신생아에서 발견된 갑상샘의 아가미틈새양 낭종

아가미틈새(branchial cleft) 낭종은 흔히 경부측면에 위치하나, 아가미틈새 낭종의 조직학적 소견을 보이는 낭종이 비전형적인 위치에서 발견되기도 한다. 갑상샘의 아가미틈새양(branchial cleft-like) 낭종은 이제까지 보고된 14례 중 7세 여아에서 발견된 1례를 제외하고는 모두 성인에서 발견되었다. 저자들은 좌측경부의 종물을 주소로 내원한 신생아에서 초음파 검사, 컴퓨터 단층촬영, 병리조직학 검사를 통하여 진단된 갑상샘의 아가미틈새양 낭종 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

A rare case is described of an intrathyroidal branchial cleft-like cyst in neonate. The patient was a newborn girl with a mass in the left lateral neck. The ultrasonography and computed tomography revealed a cystic lesion in the left thyroid. The lesion was enucleated surgically from the thyroid. Histologically, the cyst was lined by squamous or columnar epithelium and contained inflammatory cell infiltraion, thyroid and parathyroid tissue. The patient has been doing well without any evidence of thyroid dysfunction for 15 months.

수조모델을 이용한 메쉬접지극의 접지저항에 관한 연구

최근들어 빌딩내에 있는 많은 전기 전자 통신설비들은 기기 보호 및 안전을 위하여 반드시 접지를 필요로 하며, 고장 전류가 같은 빌딩내에 있는 어떤 접지 시스템으로 흐를 때, 이 전류에 의한 전위상승에 영향을 받아 다른 접지시스템의 전위 상승을 유도할 수 있다. 이러한 전위간섭은 접지극의 표면전위에 의해 영향을 받으며, 전각의 형상과 깊은 관련이 있다. 본 논문에서의 기본적 공식은 전위간섭을 받는 접지극과 전위간섭의 원천이 되는 두 접지극의 표면 전위에 기초하여 추론되었으며, 다중 접지극에 있어서의 전위간섭의 정도는 미리 간단한 모델을 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 이는 대지위에 설치되는 건조물의 접지저항을 추정하기 위한 것이며, 실제의 현장에서 측정한 접지 저항값과 추정값과의 일치성을 입증하기 위하여 반구형 수조에서 모의 접지시스템의 축적 모델로 실험을 행한 결과, 확실한 메쉬접지극의 접지저항을 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서 수조 모델 실험을 통하여 메쉬접지각의 접지저항을 추정할 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

Recently, a number of equipments related with electricity, electronics, and communication in the same building are needed to the grounding system for safety from unexpected accidents. When the faulted electric current flows into a certain grounding system, the potential rise in that system takes place and it might induce the potential rise to other grounding system. This potential interference was strongly affected by the surface potential, which was deeply related with the electrode shape. In this paper, the fundamental formula was deduced on the basis of surface potential of two grounding electrodes. Which corresponds to source of the potential interference and other grounding electrode, respectively. Therefore, the degree of potential interference in this mesh grounding electrode system was verified by the simple model simulation. In addition, in order to identify the difference between the grounding resistance in the realistic construction site and the expected value from the corresponding simulation, the experiment was performed with model on a reduced scale about the realistic grounding system. It consists of stainless steel hemisphere electrodes in a water tank. From this work, the grounding resistance in the mesh grounding electrode showed the good coincidence results between those. Consequently, it is confirmed that the grounding resistance in the mesh electrode is possible to be estimated by performing the experiment using the water tank model.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to learn the effects of Musimgigong supine position Doyin-therapy (MGSDT) on the autonomous nervous system (ANS) and musculoskeletal system (MSS), and to know how much MGSDT is useful for relaxing the human body. Methods : Eight oriental medical doctors participated in the experiment, who have trained Musimgigong for 6 years or more. Before and after applying MGSDT, we measured BVP/HR, respiration rate, peripheral temperatures, skin conductance, and EMG, using Procomp Infinity and Biograph Infinity of Thought Technology Ltd Results and Conclusions : 1. After the treatment, the participants in MGSDT group reported that they felt refreshed and relaxed. 2 By analyzing the measured data, we observed significant difference in respiration rate(p=.026<.05) and SC(p=.013<.05) before and after applying MGSDT. We also observed relaxing effect in BVP/HR, EMG, but was not significant. On the other hand Temp was stressed but was not significant. Conclusion is that MGSDT can be considered to have an effect on relaxing ANS. Therefore MGSDT could have useful clinical effect to autonomic imbalance.

