This scoping review aimed to identify the key concepts, components, outcome indicators, and implications of integrated community care for older adults in rural areas. Literature published from January 1, 2010, to August 31, 2025, was searched in PubMed, Google Scholar, and RISS using keywords including ‘integrated community care’, ‘community care’, ‘rural’ and ‘older adults’. Of 1,033 records identified, 9 were included in the final analysis. The core components were categorized as: aging in place and place-based care, rural care needs and service accessibility, care coordination and continuity, community participation and social networks, and governance and sustainability. Multilevel outcomes were categorized into individual, service, healthcare utilization, community, and system domains. These findings suggest that rural integrated community care should be designed as a context-specific system that reflects transportation and digital accessibility, workforce shortages, local resource disparities, and aging in place, rather than simply applying urban-centered models.

본 연구는 농촌지역 노인을 대상으로 통합적 지역사회 돌봄의 핵심 개념, 구성요소, 성과지표 및 정책･실무적 개선방향을 확인하기 위한 주제범위 문헌고찰이다. 문헌검색은 2010년 1월 1일부터 2025년 8월 31일까지 발표된 문헌을 검색하였고 PubMed, Google Scholar, RISS에서 수행하였다. 검색어는 ‘통합돌봄’, ‘커뮤니티케어’, ‘농촌’, ‘노인’을 주요어로 사용하였다. 검색 결과 총 1,033편의 문헌이 확인되었으며, 중복제거와 제목･초록 및 전문 검토를 거쳐 최종 9편을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 농촌지역 노인의 통합돌봄 핵심 구성요소는 제자리 노화와 장소성, 농촌 돌봄 요구와 서비스 접근성, 케어코디네이션과 돌봄의 연속성, 주민참여와 사회적 관계망, 거버넌스와 지속가능성으로 구조화되었다. 다층적 성과 수준은 개인, 서비스, 의료이용, 지역사회 및 시스템 영역으로 분류되었다. 본 연구는 농촌지역 통합돌봄이 도시 중심 모델의 단순 적용이 아닌, 교통･디지털 접근성, 인력 부족, 지역자원 격차와 장소성을 반영하여 농촌 맞춤형 통합돌봄 체계로 설계되어야 함을 시사한다.
