This study employed Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) to explore factors influencing influencerbased ditto consumption among Generation Z and its outcomes. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 23 individuals in their twenties who had experienced ditto consumption. Four factors influencing ditto consumption emerged: alignment with admired personal ideals, credibility and influence of influencers, immersive content creation, and expectations of positive consumption outcomes based on similarity. Outcomes included successful consumption experiences and preference expansion, regret and self-regulation, and increased favorability and identification with influencers. Implications for understanding ditto consumption decision-making and influencer-based consumption culture are discussed.

본 연구는 Z세대의 인플루언서 기반 디토소비에 영향을 미친 요인과 그 결과를 탐색하기 위한 합의적 질적연구이다. 이를 위해 디토소비 경험이 있는 20대 23명을 대상으로 반구조화 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 인터뷰 질문은 ‘인플루언서의 어떠한 특성 때문에 디토소비를 하였는가?’, ‘디토소비 경험이 미친 영향은 무엇인가?’였다. 연구 결과, 디토소비의 요인으로는 ‘나에게 매력적인 인간상과의 일치’, ‘신뢰와 영향력을 갖춘 셀러로서의 자질’, ‘몰입감 높은 콘텐츠 제작 능력’, ‘나와 유사한 외형 및 취향에 의한 긍정적 소비 결과 예측’의 범주가 도출되었다. 디토소비의 결과로는 ‘디토소비의 성공과 취향의 확장’, ‘디토소비에 대한 후회와 조절의 노력’, ‘인플루언서에 대한 호감과 동질감 상승’의 범주가 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 디토소비의 의사결정 과정과 소비문화의 특성에 대해 논의하였다.

    Ever since next generation convergence technology became one of the most important industries in the nation, computing professionals have encountered a growing number of challenges. Along with scholars and colleagues in related fields, they have gathered in avariety of forums and meetings over the last few decades to share their knowledge, experiences and the outcome of their research. These exchanges have led to the founding of the International Next-generation Convergence technology (INCA) on December 1, 2015. INCA was registered as an incorporated association under the Ministry of Information and Communications. The main purpose of the organization is to improve our society by achieving the highest capability possible in next generation convergence technology.
