This study was conducted to analyze and synthesize the findings of qualitative studies related to non-face-to-face classes experience of nursing students using meth-ethnography. Four themes and eight sub-themes were elicited: Encountering an unexpected situation (Unprotected exposure to unfamiliar teaching methods, Struggling to coping with the changed situation), Recognizing both positive and negative aspects of non-face-to-face classes (Gainining benefits from non-face-to-face classes, Identifying the characteristics of non-face-to-face clinical practicum), Diverse experiences of communication (Feeling withdrawn due to lack of interaction, Satisfaction through active interaction), Acceptance as a learning method (A shift in perceptions of non-face-to-face classes, Finding one’s own learning strategies) The results of this study can be contributed for developing various instructional designs in the future.

본 연구는 국내 간호대학생의 비대면 수업 경험과 관련된 질적 연구 결과를 분석 및 종합하기 위해 수행되었다. 포괄적 문헌검색은 8개의 데이터베이스를 통해 이루어졌다. 최종 선정된 14편의 논문은 Noblit와 Hare가 제시하고 Atkins 등이 응용한 7단계 meta-ethnography 방법에 따라 분석·합성하였다. 최종적으로 4개의 주제(예상치 못한 상황에 맞닥뜨림, 비대면 수업의 긍정 및 부정적 측면 확인, 소통의 다양한 양상 경험, 수업 방법으로 받아들임)와 8개의 하부주제(생소한 수업 방식에 무방비 노출, 변화된 상황을 감당하기 어려움, 비대면 수업의 장점을 득할 수 있음, 비대면 임상실습의 특징 발견, 부족한 상호작용으로 인한 위축감, 적극적 교류방식을 통한 만족감, 비대면 수업에 관한 인식의 전환, 자기학습법 찾기)가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 다양한 수업 설계를 개발하는 데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
