영국 엘리자베스 2세 여왕 시대의 차문화와 차산업 연구 -티 브랜드를 중심으로-

In addition, the tea manufacturing company that led to the development of the tea industry in the UK were examined by its history and features from the foundation. Through this, the possibility of spreading and developing a tea culture in Korea that combines the tea industry and tea culture is suggested in conclusion. Queen Elizabeth II liked tea in her daily life and inherited the tea culture of her predecessors, and actively participated in marketing with tea manufacturers for the development of the tea industry. There are leading tea makers with British history including TWINGS, FORTNUM & MASON, Harrods, Taylor of Herogate, and Whittard of Chelsea. In addition, AHMAD TEA, PUKKA, TEA PALACE, East India Company, and JENIER TEAS are introduced as the brand new tea makers born in the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. As a result, in order to spread and develop Korean tea culture, it is necessary to seek connection between Korean tea culture and British one through the research on their history and cultural literacy. Furthermore, it is needed to promote the new era of tea culture by creating more developed value that combines tea with its industry and art.

본 연구는 영국의 차문화와 차산업을 파악하고 영국 왕실의 엘리자베스 2세 여왕의 생애와 행적을 탐색하였다. 또한 영국의 차산업 발전을 견인한 차 제조회사의 창립연대, 창립자, 특징을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 차산업과 차문화를 복합한 한국의 차문화를 확산‧ 발전할 수 있는 가능성을 모색하고자 하는 목적에 의해 결론은 다음과 같다. 엘리자베스 2세 여왕은 일상에서 차를 좋아하여 선대 여왕들의 차문화를 계승하였으며 차산업 발전을 위해 차 제조회사와의 마케팅에도 참여하는 적극적인 행보를 하였다. 영국 역사와 함께 한 대표적인 차 제조회사의 티브랜드인 트와이닝(TWININGS), 포트넘 앤 메이슨(FORTNUM & MASON), 헤로즈(Harrods), 테일러 오브 헤로게이트(TAYLORS OF HARROGATE), 위타드 오브 첼시(Whittard of Chelsea)가 있다. 또한 엘리자베스 2세 여왕 시대에 신생 티브랜드인 아마드티(AHMAD TEA), 푸카(PUKKA), 티 팰리스(TEA PALACE), 이스트 인디아(EAST INDIA COMPANY), 제니어 월드 오브 티즈(Jenier World of Teas) 의 특징을 살펴보았다. 이로써 한국의 차문화를 확산‧발전시키려면 영국 차문화의 역사와 문화적 소양등의 지식적인 연구를 통해 한국홍차 문화와의 연계성을 모색하여야 할 것이다. 나아가 차와 예술분야가 접목된 복합문화의 가치를 창출하여 차문화, 차산업, 차예술의 발전도 도모하여야 할 것이다.

디지털 문화 콘텐츠 산업이 지식경제사회에 미치는 파급효과 분석

...culture contents is one of the fastest growing industry in Korea and it accounts for 60% of the digital contents industry. This paper attempts to analyze economic impacts of the digital culture contents industry using input-output analysis. This study investigated the production-inducing effect, value-added-inducing effect and employment-inducing effect of the digital culture contents industry based on a demand-driven model. In addition, the study dealt with the supply shortage effect and sectoral price effect of the digital culture contents industry using a supply-driven model and the Leontief price model, including the inter-industry linkage effects of 29 sectors with the digital culture contents industry sector. Some interesting findings were drawn from the study. First, production of 1.0 won in the digital culture contents industry results in production-inducing e??ect of 2.39542 won, value-added effect of 1.29895 won and employment-inducing effect of 0.39657 persons in other industries. Second, the supply shortage of 1.0 won in the digital culture contents industry prevents other industries from producing 0.56631 won. Third, a 1% increase in the price level of the digital culture contents industry raises the overall price level by 0.06017%. Finally, very high backward linkage effects were found, but forward linkage effects were minimal.

This study employs shift-share analysis to examine the industrial characteristics of Incheon’s culture contents industry and explore strategies for its development. The analysis reveals that, during the study period, both the number of firms and employees increased, accompanied by a rise in the location quotient(LQ). However, the industry has not yet established itself as a specialized sector within the region. At the district level, only Yeonsu-gu demonstrated industry growth and specialization, primarily influenced by the presence of Songdo International City. Based on employee-based shift-share analysis, the new media and creative services sectors outperformed the national economy. Meanwhile, firm-based shift-share analysis indicates that new media and ICT communication sectors exhibited higher performance than the national economy during the same period. However, other culture contents sectors were found to be significantly affected by locational competitiveness. To foster the growth of Incheon’s culture contents industry, it is essential to position the sector as a catalyst for balanced regional development while ensuring the establishment of favorable living conditions to attract and retain specialized human resources. Furthermore, industry specialization at the district level should be promoted to drive regional economic growth, while integrating the industry with local cultural planning to enhance cultural capacity.