Objectives : To Investigate Severity Measurement and the Correlation between Acupoints on the Face and the Upper limb in Bell's Palsy Patients by Using of DITI. Methods : We recreated the persons in the Wonkwang oriental hospital, KwangJu and the public health center, Hwasoon from April 2005 to October 2005. the 60 persons randomized allocated were not showed the acupuncture and treated in the acupuncture points used for treatment of the shoulder pain. the 30 persons were treated with real acupuncture and the others were treated with Kiln Sham Acupuncture. Conclusion : This report suggest that we must except Kyon-lyo(TE14), kyon-u(LI15), and hu-gye(SI03) from the shoulder pain study with Kim Sham Acupuncture because the persons significantly distinguished Real acupuncture from Sham acupuncture at the Kyon-lyo(TE14), kyon-u(LI15) and hu-gye(SI03) and so We cannot blind a person.

Especially, the case which the facilities have been shielded in the building. In this case there must be suitable grounding system, and this case must be considered sufficiently to the one part of the design at the design. in addition there must be an electric leakage defense system and The case to be a criterion signal ground system. Rod type grounding electrodes is applied much and we studied the relation that rod type grounding method and shielding room as newly grounding object. in this paper, shield room is the object(target) to be established newly additionally, we try to describe about the flow of a grounding technology concept change and a ground facilities.

Many photovoltaic(PV) systems are being developed and installed. For a PV developer, simulations are required before the experimental testing. However, most simulation tools do not offer data libraries for PV systems, so that some Institutes who try to use such software will be in difficulty. In this paper, simulations of performance and stability have been carried out using the software PSPICE. In this paper, the modelling of solar cell arrays, photovoltaic modules, PV generators, batteries and drive systems is carried out based on mathematical equivalence circuits and available data, and the models are converted into a data library for PSPICE that is user friendly. System variations can be modeled by simple parameter variation. To verify the accuracy of the simulation library, various models were run and compared to known systems.

제올라이트/폴리에틸렌 복합 담체를 이용한 Biotrickling Filter에서 톨루엔 제거 특성

본 연구에서는 제올라이트/폴리에틸렌 복합 담체를 충진한 biotrickling filter에서 톨루엔 제거특성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에 사용된 메디아의 물리적 특성을 살펴본 결과 비표면적과 공극율이 각각 $500\;m^2/m^3$, 82%로 나타났으며, 특히 미생물 부착과 생물막 형성에 영향을 주는 표면거칠기는 첨가된 제올라이트에 의해 담체표면이 상당히 거칠어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 담체를 충진한 biotrickling filter 장치에서 톨루엔의 제거효율은 유입농도와 처리유량이 증가할수록 감소하였으며, 톨루엔의 최대 제거용량은 $64\;g/m^3{\cdot}hr$를 보였다. 또한 200일 동안의 연속실험결과, 미생물 순응이 완료된 뒤부터 167일까지 $90{\sim}98%$의 제거효율을 보였으며, 이후 과잉 미생물의 중식으로 인한 압력손실의 증가로 시간에 따라 제거효율은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 역세척 후 압력강하와 톨루엔 제거능은 신속히 회복되어 정상상태를 유지하였다.

This study was to investigate the removal characteristics of toluene in a gas stream by using a biotrickling filter packed with zeolite-contained polyethylene media. The specific surface area and the void fraction of the media were $500\;m^2/m^3$ and 82%. The surface roughness of the media was higher than that of pure polyethylene media. The toluene removal efficiency decreased with increasing the inlet toluene concentration and gas flow rate. The maximum elimination capacity of toluene in the biotrickling filter was $64\;g/m^3{\cdot}hr$. During 200 days operation, toluene removal efficiency was maintained from 90% to 98% until 167 days, hereafter, it was rapidly reduced with a rise in pressure drop due to an excess proliferation of biomass on the media. Pressure drop and removal capability of the biotrickling filter was fully recovered after backwashing.

In this paper, The experiment is performed for using reinforced building of foundation as a down conductor and a substitutional earth electrode. It is shown that earth resistance is influenced by mortar block resistance and concrete resistance more than the change of the resistance which is about steel reinforcing volume in all of the mortar block model and concrete block model.

