Two newly recorded species (Lepidoptera: Geometridae and Thyrididae) from the Southwest region of Korea, and a newly recorded genus

Currently, many previously unrecorded species are reported in Korea mainly from the Southwestern region. During night collection in Jeollanam-do Province, Korea, we collected two unrecorded moth species: Gymnoscelis tristrigosa (Butler, 1880); Herdonia margarita Inoue, 1976. The genus Herdonia is reported from Korea for the first time. We provide images of the adults and male genitalia of these two species.
