This study covers the concept of Basic interpersonal communication skill(BICS) and Cognitive academic language proficiency(CALP) that The present ‘Korean as a Second Language Curriculum’ suggests, and aims to clarify the concept of ‘Academic Korean’. This study argues that the vocabulary provided in the appendix should be reorganized in order to reduce the level difference between BICS and CALP and suggests practical methods. And we emphasizes the importance of the role of ‘Korean as learning tool ’ in bridging ‘Daily life Korean’ and ‘Academic Korean’ to reduce the level difference and presented the theory and actuality.

中國的學習者倘若能好好利用特有的語言環境, 即母語影響、 文化基礎及漢字詞等, 那么卽使是初學者也可最大限度的擺脫語法或詞彙的外部牽絆, 掌握多样詞彙。 從詞彙敎學的角度來看, 具有使用漢字詞、 文化基礎以及歷史的共通性等特點的漢語學習者如能有效運用所處語言圈的特性, 則卽使初級學習者也是有可能掌握多樣詞彙的。 換言之, 從對照語言学的側面來看, 面向中国學習者的, 所谓“文化基礎詞彙”的慣用語的甄別及敎育, 對于中國學習者的韓語學習及口語流利度提高而言誠可謂一條有效之捷徑。

This research points out that proper nouns, which were considered as having relatively less value in vocabulary, can actually become the shortcut to the fluency of foreign learners. Also, it tries to confirm it's importance on vocabulary by the corpus of native speakers. These serial kinds of vocabulary will be put together under the term ‘culture based vocabulary’ and furthermore, this will be diversly arranged and analyzed. If these words are presented and educated in the field of Korean education, this would do great service to the completion of Korean studying by being extended to the understanding of the cultural, social background of Korean language.

지하 공동구 비상조명 LED 구동용 초소형 자기 에너지 하베스트 전력관리 회로 설계

본 논문에서는 자기 에너지 하베스트를 이용하여 지하 공동구의 비상조명 LED를 구동하는 전력관리 회로를 설계하였다. 자기 에너지 하베스트는 하베스터 소자와 전력관리 회로로 구성되어 진다. 제안하는 회로는 정류기, 배터리 충전회로와 LED 구동회로로 만들어졌다. 평상시에는 만들어진 전력으로 배터리를 충전하고, 비상시에는 배터리에 충전된 에너지를 이용하여 LED를 구동한다. 측정 결과, 47 mF 커패시터를 충전하는 데 2분이 걸렸다. 이것은 약 3분 30초 동안 비상조명용 LED를 구동할 수 있는 전력량이다. 이를 통해, 본 논문에서 제안하는 자기 에너지 하베스트용 전력관리 회로를 이용하여 별도의 전원을 끌어오기 어려운 지하 공동구의 비상조명 LED 구동용 전원장치로 사용할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.

In this paper, a power management circuit was designed to drive the emergency lighting LED in the underground facility for public utilities using magnetic energy harvest. The magnetic energy harvest consists of a harvest elements and power management circuits. The proposed circuit was made of a rectifier, a battery charging circuit, and an LED driving circuit. In normal times, the battery is charged with the harvested power, and in the event of an emergency, the energy stored in the battery is used to drive the LED. As a result of the measurement, it took two minutes to charge the 47 mF capacitor. This is the amount of power that can drive an LED for emergency lighting for about three and a half minutes. Through this, it was confirmed that the power management circuit for magnetic energy harvest proposed in this paper can be used as an emergency lighting LED-driven power device in an underground facility for public utilities where it is difficult to draw separate power.

This study analyzed the influence of social distance and visual information on consumers' fashion style preferences in terms of information characteristics and providers. Data were collected from 521 females in their twenties and thirties who had experience using SNS. The empirical study results were as follows. First, with other factors of exposure under control, the social distance of information characteristics and providers showed a significant impact on fashion style preferences only when social distances were close. Second, the impact of social distance varied depending on the consumer's characteristics. This proved that innovation had significant negative influences, while conformity and informational sensitivity to others showed positive influences on the effects of social distance in terms of information characteristics. Innovation and fashion leadership also showed a negative influence on the social distance effect in terms of information providers. Third, conformity, informational sensitivity to others, and fashion leadership, proved to have a significant impact on the acceptance of eWOM in fashion styles, but innovativeness and normative sensitivity to others did not have a significant influence. This study can be used as baseline data in SNS marketing strategies for vitalizing information spread through eWOM.

This study explores ways to restructure grammatical descriptions for Korean language education, focusing on communicative function, productive ability, and appropriate description units. The proposed criteria for this restructuring include the explicitness of functions, contribution to production, unit appropriateness, and the reflection of difficulty and sequencing. It also discusses reorganizing multiple uses of a single item into core and extended categories. Based on this framework, the study analyzes ‘-neunji’ and ‘-eul geot’. For ‘-neunji’, it argues for a reclassification based on learner conceptualization rather than mere formal identity. For ‘-eul geot’, it addresses the gap between form-centered descriptions and actual functional units, suggesting ‘-eul geosida’ as a clearer unit for learners. Ultimately, this study is significant for reexamining the focus, unit, and arrangement of grammar from the perspective of learner comprehension and use.

This study explores new directions for Korean cultural education from a global perspective and proposes an education model (Interactive, Integrated, and Influential Education) to effectively implement these directions. First, the study examines the limitations of existing Korean cultural education and investigates approaches suitable for global learners. Subsequently, it details the design process of the Education Model. Interactive education encourages learners’ active participation through meaningful interactions between learners and content. Integrated education connects learners' native cultures with Korean culture, enhancing intercultural communication skills. Influential education focuses on fostering sustainable learning outcomes by transforming learners' values and perceptions. To examine the feasibility of this model, the study presents specific examples of its implementation using digital technology and interactive storytelling. This research highlights that the Education Model not only delivers Korean culture but also creates a dynamic cultural education environment based on learners' experiences and empathy, establishing a new standard for global Korean cultural education. Finally, it discusses the practical application of the model and its future development, emphasizing the need for sustainable Korean cultural education for global learners.

This study aimed to propose a direction for Korean language education in foreign public education systems by showing the principles and practices involved in the development of "Korean language textbooks for middle and high schools (grades 6 to 12) in India". To achieve this, an appropriate educational and textbook model was developed based on the analysis of the educational environment in India. The public education scene in India is highly diverse across different regions, and especially in middle and high schools, the authority to select subjects and textbooks lies at the discretion of the principals, leading to varied educational patterns even among schools in the same region. Considering the social, cultural, and educational policy characteristics of the Indian region, this study analyzed and presented the principles and practices for developing textbooks that can be flexibly and adaptively applied across the spectrum of educational contexts in various Indian schools. This study proposed principles and practices for incorporating advanced ICT-based educational techniques into textbooks, aiming to optimize Korean language courses within the broad autonomy and diversity of Indian public education, ensuring they are well-adapted to the field.
