We are living in the era of hyper-personalization, where the weakening of community bonds raises concerns about increasing loneliness and social isolation. This study examines how individuals' digital utilization levels (basic, intermediate, advanced) influence their emotional isolation and community commitment. A survey of 312 community participants was analyzed using chi-square cross-tabulation and MANOVA. Results show that digital utilization level significantly differentiates both emotional isolation (χ²=8.613, p=.013) and community commitment (χ²=12.336, p=.002). MANOVA confirms a significant multivariate effect (Wilks' Λ=0.913, p<.001). Specifically, basic-level users show markedly lower community commitment, while advanced-level users exhibit significantly reduced emotional isolation compared to basic-level users. The findings suggest that digital literacy serves as both a critical threshold for community engagement and a protective factor against emotional isolation.
