[Purpose] This study examined the effects of student-athletes' expectation confirmation of the no-caddy format newly introduced in a collegiate golf tournament on perceived usefulness, tournament satisfaction, and acceptance intention, providing basic data for its future operation and stable adoption. [Method] A census survey was conducted with all 104 student-athletes who participated in the 2026 Grandi KGA President' s Cup National Collegiate Golf Tournament. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 30.0. The statistical analyses included frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. [Result] Expectation confirmation had significant positive effects on perceived usefulness, tournament satisfaction, and acceptance intention. [Conclusion] To ensure the stable adoption of the no-caddy format, consistent operational standards and competition environments should minimize gaps between student-athletes' expectations and actual experiences. Participants' satisfaction and feedback should also be continuously assessed and reflected in future tournaments to enhance acceptance.

[목적] 본 연구는 대학골프대회에 새롭게 도입된 노캐디 경기운영 방식에 대한 학생선수의 기대일치가 지각된 유용성, 대회만족, 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 향후 노캐디 대회의 효율적 운영과 안정적인 정착을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. [방법] `2026 그랑디 KGA 회장배 전국대학골프대회' 참가 학생선수 104명 전원을 대상으로 전수조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 30.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석 및 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 기대일치는 지각된 유용성, 대회만족 및 수용의도에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 노캐디 경기운영 방식의 안정적인 정착을 위해서는 학생선수의 기대와 실제 경기 경험간의 차이를 줄일 수 있도록 일관된 운영 기준과 경기환경을 마련할 필요가 있다. 또한 참가자의 만족도와 개선 요구를 지속적으로 파악하여 후속 대회 운영에 반영함으로써 노캐디 방식에 대한 수용성을 높여야 할 것이다.
