To address personal information leakage risks in the financial domain, this study proposes an on-premise AI-based credit risk prediction framework isolated from external networks. Without external API calls, four algorithms (Logistic Regression, MLP, Random Forest, and XGBoost) were evaluated under strict fold-internal cross-validation that prevents information leakage across evaluation stages. Experimental results indicate that ensemble models exhibit superior discriminative power in PR-AUC (RF: 0.395, XGB: 0.394) and F1-Score, whereas MLP achieves the most stable probability calibration with a Brier Score of 0.051. Furthermore, SHAP analysis quantitatively confirms the impact of domain-engineered features (TotalLate, Utilization_log), demonstrating that explainability can be maintained even in an isolated environment.
