Africa has undergone tremendous environmental policy reforms since Rio Earth Summit. Every country made efforts to adapt and implement the agenda 21. Kenya was not an exception as it has faced serious environmental degradation attributed to deforestation, soil erosion, water pollution, waste management and depletion of wildlife species. The aim of this article is to evaluate the landscape analysis of environmental policy evolution and management practices on public health outcomes in Kenya between 2000 and 2025. It analyzes how legislative frameworks have shaped epidemiological trends and health equity. To collect data for this article, a mixed-methods approach was employed, integrating a desk review of national policy documents and legislative frameworks with longitudinal secondary data analysis of public health indicators from the Kenya Demographic and Health Surveys (KDHS) and the National Bureau of Statistics. Some of the selected national legislations included EMCA 1999, Constitution 2010, Water Act 2026, Climate Change Act 2016/2023, Forest Act 2005/ 22, and Energy 2019, government reports and published sources. The data from the above sources was used to determine correlations between environmental policy interventions and health outcomes.