최근 문화콘텐츠산업이 성장하면서 동 산업이 지역경제 활성화 방안 수단으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 변동할당분석을 활용해 인천시 문화콘텐츠산업의 산업적 특성과 활성화 방안을 탐색하였다. 분석결과, 연구기간내 사업체수, 종사자수 모두 증가하였고 LQ가 높아졌음이 확인되었으나 지역내 특화산업으로 성장하진 못하였다, 군구별로는 연수구만이 송도국제도시 영향으로 문화콘텐츠산업이 성장, 특화되었다. 종사자수 기준 변동할당분석 결과 뉴미디어, 창조서비스업이 국가경제보다 높은 성과를 보였다. 사업체수 기준 변동할당분석 결과 뉴미디어, ICT통신에서 국가경제보다 동 기간에 높은 성과를 보였으나 타 문화콘텐츠산업은 입지경쟁력 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 인천시 문화콘텐츠산업 활성화를 위해 지역균형발전을 위한 촉매산업으로 활용하거나 지역내 전문 인적자원 확보가 선행되기 위한 지역의 정주여건이 확보될 필요가 있다. 또한 군구별 동 산업의 전문화를 통해 지역 경제성장을 유도하거나 지역 문화계획과 함께 문화적 역량을 제고하는 수단으로 문화콘텐츠산업이 활용될 필요가 있다.

Design/Methodology/Approach Based on the dynamic capability view and empirical research literature, we set the relationship between environmental uncertainty, innovation-oriented culture, I-PRIs cooperation, dynamic capability, and competitive advantage into nine hypotheses. The data necessary for hypothesis testing were collected through a survey conducted on the firm of Daedeok Innopolis. Partial least squares (PLS) was used to analyze the collected data. Findings Environmental uncertainty and innovation-oriented culture positively affected I-PRIs cooperation and dynamic capability, and I-PRIs cooperation positively affected dynamic capability. Also, dynamic capability was found to have a positive effect on competitive advantage. However, environmental uncertainty and I-PRIs cooperation did not have a significant effect on competitive advantage. On the other hand, dynamic capability was found to partially mediate between I-PRIs cooperation and competitive advantage. Research Implications This study presented empirical evidence that a firm’s dynamic capability is an important factor in improving its competitive advantage, and that this dynamic capability depends on environmental uncertainty, innovation-oriented culture, and I-PRIs cooperation.

As the research results, it was confirmed that the four patterns of organizational culture, i.e. relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, rank-oriented, task-oriented culture influenced impersonal supervision, and impersonal supervision influenced relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, rank-oriented culture of organizational culture. Based on the above research results, this research suggested an implication that it is important to establish organizational culture of the organization and members through a positive leadership, not the negative leadership as impersonal supervision, and let the members feel attachment and stability to the organization in order to help amicable settlement of conflict between the organizational members and raise organization efficiency, the aim of the organization.

편의점 도서자판기를 활용한 출판문화산업 활성화 방안 연구

This plan will promote fairness and transparency in book sales through the convenience store system and push forward outsourcing between the publishing industry and the convenience store industry, the expansion of omnichannel service for consumers, and experiential values for clients to increase their customer satisfaction. The composition of the book vending machine will take the smart library form for its management with a universal design applied to a kiosk program. In the study, the researcher schematized this process and conducted a survey with 310 adults to search for practical management plans for a book vending machine. In the future, more research on the diversification of sales and distribution channels for publications such as the installation of a book vending machine at convenience stores will hopefully contribute to the growing amount of reading per capita and promotion of a reading environment for people according to the vitalization of the publishing culture and industry.

