[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of spectators' benefit-seeking behavior on spectating factors and behavioral intentions in professional soccer. [Method] Data were collected from 450 professional soccer spectators in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, and Incheon. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 20.0. [Result] The findings revealed that, first, spectators' benefit-seeking behavior had a significant effect on spectating factors. Second, benefit-seeking behavior significantly influenced behavioral intentions. Third, spectating factors significantly affected behavioral intentions. Among the dimensions of benefit-seeking behavior, sports experience consistently emerged as the strongest predictor of both spectating factors and behavioral intentions, while escape from daily life and social interaction also demonstrated significant positive effects depending on the type of spectating factor. [Conclusion] The findings indicate that enhancing spectators' benefit-seeking experiences improves perceptions of spectating factors and strengthens behavioral intentions, including revisit and word-of-mouth intentions. These results provide useful implications for developing effective marketing strategies and improving spectator experiences in professional soccer.

[목적] 본 연구는 프로축구 관람자의 추구편익행동이 관람요인과 재관람의사에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. [방법] 본 연구는 서울, 경기, 대전, 인천 지역의 프로축구 관람자 450명을 대상으로, 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램으로 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 영향 관계를 검증하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 프로축구 관람자의 추구편익행동은 관람요인에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 프로축구 관람자의 추구편익행동은 선택행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 프로축구 관람자의 관람요인은 선택행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 프로축구 관람에서의 추구편익행동인 사회적 교류, 스포츠 체험, 일상탈피와 관람요인들의 만족감을 높게 느끼게 되면 프로축구 관람의 선택행동에 있어서 긍정적으로 작용하게 될 수 있으며, 관람자가 지각하는 우호적인 관람요인들은 재관람 의도를 기대할 수 있는 결론이 도출되었다.
