and contact pressure, and 85% in the prediction of virtual ultrasonic echo ratio. Thus the proposed stress predictor is very useful for the evaluation and prediction of the contact pressure between SM45C and STS410 materials.

Semiconductor packaging technology is changed rapidly according to the trends of the micro miniaturization of multimedia and information equipment. For I/O limitation and fine pitch limitation, DIP and SOP/QFP are replaced by BGA/CSP. This is one of the surface mount technology(SMT). Solder ball is bumped n the die pad and connected onto mounting board. In ball bump formation, vacuum suction type ball alignment process is widely used, However this type has some problems such as ionization, static electricity and difficulty of fifo(first-input first-out) of solder balls. Seesaw type is reducing these problems and has a structural simplicity and economic efficiency. Ball cartridge velocity and ball aligned plate angle are Important variables to improve the ball alignment Process. In this paper, seesaw-type CSP solder ball loader is developed and the optimal velocity and plate angle are proposed.

In controlling servomechanism, such as X-Y tables, friction is one of the most significant source of tracking error. Existing friction models work well when the direction of the motion does not change. However, when the direction of motion changes such as traversing a circular profile, relatively large tracking errors referred to as 'quadrant glitches' are introduced. In this paper, a new friction model, which has a term that can compensate the effect of the quadrant glitches, is proposed. The performance and effectiveness of the proposed model are evaluated through the experimental work. The results show that the controlling servomechanism with the proposed model completely remove the quadrant glitches.

뉴칼레도니아는 프랑스의 식민지 상태로 남아있다. 그래서 프랑스 연구의 한 부문으로 분석해도 충분하다고 판단하곤 하여 연구자들이 주제로 선택하려하지 않았다. 섬의 면적도 매우 적고 인구도 25만에 불과한 미니국가여서 우리나라와 협력할 방안을 찾기가 불가능해 보여 연구하려는 의욕을 저하시켜 왔다. 이런 선입관은 이 나라를 제대로 관찰하지 않은데서 기인하였다. 뉴칼레도니아가 소국이기는 하나 굴지의 니켈생산국이라는 사실에 주의를 기울이지 않아온 것이다. 그리하여 우리나라는 니켈이 6대 전략광물의 하나인데도 2004년 이전까지 이 지역에 적극적으로 진출하려 하지 않았다. 다른 나라에서만 니켈을 도입하는 편협한 원자재도입방식을 지속해 왔다. 금속만 매개로 하여도 협력이 이루어지게 된다. 실제로 포철이 투자하여 성사되었는데, 단순하게 원자재만 도입하는 것이 아니고, 이 나라의 고질적인 문제인 지역 간에 불균형을 완화시키는데 기여했다. 포철이 낙후지역에 건설되고 있는 남태평양광업회사(Société Minière du Sud Pacifique)와의 합작이 대수롭지 않아 보이지만 투자하면서 자국의 이익에만 집착하지 않고 상대국을 배려하려는 정책은 평가돼야 한다. 특히 늦게 진출하였는데도 복합적인 성과를 이루어 낸 노력이 돋보인다. 그리고 본 연구는 니켈에 중심을 두고 분석했고, 이것으로 뉴칼레도니아의 발전양식을 이해하게 되었다. 그리고 본 연구를 이끌어나가는 방법론도 얻었다. 또한 뉴칼레도니아의 발전양식을 이해하게 되었다. 그러면서 경제규모가 비교되지 않는 상대와 협력을 이루어 낼 수 있는 선례를 남겼다. 또한 새로운 시장을 개척하는 방식도 추가하게 되었다. 이에 그치지 않고 면적이 19000km에도 미치지 못하는 미니국가인데도 니켈만이 아니고 여러 부문에 잠재성이 숨어있음을 확인했다. 이를 발굴해 우리나라와 협력한다면 우리나라의 발전에 기여할 영역임을 알리게 되여 보람이 더했다.