본 연구는 출판문화산업 활성화를 위해 도서자판기를 편의점에 설치하여 유통채널을 확장시키는 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 편의점의 의미와 도서자판기의 개념을 정립한 후 편의점 내 도서자판기 설치 및 운영 필요성을 도출하였다. 편의점 시스템을 이용하여 도서판매의 공정성과 투명성을 제고할 것이며, 출판업계와 편의점업계 사이의 아웃소싱, 소비자를 위한 옴니채널 서비스 확대, 고객 만족도를 높이기 위한 고객 경험가치 제공 등을 추진할 것이다. 도서자판기의 구성은 스마트 도서관 형태의 자판기로 운영하며 키오스크 프로그램에 유니버설 디자인을 적용한다. 이러한 과정을 도식화하였고 실질적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위해 성인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 향후 편의점 도서자판기 설치와 같이 출판물의 판매 및 유통채널을 다변화하는 연구를 통해 출판문화산업 활성화에 따른 국민 1인당 독서량 증가로 국민의 독서환경이 증진될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.

LQ분석과 GAP분석을 통한 부산 문화콘텐츠 산업의 현황과 경쟁력 분석

Through this, this study will examine the competitiveness of the cultural content industry with high added value in Busan and draw out the plan for activation of cultural contents. Also, this study will compare competitiveness of Busan with other regions and show the economic contribution of Busan City.

국내 문화 콘텐츠 산업은 2000년대부터 급속한 성장을 보이고 있다. 이에 정부는 차세대 국내 성장 산업으로 문화콘텐츠 산업을 지정하고 이를 육성하기 위해 다양한 법규를 만드는 등 예산의 지원도 아끼지 않고 있으며, 각 지자체에서도 문화콘텐츠산업의 다양한 정책들을 마련하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 문화 콘텐츠산업의 중요성이 강조되고 있음에도 불구하고 문화콘텐츠의 경쟁력을 분석한 연구가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LQ분석과 GAP분석을 토대로 권역별 문화콘텐츠산업의 현황수준과 역량분석을 하여 경제적 파급효과를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 부산의 고 부가가치 문화 콘텐츠 산업의 경쟁력을 검토하고 문화 콘텐츠 활성화를 위한 계획을 수립 할 예정이다. 또한 본 연구는 부산과 다른 지역의 경쟁력을 비교하고 부산시의 경제적 기여도를 보여줄 것이다.

Thus, in this paper, we tried to make an importance level between the related industries including this leading company by the AHP analysis. For achieving the objective of this paper, first of all, this study yielded the relative importance between the industries as the quantitative values. As the result of this analysis, the important factor in this leading company is 'creation' factor and this paper proposed the basic results for cultivating the leading companies for the future time.

Now the one of problems of digital culture contents industry in korean region is to focus only on small company in the related industry. So a plan for overcoming this is a cultivation of leading company in this industry. Thus, in this paper, we tried to make an importance level between the related industries including this leading company by the AHP analysis. For achieving the objective of this paper, first of all, this study yielded the relative importance between the industries as the quantitative values. As the result of this analysis, the important factor in this leading company is 'creation' factor and this paper proposed the basic results for cultivating the leading companies for the future time.

현실적인 분위기를 제공하는 메타버스는 앞으로 더 확장될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본 연구는 메타버스의기능과 활용 사례를 찾아보며 차문화⋅산업에 활용할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 찾아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 메타버스 활용 사례를 통하여 차문화⋅산업 메타버스 콘텐츠를 교육, 문화⋅공연⋅관광, 마케팅⋅홍보로 나누어 보았다. 3차원의 메타버스 교육환경은 시대와 장소를 넘나드는 수업 환경을 조성하여 2차원 위주의 온라인 수업보다더 현실적이며 수업 성취도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 가상세계를 이용하여 차문화 공연, 차생산지역 관광이 가능하다. 일상생활의 티 타임으로부터 차와 명상의 시간 등 다양한 문화 콘텐츠와 주제로 가상세계를 창조하여 차를 즐길 수 있다. 전통 한옥을 배경으로 한 한국 전통 차문화 공간은 전 세계인들에게 어필할 것이다. 차문화 유산, 차 생산지역을 배경으로 한 현실적 3차원 가상공간의 마케팅은 다양한 연령층의 소비자들에게 어필할 것이다. 다양한 차와 연관된 캐릭터를 기대해 볼 수 있다. 확장하는 메타버스 세계에 우리 차와 차문화를 소개하는 국가적 혹은 지역적 차원의 메타버스 세계를 추진하여야 할 시기라고 고려된다.
The world of metaverse is expanding. Real-world classes, conferences, large-scale performances, and social gatherings are occurring in the metaverse space. Although it is in the early phase, metaverse appears to be a viable means of social connection and social gatherings for the world. This study aims to explore tea and tea culture-related metaverse contents. The study categorizes tea-related metaverse contents with education, culture·performance·tourism, and marketing·promotion. 캐릭터 문화콘텐츠 산업의 권역별 입지 경쟁력 분석에 대한 종단적 연구