The electrical characteristics for applying the foundation of the house to the substitutional earth electrode was reviewed fundamentally. In order to measure the earth resistance in the foundation of the house, it was performed to investigate the effect of the electrode arrangements and configurations concerning to grounding methods, and tried to the adequate simulation for comparing those experimental data. The number of steel rods and the ground resistivity were affected to change the earth resistance, but the latter caused the large variation in its resistance compared to the former in this experiment. Since the large surface area in the foundation of the house have contacted the ground usually, it is possible to use the earth electrode substitutionally.

This is for investigating the grounding resistance of grounding electrodes, the experiment was performed with model-scale of the grounding system and the scaled model grounding system was to this experiment using a water tank of a stainless steel-hemisphere shape. since mesh electrodes have been widely in the general building, we're tried to analyze that this water tank model and it's simulation as well.

Fluorescent lamp ballast using piezoelectric transformer were fabricated and its characteristic was investigated. Traditional electronic ballast is composed of basic blocks, which are composed of rectifier, power factor corrector and resonant inverter fluorescent lamp. The proposed electronic ballast has several advantages accordingly, traditional ballast was replaced fabricated electronic ballast using piezo electronic transformer and VCO oscillated, because of its lighter weight, high efficiency and saving energy.

This paper presents the result of survey of case study for harmonics in electrical installations of buildings. Recently, many power electronic equipments(power converter, computers, air conditioners electronic ballasts for fluorescent lamps and so on) are used in office buildings, and harmonic current from them influence the other equipments in a distribution line. Notably, voltage distortion or voltage harmonics may approach or exceed is allowable level in power distribution system. Individual electric power consumers and end-users and responsible for reducing current harmonics while companies or utilities are responsible for reducing voltage harmonics at the point of common coupling in distribution system. As for harmonics, which one of the electric power qualities, it becomes important to obtain harmonic voltage/current distribution of the power system precisely because the use of power electronic apparatus in increasing. To suppress harmonics in electrical ins tallations of buildings, one of many methods suggest that resonance frequencies are controlled by modulating the capacities of high-voltage customer's capacitors.

Reliance on electric power has increased together with customer's demand for delightful and convenient linging. Recently, as appeared in the rapid growth of the technology of power electronics, the installation and apparatus using semiconductor applicotion is widly supplied and used from a household goods to industrial goods. However, these machine generate harmonics current and voltage for electric power system. The harmonics current is increased voltage distortion and generate a lot of interference in the electric power system. In this paper, the trend of the trend of suppression technology of harmonics outflow and the fundamental theory about the suppression of harmonics current in the distribution system are investigated and evaluated Therefore we look forward to supply electric power of good quality to satisfy the harmonics current guide line which is applied to household goods in the world.

To reduce the earth resistance, earth electrode are installed horizontally or vertically in the earth. There are two kinds of vertical earth electrode methods, one is a deep-driven rod and another is slight-driven parallel rods. Bibliography have so far analyzed the earth resistance calcalation of a rod type electrode and parallel rods type for the multi-layered earth. Befor long, We are going to study earth resistance of deep-driven rod and slight-driven parallel rods in the multi-layered earth with reference to bibliography.

There are ground facility of maintenance in house electric facility of infra maintenance electric home appliances having used multifariousness in house, that use electric energy of common source for equipment. The body of building such as the reinforced concrete construction is structurally united, and the electric resistance is also small. It is possible that those foundations have contacted the ground at large surface area and that it substitutes the building construction body for the earth electrode. This is called "the structure earthing". This method has been defined at electrical facilities technical standards and KS in our country, and it has been used in various quarters practically. However, in our country, there is no example of using the foundation of the house as substitution earth electrode practically, and the means of the evaluation as electrode has not been established either. Then, in this paper, basic research for utilizing foundation of the house as substitution earth electrode is carried out.

In this paper we tried to analyze through the water tank model to solve these kinds of problems about the square plate earth electrode using general facilities with being compared with the theory formula announced before. The square plate earth electrode that haven't investigated so far is analyzed by being based on laid rod electrode. And the each kind of calculation model was investigated with the experiment of water tank. An experiment of the vertical square Plate electrode about laying depth in the center of the surface of the water has already done with the practical models that have different forms of electrodes.
