This study aimed to identify the effects of computational thinking skills and ethical sensitivity on digital literacy among nursing students. The participants were 172 nursing students from one university in C City. Data were collected using a questionnaire between April 28 and May 16, 2025. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.0, employing descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The mean scores were 3.87±0.51 for computational thinking, 4.57±0.44 for ethical sensitivity, and 3.98±0.57 for digital literacy. Significant predictors of digital literacy were computational thinking(ß=.53, p<.001) and ethical sensitivity (ß=.24, p<.001), explaining 42% of the variance. The findings of this study can serve as foundational data for applying student-centered teaching methods across both theory and clinical practice courses and for verifying their effectiveness to help nursing students grow into nurses capable of solving nursing problems based on computational thinking and considering the client's situation from an ethical perspective.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력, 윤리적 민감성이 디지털 리터러시에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 C시 소재 1개 대학의 간호대학생 172명이며, 자료수집은 2025년 4월 28일부터 5월 16일까지 설문지를 이용하여 실시하였다. 연구자료는 SPSS 25.0 program 방법으로 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 대상자의 컴퓨팅 사고력은 3.87±0.51점, 윤리적 민감성은 4.57±0.44점, 디지털 리터러시는 3.98±0.57점이었다. 디지털 리터러시에 영향을 미치는 요인은 컴퓨팅 사고력(β=.53, p<.001)과 윤리적 민감성(β=.24, p<.001)으로 설명력은 42%이었다. 본 연구 결과는 간호대학생이 컴퓨팅 사고력을 바탕으로 간호 문제를 해결하고 윤리적 차원에서 대상자의 상황을 고려할 줄 아는 간호사로 성장하도록 학생 중심의 교수법을 이론 및 실습수업 전반에 적용하고 효과를 검증하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