In case whole regional analysis, no. of employee and no. of character company suggested jeju, dongnam and Metro have high competitiveness during the 3 years and amount of revenue suggested consistent high competitiveness 6 block except Metro. But in case of except of Metro, no. of character company and the no. of employee indicated dongnam and jeju showed competitiveness during 3 years. Chungchung area indicated high competitiveness at no. of employee(2009) and no. of character company(2011). The amount of revenue indicated jeju area have high competitiveness during 3 years.

본 연구는 캐릭터 문화콘텐츠 산업의 전국 권역별 경쟁력 분석을 위해 입지적 LQ 지수를 비교하여 권역별 캐릭터산업의 현황과 경쟁력 제고를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 2007년, 2009년, 2011년의 종단적 관점에서 캐릭터산업의 산업체수, 종업원 수, 매출액에 기초한 경쟁력을 분석하였다. 수도권을 포함한 경우 종사자수와 산업체 수에 있어서 3개년 연속 제주권, 동남권과 수도권이 캐릭터산업이 타 산업보다 경쟁력이 제시되었으며, 매출액에서는 3개년 연속 수도권 제외 전 권역의 캐릭터 산업이 타 산업 대비 경쟁적이었다. 한편 수도권을 제외한 6개 권역 분석에서 종사자수와 산업체수에 있어서 제주권과 동남권의 경쟁력이 제시되었고 충청권이 2009년에 종사자수에서, 2011년 산업체수에서 LQ 지수 1이상으로 나타냈다. 매출액에 있어서는 제주권 만이 3개년 연속 경쟁적으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 종사자수, 산업체수와 매출액을 종합적으로 살펴볼 때 3개년 동안 동남권, 제주권과 충청권이 경쟁력 있는 권역으로 나타났다.

Given the essential nature of capital raising for corporate growth and development, research on capital raising in the culture content industry is crucial. This study will enhance financial understanding of the culture contents industry and assist stock market investors in their investment decisions and corporate managers' financial decision-making.

본 연구는 전환사채 발생공시에 대한 주식가격 반응에 대하여 문화콘텐츠 산업을 대상으로 실증적으로 분석한다. 2000년부터 2021년까지 문화콘텐츠 기업들의 전환사채 발행과 관련하여 검증한 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전환사채 발행공시에 대하여 공시 당일 약 1.6%, 공시 전일 약 1.8%의 유의적인 양(+)의 주가반응이 나타났으며 공시 전일 주가반응이 공시 당일보다 더 크게 선행하여 나타났다. 둘째, 코스닥 전체시장에서는 공시일 주가는 문화콘텐츠 산업보다 약한 양(+)의 반응을 보였으나, 공시 전부터 양(+)의 선행반응이 더 뚜렷하게 나타나고 공시 다음날까지 지속하여 양(+)의 반응이 나타나서 문화콘텐츠 산업과 상이한 모습을 보인다. 종합적으로, 본 연구의 결과는 문화콘텐츠 기업의 전환사채 발행을 통한 자본조달에 대하여 주식시장 참여자들은 호재성 정보로 받아들이고 있음을 시사한다. 기업의 성장과 발전에 자본조달이 필수적이라는 점에서 국가 전략산업으로 자리매김한 문화콘텐츠 산업의 자본조달에 대한 연구가 중요한 시점이다. 본 연구가 문화콘텐츠 산업에 대한 재무적 관점의 이해도를 높이고, 주식시장 투자자들의 투자의사결정 및 기업경영자들의 재무의사결정에 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

It is assumed that this differenceof the meaning and importance of intangible assets would be intensified as the standard of thedigital technology is increasing. Prior researches revealed that investment in intangible assets suchas R&D and advertising are related with the value of the firm. This study focused whether the valueof the firms in the culture content industry would be changed in accordance with the firms’ various efforts in creating intangible assets. The sample consists of 1,551 companies operating in Koreanculture content market. In this study, multiple regression models have been used to test hypothesis. Results are as follows:First of all, we found the evidence that development expenditures as assets would increase thefirm’s value in the culture content industry. Second, it was found that development expenditures asexpenses would not increase the firms’ value. Third, there were the evidences that advertisingexpenditures would increase the firms’ value in the culture content industry. Fourth, it was foundthat total intangible assets would not increase the firm’s value. Finally, the value of the firms in thespecific culture content industry would be change in accordance with the firms’ various efforts increating intangible assets. These results suggest that the investment in creating intangible assets suchas R&D and advertising are differently related with firm’s value. Therefore, managers have to focuson different strategies to add firm’s value in the specific culture content industry.

