The purpose of the study was to develop the system for classifying harmful facility for youth and analyze the current conditions of new and various harmful facility for youth. Based on previous research, the study classified the harmful facility for youth as first harmful factor(physical, content, behavioral), second harmful factor, and the possibility of causing youth problem, and presented 8 types of the harmful facility based on the factors. Through the field survey of 4 cities and the analysis of media materials, the study showed that first harmful factor such as alcohol, tobacco, sex deal and similar sex deal, and the touch of harmful media, and second harmful factor such as secret room(partition), midnight business, service for different sex were common and typical harmful factors. Based on the 7 harmful factors, the harmfulness of each new and various harmful facility for youth was analyzed and presented. And political suggestions for restricting and controling the new and various harmful facility for youth were discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년 유해업소 분류체계를 개발하고 이를 근거로 신종 및 변종 청소년 유해업소의 실태를 분석하는 것이다. 선행연구에 기초하여 본 연구는 청소년 유해업소 분류체계를 1차적 유해요인(물리적, 내용적, 행위적 유해요인), 2차적 유해요인, 청소년 문제 유발 가능성으로 나누고 이를 토대로 8가지 유해업소 유형을 분류, 제시하였다. 전국의 4개 도시에 대한 현장조사 및 기타 지역에 대한 미디어 자료 분석 등을 통하여 신종 및 변종 청소년 유해업소를 분석한 결과, 1차적 유해요인인 술, 담배, 성매매 및 유사성매매, 유해매체 접촉 등 4종과 2차적 유해요인인 밀실(칸막이), 심야영업(24시간영업 포함), 이성접객서비스 등 3종이 유해업소의 공통적이고 대표적인 유해요인으로 드러났다. 이 7종 유해요인을 대상으로 개별 신종․변종 청소년 유해업소에 대한 유해성을 분석, 제시하였다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 신종 및 변종 청소년 유해업소를 효과적으로 규제 및 단속하기 위한 정책 제언을 논의하였다.
