The purpose of this study is to test relationships between the factors that influence determinant factors of new venture enterprise the management performances resulting. For this purpose, the survey was conducted on a small and medium venture enterprise through questionnaire, mail. This study used 146 out among of collected 161 samples. In this study, the major results can be summarized as followings：First, analyzing the effect that determinant factors(activity factors) of new venture enterprise has on non-financial performance, it shows that ‘steadiness of policy fund’ variables has influenced and ‘amount of policy loans’ variables not effected non-financial performance. Second, analyzing the effect that determinant factors(activity factors) of new venture enterprise has on financial performance, it shows that ‘amount of policy fund’ variables has influenced and ‘steadiness of policy loans’ variables not effected financial performance. Third, analyzing the effect that determinant factors(environmental/technical factors) of new venture enterprise has on non-financial performance, it shows that ‘R&D’ variables has influenced and ‘premotion’ and ‘investment of facility’ variables not effected non-financial performance. Fourth, analyzing the effect that determinant factors(environmental/technical factors) of new venture enterprise has on financial performance, it shows that ‘R&D’ variables has influenced and ‘premotion’ and ‘investment of facility’ variables not effected financial performance.

본 연구는 벤처기업의 경영성과 결정요인을 크게 2가지, 즉 활동요인과 환경․기술요인으로 분류하고, 이들 요인들과 경영성과 간의 관련성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같이 크게 두 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 활동요인 변수에 관한 내용이다. 활동요인 변수와 비재무적 경영성과와의 관계에서 정책자금의 일관성은 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 정책자금의 지원정도는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 활동요인 변수와 재무적 성과와의 관계에서 정책자금의 지원정도는 재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 정책자금의 일관성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경․기술요인 변수에 관한 것이다. 환경․기술요인 변수와 비재무적 성과와의 관계에서 R&D는 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치나, 판로개척과 설비투자는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 환경․기술요인과 재무적 성과의 관계에서 R&D는 재무적 성과와 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으나, 판로개척과 설비투자는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
