The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of parents' satisfaction with the Disabled Sports Voucher Service on parenting stress and quality of life among parents of children with developmental disabilities. A total of 170 parents of children with developmental disabilities using the Disabled Sports Voucher Service in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas were selected using purposive sampling, and 141 fully completed responses without missing data were included in the final analysis. Using SPSS 29.0, independent-samples t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé post-hoc tests, Pearson correlations among key variables, and hierarchial regression analysis were conducted to analyze the data, leading to the following conclusions. First, there were differences in satisfaction with the Disabled Sports Voucher Service, parenting stress, and quality of life according to the general characteristics of parents and children with disabilities. Second, satisfaction with the Disabled Sports Voucher Service, parenting stress, and quality of life were found to be interrelated. Higher satisfaction with the Disabled Sports Voucher Service tended to correspond to higher quality of life and lower parenting stress. Third, the analysis of the effects of satisfaction with the Disabled Sports Voucher Service on parenting stress and quality of life showed that satisfaction with the service had a significant effect in reducing parenting stress and improving quality of life. This study may serve as basic data for improving the policies regarding the Disabled Sports Voucher Service in the future.

이 연구의 목적은 발달장애 자녀 부모들의 장애인스포츠바우처서비스 이용 만족도가 양육스트레스와 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있다. 서울과 경기 지역에서 장애인스포츠바우처서비스를 이용하고 있는 발달장애 자녀 부모 170명을 유목적 표집방법으로 추출한 후, 결측치 없이 성실하게 응답한 141부를 최종 분석하였다. SPSS 29.0을 활용하여 독립표본 t검증, 일원분산분석, Scheffé 사후검증 및 주요 변수 간 Pearson 상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 자료를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 부모와 장애자녀의 일반적 특성에 따라 장애인스포츠바우처서비스 이용만족도, 양육스트레스, 삶의 질에서 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인스포츠바우처서비스 이용만족도, 양육스트레스, 삶의 질은 서로 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 장애인스포츠바우처 이용만족도가 높을수록 삶의 질도 높은 경향이었으며, 부모의 양육스트레스는 낮아지는 경향이었다. 셋째, 장애인스포츠바우처서비스 이용만족도가 양육스트레스와 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 정도를 분석한 결과, 장애인스포츠바우처서비스 이용만족도는 양육스트레스 감소와 삶의 질을 향상시키는 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 추후 이 연구로 장애인스포츠바우처서비스 정책 개선의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
