This study aims to distinguish democratic support from satisfaction among African youth and examine how national contexts and political and social experiences relate to their attitudes. Using Afrobarometer Round 9 data, the study compares respondents aged 18–35 with those aged 36 and above. Logistic regression and random forest models were employed, and permutation importance was used to assess relative predictive contributions. The results show that support for democracy among youth (67.2%) was lower than among the older group (71.2%), while satisfaction was also slightly lower among youth. The gap between support and satisfaction appeared in both groups, indicating a broader structure of institutional evaluation rather than a youth-specific phenomenon. National context made the greatest predictive contribution in models including the country variable. When the country variable was excluded, electoral experience and identity and social trust were relatively important among youth. These findings suggest that democratic attitudes among African youth reflect a combination of national contexts, lived electoral experiences, and social trust.

Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