소비재를 생산하는 제조기업과는 달리 문화콘텐츠 유통이 영업의 중심인 기업들은 기술개발의 성공보다는 기업의 이미지 형성, 콘텐츠 제공 역량 등이 성공을 위한 핵심적 요소로 생각된다. 디지털정보기술이 발전할수록 제조업에 종사하는 기업과 문화콘텐츠 유통이 영업의 중심인 기업들의 무형자산 창출을 위한 노력의 중요성에 대한 차이가 심화될 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 환경을 반영하여 본연구에서는 문화콘텐츠 유통이 영업의 중심인 기업들을 대상으로 다양한 무형자산 창출을 위한 활동이 기업가치와 관련성을 가지는지와 이러한 영향이 세부업종에 따라 다르게 나타나는지를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콘텐츠 유통이 사업의 핵심인 사업에 종사하는 기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과에서 장부상에계상되는 개발비 지출이 기업가치에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 경상개발비 지출은 기업가치에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 광고선전비 지출이 기업가치에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 장부상에 계상되는 무형자산의 증가가 기업가치에 영향을 미친다는 증거를 발견하지 못하였다. 다섯째, 세부업종으로 분류하여 무형자산 창출을 위한 노력이 기업가치에 다른 영향을 미치는지를 분석한 결과 세부업종별로 무형자산 창출을 위한 노력이 기업가치에 반영되는 정도는 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 콘텐츠 유통이 사업의 핵심인 사업에 종사하는 기업들은 제조기업 및 세부업종의 차이를 반영하여 차별적인 전략을 구사할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

가나자와형 창조도시 발전전략 연구: 문화와 산업의 연계를 중심으로

And its pertinent case study focuses on three sectors: cultural administration, cultural leadership and cultural facilities. The study revealed the following facts. Firstly, Kanazawa city picked ‘crafts city’ as its city development strategy influenced by its well established regional identity as a cultural crafts city. And by establishing proper educational facilities one by one and proclaiming itself as a global crafts city, it takes persistent steps towards becoming a competent crafts city. Secondly, the entities who suggested Kanazawa’s city development strategy which is aimed at becoming a creative city and global city are administrative, economics, and civil sectors. Thirdly, the research on the foundation principle and operational status of ‘kanazawa citizen’s Art Center’ and ‘21st Century Museum of contemporary Art, Kanazawa’ which are Kanazawa’s prominent cultural facilities, revealed that these cultural facilities are the center piece of Kanazawa’s city revitalization and regional invigoration as well as the leading force of the region’s creativity. The characteristic of Kanazawa’s city development as a creative city is the traditional craftsmen’s ‘Making Goods’ spirit which was succeeded by the modern cultural industry. And this spirit again shows the pattern of turning itself into Kanazawa’s ‘Making City’ spirit. Based on this Kanazawa’s regional identity, Kanazawa establishes two types of cultural facilities. One of them is citizen-led-style and the other is citizen-participation-style. And through this, it succeeds in city rejuvenation and regional invigoration. Creative city,Kanazawa’s success factors lie in the fact that city revitalization is being led by its citizens and the city revitalization methods and its principle are also culture and they too are shared by its citizens. As a result, Kanazawa city is considered as a role model of a creative city and being benchmarked by Korea’s small and midsize cities as well as Japanese domestic cities.

