- This study explored the experiences of a director and nine infant-class teachers participating in a learning community for internal quality assurance in a childcare center. Data were collected through interviews, observation records, reflective journals, meeting minutes, and researcher records, and analyzed through coding and categorization. The findings showed that teachers deepened their understanding of infant- and play-centered childcare and recognized observation and documentation as meaningful educational processes. Teachers shifted from instructional leaders to supporters of play, while the director supported teachers’ autonomy and professionalism. The learning community promoted communication, mutual respect, and collaboration, contributing to a supportive organizational culture. These findings highlight the need for a sustainable learning-community-based internal quality assurance system in childcare centers.

- 본 논문은 어린이집 자율관리 실행 과정에서 학습공동체에 참여한 원장과 교사들의 경험과 의미를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 C시 D어린이집 원장 1명과 영아반 교사 9명을 대상으로 반구조화 면담, 놀이 관찰 기록, 반성적 저널, 회의록, 연구자 기록물 등을 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 코딩, 유목화, 범주화의 과정을 거쳐 분석하였으며, 연구의 타당성을 확보하기 위해 삼각검증, 구성원 검토 및 전문가 동료검토를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교사들은 영아·놀이 중심 보육과정에 대한 이해를 심화하고, 관찰과 기록을 영아의 배움을 가시화하는 교육적 과정으로 재인식하였다. 둘째, 교사는 수업 주도자에서 놀이지원자로 역할 인식을 전환하였으며, 원장은 교사의 자율성과 전문성을 지원하는 동행적·지원적 리더십을 실천하였다. 셋째, 학습공동체는 원장과 교사, 동료 교사 간 소통과 존중을 촉진하여 협력적이고 상생적인 조직문화 형성에 기여하였다. 이러한 결과는 학습공동체가 어린이집 자율관리 실행을 위한 자발적 성찰과 협력적 실천에 기반한 질 관리 체계로 정착시키는 매개임을 시사하며, 향후 지속적인 보육의 질 관리를 위해 학습공동체 기반 자율관리 지원체계의 구축과 지속적인 운영이 요구된다.

- Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
