This study developed and validated the effectiveness of an inclusive digital education program designed to cultivate the digital literacy of multicultural students marginalized by the digital divide in the era of digital transformation. Reflecting the unique characteristics of multicultural learners, the program was structured into three sequential phases: an 'Entry' phase utilizing storytelling, a 'Leap' phase focused on real-world problem-solving through physical computing, and a 'Growth' phase situated within the context of career exploration using generative AI. An intervention was conducted with 29 sixth-grade multicultural students participating in a digital sprout camp. The results indicated a statistically significant improvement in overall digital literacy with a large effect size. Furthermore, all sub-factors exhibited significant improvements, demonstrating the program's efficacy in comprehensively enhancing digital literacy. This research holds significance by proposing a practical, inclusive digital education model tailored to the cultural traits of multicultural learners.

본 연구는 디지털 전환 시대에 정보 격차의 사각지대에 놓인 다문화 학생을 대상으로 디지털 리터러시를 함양하기 위한 포용적 디지털 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 프로그램은 다문화 학생의 특성을 반영하여 스토리텔링을 활용한 진입기, 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 통한 실생활 문제 해결 중심의 도약기, 생성형 AI를 활용한 진로 탐색 맥락의 성장기로 구성하였다. 디지털 새싹 캠프에 참여한 초등학교 6학년 다문화 학생 29명을 대상으로 실시한 결과 디지털 리터러시는 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었으며 높은 수준의 효과 크기를 보였다. 또한 하위 요인도 모두 향상되어 본 교육 프로그램이 디지털 리터러시를 통합적으로 향상하는 데 효과적임을 입증하였다. 본 연구는 다문화 학생의 문화적 특성을 고려한 포용적 디지털 교육의 실천적 모델을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