충남지역의 금광업은 괄목할 만한 생산량을 이루어내지 못하면서 끈질기게 발전해 왔다. 고려시대에도 금을 채굴했고, 조선시대에도 이를 이어갔다. 산업이 근대화된 식민지 치하에서는 북쪽지방과 비교해 양적으로 열세했지만 전반기에는 직산광산이 주도하고 후반기에는 구봉광산이 이어받아, 충남지역의 금광업을 발전시켰다. 1940년 초에는 2톤 이상의 금을 생산하였다. 기나긴 기간 발전해 온 충남지역의 금광업은 해방 후에 없어서는 안 될 기능을 발휘하게 된다. 1945년에 남북이 분단되자 금의 생산이 북쪽에 치중되었으므로 한국의 금광업은 고사 될 위기에 처해진다. 이를 충남이 살려냈고, 한국 금광업을 거의 30년 동안 주도하게 된다. 그러나 1971년에 구봉광산에서 채굴이 중단되자, 충남지역의 금광업은 그 소임을 다하고 역사의 뒤편으로 사라졌다고 판단해 왔다. 이로부터 금광업은 한국 경제에서 비어있는 부문으로 남아있게 되었다. 이런 충남지역의 금광업을 다시 살려보자는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 일단은 현실성이 의심되어 포기를 권유받고 있지만 충남지역의 금광업이 발전해 온 경제사적 배경을 다시 살펴보면, 살릴 수 있는 방안을 찾을 수 있다. 충남지역의 광산들은 식민당국이 2 차 대전 중에 전략 물자의 생산에 전념하기 위해 전격적으로 가동을 중단했다. 그렇다면 상당수의 광산에 금광이 남아있다고 판단된다. 이런 상황을 직시하면 폐광이 아니라 일정기간 동안 채굴이 유보되고 있는 휴광이다. 물론, 광산개발에 반대하고 있는 전문가들도 금이 매장되어 있음을 인정하고 있다. 그러면서도 두 가지의 이유를 들어 견해를 바꾸려하지 않고 있다. 먼저, 금을 채굴하려면 1톤의 광석에 금이 13g, 최소한 10g은 함유되어 있어야 경제성이 있다고 보고 투자하는데 충남지역의 금광석에는 함유량이 부족하다는 근거를 제시하고 있다. 다음으로는 함유량이 충분하다 하여도 충남지역의 지질이 화강암으로 되어있어 채굴하기가 원천적으로 어렵다, 그리고 채굴을 한다 해도 무거운 비용이 요구되어 다른 나라와 경쟁하기 어렵다. 물론, 채굴한 적이 있으니 시도할 수 있으나 부광이 매장이 되어 있다는 확신이 있어야 가능하다. 그러나, 두 가지 어려움은 금광업의 주변 환경이 변화하고 있어 극복 할 수 있다. 첫번째 문제는 빈광을 처리하는 기술을 사용하면 해결된다. 지역에서 금의 채굴이 중단되고 있는 1971년 이후, 기술이 현저하게 진보되고 있는 사실을 직시해야 한다. 한 가지 근거만 제시해도 퇴적침출법(Heap leaching)이라고 하는데 1975년에 미국의 네바다 주에 있는 두 개의 광산에서 사용하여 성공한 다음, 기술이 다른 나라로 전파 되었다. 새로운 기술은 광석더미에 시안화용액을 뿌려서 4~40일 동안 침출시키면 금이 침전되어 함량이 낮은 광석에서도 70~95%까지의 함유량을 가진 금을 추출해 낼 수 있게 되었다. 기술은 진보되어 광석이 톤 당 3g만 함유되어도 채굴을 하고 함유량이 2g의 경우도 세계적인 기업인 AngloGold, IamGold도 적극적으로 투자하고 있다. 다음은 화강암으로 형성된 지질이 문제인데 낙담할 사안이 아니다. 왜냐하면 우리나라는 지하수가 풍부한 조건을 가지고 있고 이를 활용할 수 있기 때문이다. 지하수가 침수되는 지역은 설사 암반이라 해도 물에 젖어있어서 채굴작업이 용이해 진다. 따라서 이런 지역을 선택하여 금광 산을 개발하면 위에서 언급한 불 ...

This study examines the development of gold mining in Chungnam province, and analyzes it based on the economic history perspective. This study selected gold mining in Chungnam because the gold field was maintained throughout Goryeo and Joseon dynasty, although the amount of production was not sufficient. The development of gold mining in Chungnam continued throughout history. In the early period of modernization, Jiksan mine in Cheonan led in the production, which was followed by Gubong mine in Chyeongyang. Due to these mines,Chungnam’s gold mining was kept alive. Even though gold mining continued for thousands of years in Chungnam, it is hard to find its activities in modern times. Therefore, it is necessary to examine it from the economic history perspective. Its activities were not limited to gold mining, but also expanded to a variety of areas, this increases the necessity of study and research. Due to gold mining in Chungnam, gold mining was maintained after independence because it existed in Chungnam. This enabled the survival of gold mining industry in South Korea after the division of the Korean peninsular for a period of 20 years. However exploitation was suspended in Gubong mining in 1971, and this led to Chungnam’s mining to wither and as a result gold mining in Korea collapsed altogether. It is very difficult to restore an industry once it is dead. Although it is possible, it requires an enormous national resources to restore it. The potential for gold mining still remains in Chungnam but no effort is being made to uncover it. Numerous mines in Chungnam are not in service now and they are considered exhausted mines. When we change the exhaustion thinking, we can start gold mining again since large amounts of gold is buried underground. This situation has led to rapid increase in gold prices as the technology is innovating rapidly; the possibility of mining gold is increasing. In fact exploitation of dormant mines is redeveloping. This strategy became our methodology to guide our research. As discussed above, gold mining in Chungnam province left deep traces in many areas. I tried to bring this matter into light, but my capabilities are limited. However, it was very meaningful because I realized that, there are so many related to gold mining to be researched, and I was able to inform other researchers about it.

This study is focused on Gold-mining industry in French West Africa which is composed of 9 countries which were the former colonies of France. I focused mainly on four countries for this study and there were three mines being developed mutually. Two of this countries Mali and Burkina-faso are developed while Guinea and Cote d’Ivoire are less developed. These mines are Sadiola Hill mine, which is the biggest mine in the French West Africa and also the third in Africa, Siguiri mine in Guinea, which produces about 8 tons a year, and Tongon in Cote d'Ivoire, all are an on going mining industry. As there are more mining developments going on, this will make them greatest producers. Thus S. Korea could have a new partnership to explore market to boost economy. Not just importing Gold, but we should have a great interest and put more importance in this industry. First of all, Sadiola Hill gold mine in Mali has a low prime cost of production at 50 percent, half the production cost of other gold mines. Mali president His Excellency Amadou Toumani once said that Sadiola’s gold is the cheapest in the world. It is for sure that the gold mine holds a comparative advantage by itself. Second, it is possible to develop for new investment markets as there are a lot of undeveloped mines. As many mines are being developed, gold prices have gone up rapidly in the international market .we might lose a chance if we postpone exploring the market. With all of these effects, we are to study on gold-mining in French West Africa and it is enough to be a subject of discussion although the area has no closer geographic proximity with our country and there has been no trade so far.
