- The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among the elderly regarding AI information literacy, social capital, motivation for social activity participation, and interpersonal skills, and to investigate the mediating effect of interpersonal skills on the relationships among these three groups. For this purpose, the research participants consisted of 450 elderly individuals utilizing senior centers and social welfare institutions in Busan and Ulsan Metropolitan Cities, and 435 were selected as the final subjects for analysis. Questionnaires were used for data collection, and structural equation modeling was performed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 for data processing and analysis. The results were as follows: The study found that the social capital and interpersonal skills of the elderly have a direct influence on their participation in social activities. Furthermore, while interpersonal skills demonstrated a full mediating effect in the relationship between AI literacy and social activity participation among the elderly, they showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between social capital and social activity participation. These findings are expected to make a positive contribution to the development of measures to expand social activity participation among the elderly by providing a theoretical basis for increasing their participation.

- 본 연구는 노인의 AI 리터러시와 사회적 자본, 사회활동참여, 대인관계능력 간의 관계를 살펴보고 노인의 AI 리터러시, 사회적 자본, 사회활동참여 간의 관계에서 대인관계능력의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산광역시와 울산광역시 지역 소재 경로당과 사회복지기관을 이용 중인 노인 450명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 435명을 최종분석대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집을 위해 설문지를 활용하였으며, 자료처리 및 분석을 위해 SPSS 26.0 & AMOS 26.0을 활용하여 구조방정식모형 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 노인의 사회적 자본과 대인관계능력이 사회활동참여에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 노인의 AI 리터러시와 사회활동참여 간의 관계에서 대인관계능력이 완전매개효과를 보인 반면, 노인의 사회적 자본과 사회활동참여간의 관계에서 대인관계능력이 부분매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 노인의 사회활동참여를 높이기 위한 이론적 근거를 제공함으로써 노인의 사회활동 참여확대 방안마련에도 긍정적인 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.