이 연구는 문화와 산업 그리고 전통과 현대라는 서로 상반되는 과제를 극복하고 내발적 발전Endogenous Development을 이룩한 가나자와의 도시재생 사례를 문화행정, 문화주체, 문화시설을 중심으로 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 다음과같은 사실을 알 수 있었다. 첫째 가나자와시는 전통공예도시로서의 지역정체성을 토대로 가나자와시의 도시발전전략을 공예도시로 설정한다. 그리고 이를 위한 교육시설을 차례로 설립하고 세계공예도시 선언을 하는 등 공예도시로서의행보를 거듭한다. 둘째 창조도시와 세계도시를 지향하는 가나자와시의 도시발전 전략을 제안한 주체는 행정ㆍ경제계ㆍ민간 등이다. 셋째 가나자와시의 대표적 문화시설인 ‘가나자와시민예술촌’과 ‘가나자와21세기미술관’의 설립목적과운영실태를 분석한 결과, 이들 문화시설이 가나자와시의 도시재생과 지역활성화의 거점인 동시에 지역의 창조성을 견인하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 창조도시로서의 가나자와 도시발전의 특성은 전통적으로 내려오는 장인들의‘물건 만들기’ 정신이 현대의 문화산업으로 계승된 것이다. 그리고 이 정신은다시 가나자와의 ‘도시 만들기’ 정신으로 전환되는 구조를 보여주고 있다. 이와같은 가나자와의 지역 정체성을 근간으로 해서 가나자와는 시민 주체형과 시민 참가형의 문화시설을 설립한다. 그리고 이릍 통해 도시재생과 지역활성화에 성공한다. 창조도시 가나자와의 성공요인은 도시재생의 주체가 시민이고,도시재생의 방법과 가치 역시 문화이며, 이를 향유하는 것 역시 시민이라는 점에 있다. 그 결과 가나자와시는 일본 국내는 물론이고 한국의 중소도시가 창조도시의 모델로서 벤치마킹의 대상이 되고 있다.

Creative city,Kanazawa’s success factors lie in the fact that city revitalization is being led by its citizens and the city revitalization methods and its principle are also culture and they too are shared by its citizens. As a result, Kanazawa city is considered as a role model of a creative city and being benchmarked by Korea’s small and midsize cities as well as Japanese domestic cities.

Results showed that movie, broadcasting and character industry were related to the tourism industry performance in Korea. Results of the Porter's diamond analysis indicated that when the culture contents industry was utilized for tourism competitiveness, Korea and Japan's competitiveness has been enhanced while China's competitiveness has been weakened. Limitation and implications of this study were also described.

본 연구의 목적은 문화콘텐츠산업의 활용을 중심으로 문화관광산업의 한·중·일 국제경쟁력 비교·분석을 통해 우리나라 관광산업의 지속적인 경쟁력 강화방안을 모색하고 관광수지 개선을 위한 글로벌 전략 개발의 토대를 마련하는데 있다. 이를 위해 문화관광의 개념을 전통적 문화관광에서 현대의 관광기류를 반영하는 현대적 문화관광으로 확대하고, 문화콘텐츠로 대표되는 창조문화산업과 관광산업 간의 상관성을 분석하였다. 그리고 경쟁력 평가 모형을 이용하여 한국과 중국, 일본의 문화관광 경쟁력을 비교하였다. 실증분석 결과, 창조적 문화자원인 문화콘텐츠 산업 중에서 영화, 방송, 캐릭터 산업의 수출규모가 관광성과와 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 창조적 문화관광 자원을 활용할 경우 한국과 일본의 문화관광 산업의 경쟁력은 상대적으로 강화되는 반면 중국은 약화되는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 도출하였다.
This study was to compare the cultural tourism competitiveness of Korea, China and Japan. The result of the study showed that individual consideration leadership and transactional/ charismatic leadership had an effect on organizational commitment and organization satisfaction. Also, innovative organization culture had influence on organizational effectiveness. Finally, national culture moderates could not interact with leadership and organizational effectiveness but closely interacted with organization culture and organizational effectiveness.

Leadership plays an important role in hotel management. However, from the perspective of situational leadership model, leadership initiative may be different from conditions such as national culture. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on the literature on interorganizational relationships and organizational culture, the relationship between a firm’s dependence, innovation-oriented culture, Industry-University cooperation, Industry-University cooperation commitment and performance was established as 7 hypotheses, and a conceptual research model was created. The data required for the research model were collected through a survey of Daedeok Innopolis firms. Data from 107 firms under the Industry-University cooperation were used to test the research model, and partial least square was used for data analysis. Findings - It was found that the dependence of a firm has a positive effect on Industry-University cooperation and Industry-University cooperation commitment. Moreover, the innovation-oriented culture of firms has a positive effect on Industry-University cooperation and Industry-University cooperation commitment. In addition, it was confirmed that Industry-University cooperation significantly affects the Industry-University cooperation commitment. Furthermore, Industry-University cooperation and Industry-University cooperation commitment significantly affect firm performance. Research Implications - This study contributed academically in that it empirically revealed the structural relationship between a firm’s dependence, innovation-oriented culture, Industry-University cooperation, cooperation commitment and performance. In addition, these research results provide meaningful implications for promoting industry-university cooperation.
