- The purpose of this paper is in establishment of the country measures to protect society from juvenile delinquency and bring up of sound juvenility. This paper studies by means of a literature standing method and statistics analysis with respect condition of juvenile delinquency centering on the recent data. And I concluded in the final part of this thesis that incessant education, concerns of home, school, society about the youth are the best ways to prevent the juvenile delinquency.
