Background/Objectives: Korean coaching research has expanded across diverse domains, but prior studies have largely focused on specific subfields, limiting an integrated understanding of its thematic structure and temporal changes. Methods/Statistical analysis: A total of 1,573 RISS papers with English abstracts that met the screening criteria were analyzed using TF-IDF, LDA, BERTopic, yearly topic-share analysis, and cross-model comparison. Findings: LDA identified six broad topics, while BERTopic identified ten more detailed topics. Temporal trends were examined from 2000, with interpretation focused mainly on 2008 onward because of the limited number of earlier publications. Organizational leadership and personal growth remained prominent, career coaching showed steady accumulation, and sport psychology declined relatively. Application/Improvements: This study clarifies the relationships between broad and detailed thematic structures in Korean coaching research. Future studies should statistically test topic trends and extend comparisons across databases and countries.

국내 코칭 연구는 조직, 교육, 진로, 가족 등 다양한 영역으로 확장되어 왔으나, 기존 연구는 특정 분야나 주제를 중심으로 이루어져 코칭 연구 전반의 주제구조와 변화양상을 파악하는 데 한계가 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 한계를 보완하기 위해 국내 코칭 연구의 주요 주제와 시간적 변화, 그리고 LDA와 BERTopic 분석결과의 대응관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 RISS에서 수집한 문헌 중 영문초록이 확보되고 연구범위에 부합하는 1,573편을 최종 분석대상으로 선정하여 TF-IDF, LDA, BERTopic 및 연도별 토픽 비중 분석을 수행하였다. LDA에서는 6개의 주요 연구축이, BERTopic에서는 이를 보다 세분화한 10개의 주제가 도출되었다. 연도별 토픽 변화는 2000년 이후를 제시하였으며, 초기 문헌 수가 적은 점을 고려하여 주요 추세는 2008년 이후를 중심으로 해석하였다. 조직·리더십과 상담·개인성장 영역은 지속적으로 높은 비중을 보였고, 진로코칭은 안정적으로 축적된 반면 스포츠 심리코칭은 최근 상대적 비중이 낮아지는 경향을 나타냈다. 본 연구는 국내 코칭 연구의 상위 연구축과 세부 연구영역의 관계를 함께 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후에는 토픽 변화에 대한 통계적 검증과 국내외 비교연구가 필요하다.
