The purpose of this study was to analyze the relative importance of performance factors among semi-professional (K3 and K4 League) soccer players using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and to provide fundamental data for improving soccer performance. Performance evaluation domains and sub-factors were identified through the Delphi method, and AHP analysis was conducted with 30 active semi-professional soccer players from the K3 and K4 Leagues. The results indicated that technical factors were the most important performance domain, followed by tactical, psychological, and physical factors. Among the sub-factors, one-on-one dribbling ability, set-piece execution, positive thinking, and sprint ability were identified as the most important factors within each domain. These findings provide practical implications for developing systematic coaching strategies and training programs to enhance the performance of semi-professional soccer players.

본 연구는 계층분석기법(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 활용하여 세미프로 축구선수의 경기력 결정요인에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석하고, 경기력 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 전문가 델파이 조사를 통해 경기력 평가영역과 세부 평가항목을 도출한 후, 세미프로 축구선수 30명을 대상으로 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 상위 평가영역에서는 기술적 요인이 가장 높은 중요도를 나타냈으며, 전술적 요인, 심리적 요인, 체력적 요인 순으로 나타났다. 세부 평가항목에서는 1:1 돌파능력, 세트피스, 긍정적 사고, 스프린트가 각 영역의 핵심 요인으로 확인되었다. 복합가중치를 활용한 경기력 평가항목의 우선순위에서는 세트피스, 1:1 돌파능력, 패스능력, 수비력, 긍정적 사고가 상위권에 위치하였고, 스피드, 집중력, 자기관리, 지구력, 자신감 등이 하위권에 위치하였다. 본 연구 결과는 세미프로 축구선수의 경기력 향상을 위한 훈련 프로그램 설계와 코칭 전략 수립에 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
