[Purpose] This study aimed to investigate the effects of park golf instructors' safety management levels on participants' perceptions of safety accidents, trust in instructors, and coaching satisfaction. [Method] Adults using registered park golf courses in Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea, were surveyed using convenience sampling. Of 205 questionnaires collected, 15 unreliable responses were excluded, leaving 190 for final analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 through frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. [Result] Park golf instructors' safety management levels had significant effects on participants' perceptions of safety accidents, trust in instructors, and coaching satisfaction. [Conclusion] To create a safe exercise environment and enhance the quality of coaching services in park golf settings, instructors should strengthen their systematic safety management competencies and receive continuous safety education.

[목적] 본 연구는 파크골프 지도자의 안전관리 수준이 참여자의 안전사고 인식, 지도자 신뢰 및 코칭만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 목적이 있었다. [방법] 경상북도 관내 등록된 파크골프장을 이용하는 성인을 대상으로 편의표집을 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 205부 중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 15부를 제외한 190부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21과 AMOS 21을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 파크골프 지도자의 안전관리 수준은 참여자의 안전사고 인식, 지도자 신뢰 및 코칭만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 파크골프 현장에서 안전한 운동환경을 조성하고 코칭 서비스의 질을 높이기 위해 지도자의 체계적인 안전관리 역량 강화와 지속적인 안전교육이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
