This study investigates the factors contributing to social costs arising from the rapid expansion of Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) in urban areas and derives key strategies for mitigation. Through literature review and expert Focus Group Interviews (FGI), critical variables were identified across three dimensions: urban planning, transportation, and environment. Subsequently, an empirical analysis was conducted using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), based on a survey administered to 30 experts in relevant fields. The AHP results indicate that experts perceive urban planning (0.418) as the most critical factor for reducing social costs associated with MFC integration, followed by transportation (0.306) and environmental factors (0.276). This research contributes by evaluating factor prioritization across stakeholder groups and providing foundational data to support policy-making for the effective reduction of social costs in urban logistics development.
